I had a more complex furnace issue than originally thought. The owner came out to make sure nothing was missed before just telling me I needed a new furnace. He was able to find the problem, after realizing it was not the three things they thought it could be, before. I really appreciated their tenacity to find the actual issue and not just give up, like I feel many in the industry would do. They were very nice to deal with. I have dealt with many contractors and this owner was awesome - I feel lucky I picked them when searching on Google.

My elderly aunt needed help with her unit on Christmas week. I found this company for her. The owner called me and talked to me through their diagnosis, repair, or replace options. We ended up replacing because she doesnt need the headaches of more problems. However, it was great to have the options and for him to keep me in the loop. Plus, doing it on a holiday week, I cant say how happy we were with them.

Thomas and his junior assistant did a spectacular job installing a new thermostat system at my house. When the junior assistant and I were struggling to figure out the system, Thomas came by and with his high end tech abilities was able to solve technical issues I was having almost immediately.The installation was quick and seamless. Many thanks.I cannot recommend these folks enough. Make sure to ask for Thomas and his assistant!

Dave & Thomas were wonderful. Despite having American Home Shield and their failure to promptly get an appliance take out to my house. I use my own resources and called these guys. I can’t say enough good things about them. They showed up on time they got right down to business they figured out what the Problem was and fixed it while I’m still waiting to hear from American Home Shield with an appointment from their loser technicians

Steve is a very knowledgeable consultant. I am dealing with a improper sized AC unit that was installed on my home and even tho he did not install it hes giving me all the knowledge and guiding me to make sure I know how to get the problem resolved. He has been nothing but Prompt with making sure he sends out knowledgeable techs that are very respectful in the home and very informative. Steve as sent me very detailed emails with information to show me why its wrong vs just saying it wrong. If you are searching for an honest AC repair company I would suggest Veterns Heating and cooling!

I recently had Besmir from Veterans Heating and Cooling install a new heating and cooling system, and I couldn’t be happier with his work. From start to finish, he was professional, thorough, and easy to work with.Besmir came over, took his time explaining my options, and didn’t push me toward anything specific. He broke down the pros and cons of each unit, including energy efficiency and long-term cost savings, which made it way easier for me to decide.On installation day, he showed up on time, laid down mats to keep things clean, and even sealed a small leak he found in one of my old ducts at no extra charge. His attention to detail really stood out—he triple-checked every connection and tested the system several times to make sure everything was running perfectly.Once everything was set up, he walked me through the thermostat settings and left me with instructions on keeping the unit in good shape. I felt totally prepared to use my new system confidently.
