This company is, I really believe, the best I have ever done business with in my many decades of life. They were recommended by my long-time electrician and friend who has worked side by side with Kevin Prill, the owner of Asgard Energy, for many years. My electrician knows the pride and excellence that Kevin devotes to his work, whether its running the company or actual wiring of houses.Everything went completely smoothly. Josh, the lead installer, came to take a look the same day I made the initial call. Kevin gave me a quote shortly later, and a few days later his crew of three were on the job. As I recall it took only three days to install the solar battery. They were working under a handicap because I already had a non-functioning solar battery I had purchased a year before. Fortunately Kevins team was able to use the same conduit after disconnecting the other battery.The batteries dont take up much space on the wall. I have two 5 kwh Enphase batteries. I already had Enphase panels which performed fine before the first contractor installed the non-performing battery.The Enphase app works great. I use it from my desktop computer which I couldnt do with the other battery as that app was designed only for a smart phone.Best of all, Kevin, the president and CEO of Asgard Energy, and Thomas, his VP in charge of sales, answered all my endless questions with patience. They were never curt or in a hurry. I made some mistakes in choosing the first contractor because of my lack of knowledge, and Kevin and Thomas really educated me about solar batteries, how they worked, what paperwork I should have received from the first installer, etc.My husband and I couldnt be more satisfied and pleased with this new battery system. We are finally reaping the benefits of a solar battery and previously installed solar panels by seeing lower electric bills from SDG&E.

I had an old Zinsco panel that was failing and causing flickering lights. Turns out the bus bars were corroded and the breakers were beginning to arc and melt. I caught it just in time. Asgard Electric took care of the permitting and coordination with SDG&E to completely replace the panel. The team was professional and very efficient. The quality of work was superb. They even re-trimmed the wood trim around the panel and painted it. They completed everything in just over 6 hours including final inspections by the city. Very impressive. If you can appreciate these things, the new panel is beautiful.

I didnt hire them because they were a little outside my area, but our conversation was easy and very informative. If they had been closer to Temecula, California, I would have definitely hired them.

We are very pleased with solar system from Asgard Energy. We requested a level 2 charger for our EV and Asgard exceeded expectations with equipment and installation. Extremely grateful to Tom Basset, who always returned calls and messages, providing guidance throughout the process.

Asgard installed a somewhat small solar system for my home - 4kw. The proposal for the system was spot on and after one year the system generation vs. home use was well matched with SDGE owing me a small amount.The Enphase system has been trouble free and their app is very informative and easy to use. I enjoy watching the day to day stats it provides.Would definitely recommend having the Asgard team give a look at your project if youre in the market for solar or electrical work in general!

I needed a 220V circuit installed to charge an EV during a very busy time for electrical contractors due to expiring tax credits. Asgard was recommended by Tesla so I contacted them. I talked to Benjamin, who was very friendly and professional. He had excellent information for Tesla owners that he emailed me. He went out of his way to schedule the work at my convenience, and two days after initial contact the work was complete. The installation was very clean and the price competitive. I wish more contractors were like these guys!

I can’t say enough good things about this company and it’s people. This morning I called them about a problem with my solar that was clearly not a fault of theirs. Yet Keneth (one of their crack technicians) still came out within hours and fixed the problem at no charge. The problem was that our TV cable company’s internet router went bad so the cable company came out yesterday and replaced it. In the process they forgot to reboot my solar system’s reporting software so that the internet monitoring service could see what my solar system was doing. The system was working fine it’s just that I couldn’t see the daily tally. We had Asgard install our system in 2015 and it’s been trouble free ever since. We picked Asgard out of 4 companies that bid the job and I couldn’t be more pleased with our decision. They were less expensive than the average bid but that wasn’t what drove our decision. It was the honesty and capability that the folks at Asgard portrayed. . (the other companies bidding were ones we heard from radio and TV ads….clearly they have to pass on the costs of those ads to their customers). While they were doing the work, I was keenly aware of how careful they were in taking extra care not to damage my roof. During our recent torrential rains, I was very glad I picked such a company. My roof didn’t leak a bit. I would recommend them to anyone . Jon Woods

We had a terrific experience with Asgard Energy. Tom was in touch with me the whole time, so I always knew what was next. Install looks good, final production is perfect for our needs with a little room to grow, exactly as projected. They even painted the outside ducting to match the stucco and shingles of my house as it passed over each color. Great attention to detail, the experience was excellent, the expertise clear. I highly recommend them.

My wife and I are glad that we have chosen Asgard Energy to be our solar installer over other companies. Ben, Kevin & Kenneth are efficient, organized and know their business; they are helpful, courteous and responsive. Facts speak for themselves, the whole process was smooth as silk to completion. The well done NEMA 14-50 makes a full complement of our Tesla. We have no hesitation to recommend mentioned crew to any and all of our friends/relatives.
