I had a stopped-up toilet leaking into my garage which was a nightmare. Tiffany came in and took care of it NO PROBLEM! A kitchen faucet installation was a breeze for her too! I was called before the plumber arrived. He had all the right equipment. He inspected the pipes under the sink and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was able to use a snake and other tools. He successfully unclogged my main kitchen drains just a little over an hour. I highly recommend this company. The scheduling staff were great as well.

Discovered my water heater leaking Thursday night. Since it was 20 yrs old it needed replaced. Contacted Mr Roger’s late Friday morning. They were very responsive and their estimate came in just below the other 3 I got and with their positive reviews I went with them. I let them know around 1 pm that I’d go with them and they were able to fit me into their schedule for late Friday afternoon thankfully. Jorge was the plumber they sent, and arrived around 3:30 pm, a bit earlier than scheduled which was great. He went right to work getting the old one out and the new one in. Very professional and personable and answered all my questions while working. Total came in about $100 below their original estimate plus they have a .mil discount which knocked a bit more off from that. Very happy with how the whole thing went (how fast they got it done, professional installation, and the cost) and will definitely contact them for any future plumbing and recommend others contact them when they need a plumber.

Tiffany was fantastic. First of all really cool to see a female plumber and secondly she went above and beyond. After the delivery of my fridge didn’t get done due to the 3rd party Best Buy installation crew not wanting to install due to what they called a corroded valve. Called you guys and you were able to get me a last minute appointment with Tiffany. She was super pleasant, fix my issue, plus fixed a running toilet that I’ve been meaning to get fixed for months, and she even helped connect my fridge that the Best Buy crew was supposed to do. I tried Mr. Rogers Neighborhood Plumbing this summer because many months ago, I called around 9 pm when I thought I had a leak -- and owner Jake Rogers was incredibly helpful. He not only was patient and kind, he gave me ideas to diagnose what I thought was dripping water. (It turned out to just be water going down the drain.) Fast forward to this week when I had a true leak in an outdoor spigot: I called Mr. Rogers in the morning, and Nick was able to come out the same day! He was friendly, professional and very thorough in replacing the spigot...working diligently in the hot sun! I even had him replace another outdoor faucet at the same time. When I received my receipt via email, Nick had attached photos showing exactly what he had done. That added another level of trust! I highly recommend this plumbing company.

We assumed we had a slab leak under our kitchen so we called a plumber, who determined the leak was on the cold side, and that he would cut into the slab and re-pipe to fix the leak. Thank goodness we called Jake (aka Mr. Rogers) who came out same day and used a much more accurate method of troubleshooting. He determined the leak was on the hot side. He and his team came out and quickly found the source of the leak (which wasnt even in the slab), repaired it, and only charged us half of what the original estimate was. He and his team were very professional, and answered all of our questions patiently. While we hope we never have another plumbing issue, we definitely will be calling Mr. Rogers if we need to!

I called 4 different companies to help with a drain issue. The first one told me that I had a collapsed line and gave a repair quote of $24,000. The others all came in between $12k-$16k. The last one to show up was Mr. Rogers. Jake asked some questions about the situation but he felt that the problem may have been misdiagnosed. Instead of jumping on the expensive repair bandwagon, he asked if he could do the work of reverifying the diagnosis. I am so glad I said yes. He was able to find that the line was just clogged, not collapsed. He cleared the drains and ran the camera to verify. Sure enough, the lines looked good but did need a hydrojet service.I am so glad that Jake valued honesty and reputation over a big ticket job. It saved us at least $10k. As long as Mr. Rogers Plumbing is around, they will always be our plumber from now on. They may not be the least expensive, but not only do you get what you pay for, I have complete confidence that they are not trying to make a payday from our plumbing problems. Its so worth the price (which is not out of line) to have that confidence.Thank you Mr. Rogers Plumbing.

She sent out a plumber to give a second opinion and definitely beat the price of their competition. One the invoice they included pictures of the work they did which I thought was a cool touch and lets you see the quality of their finished product.

My garbage disposal stopped working and our newly installed shower was having issues. I called Mr. Rogers Neighborhood Plumbing after initially receiving a recommendation from an electrician I recently hired and Loved AND after reading all Mr. Rogers Neighborhood Plumbing reviews. Believe me when I say I was NOT disappointed. Arnie arrived on time, put on shoe covers, quickly discovered the issue with the shower and thoroughly and patiently walked me through the resolution of the valve issue and operation of the new multi-function valve. He then inspected the garbage disposal and again quickly resolved the problem. A new garbage disposal was not required. I greatly appreciated Arnies timeliness, courtesy, plumbing expertise, and patience in explaining plumbing issues/operations to a layperson! You wont be disappointed if you hire Mr. Rogers Neighborhood Plumbing!

In the pass, they would show up with attitude and with a simple clearing of the main pipe and after day is over, playing way more of a service then needed.Mr. Rogers were different. They not only clear my clog, they make sure other places (sinks and toilets) were clear of debris. Called Mr Rogers to fix a slow flushing toilet as my neighbor uses them all the time. Ive tried all the household remedies and nothing worked. Within 5 min, the issue is resolved ane flushes better than ever. I told her I was using the plunger for the longest time but she said using that only pushes whatever is clogging the drain so water goes down. Will be using them for the future.

Throughout his visit he kept me up to date, showed me what he was finding and did everything he could to do clear things up. He flushed the water heater and showed me the sediment that he cleared and advised when we should next do it. He was professional, thorough and friendly. Erik did a thorough job analyzing my project to install a saftey timer on the Gas BBQ line. Was efficient and professional as the owner Jake has always been. Mr. Rogers Neighborhood Plumbing is the best and has done several projects for me. The most important project they have completed and did an excellent job doing was detecting a water leak in my main line in my back yard and repairing it.

Wow.. these guys did a great job. We had a landscaper install a new fire pit and the gas line was ran really low and the lava rock and fire glass was roughly 1’ft above the gas line. The flame would disappear and reignite all of a sudden and was a definite safety hazard. Also the flame wasn’t centered.I called on a Saturday and the dispatcher reccomended waiting till the weekday for my service call. Weekends calls are more expensive.The technician called ahead of his arrive time showed up on time. He quickly made some recommendations and we decided to raise the gas line so it is closer to the surface.That solved the issue. Great service. Very affordable.

Mr. Rogers Neighborhood has not done any work for me yet. But, this review is for the administrative professionalism and responsiveness. I have been dealing with the HOA regarding a plumbing issue for months (HOA roots growing into bathroom pipes) and now that Mr. Rogers and Megan are involved, things are finally starting to move. Megan is such a pleasure to speak with and provides a high level of customer service. She was upfront and realistic with me (which I appreciate). She explained that because it is an HOA matter it will not get resolved quickly, that it has to be approved by the board. She did, however, assure me that I wouldnt have to do anything and she will follow up with the HOA until it is approved (Im grateful for this because my HOA is very slow to respond to anything!) Mr. Rogers is lucky to have Megan on their team. Thank you for your kindness today during a stressful situation Megan! I will update my review once the actual plumbing issue is resolved.

An error was discovered subsequent to project completion related to a cold water faucet that was piped hot instead. The error was promptly corrected. In addition, competitive bids for the project were received from several companies. Mr. Rogers was the lowest bid. Overall, I am very pleased with their service.
