    James arrived on time and ready to go on the install of our kitchen window, sill and screen. We had the others done previously and were waiting on this one to finish the job. James was professional with a great attitude and personality. Our dogs enjoyed his company and helped supervise the event :) James did a great job and cleaned up afterwards like he was never there.     Wonderful technicians Chase and David R,kind and thoughtful. Both of them worked hard and wanted to please me when an issue re the seam on the walls was not what I had expected due to the size of my window and walls they built a pleasing “rail” that coordinated with window. I have had a Kohler walk-in tub for approximately 10 years moved and wanted another in my new home. It is a great product and I know I will enjoy the tub in my new home

    JOB #468274…Chase V. & David R. were SUPER FANTASTIC! From the minute they arrived onsite for installation to the very last minute that they exited the job, they were professional, articulate & engaging! I was very pleased with how they communicated with me and my family throughout the process! I also cannot say enough about how very meticulous, neat and clean they were throughout the installation!!!     We replaced our builders’ grade door with a beautiful new West Shore door. What a difference it made, not only aesthetically but also tightly sealed from the outdoor elements. Austin E and Eric O did an outstanding job. They were very professional, courteous and the area was spotless when they were finished!

    West Shore Home Installation Experts Alister and Eric arrived on time, were very professional, courteous, friendly and you only knew they were at my home was because I have a beautiful new back door. They put up a barrier to keep the dust and debrief contained in the work area. They also laid a barrier to protect the floor. During demolition, they saw the new replacement door opening was going to need more materials than just removing & hanging another door. The damaged area required replacement and installation of new stud wall material and dry wall. When the material was replaced, it was sturdy and could not tell it was replaced. This caused the installation to take longer than just a simple replacement. The miter cuts done around the frame were done by Eric & they were flawless! A computer machine could not do better or maybe even as good. Alister was super careful to caulk every little minute area to keep rain & dirt out from the outside sill or threshold & when he was done with the inside, my floor was solid. Prior with the old door, the floor was spongy at the threshold. Again, both Alister & Eric were amazing professionals. When they completed the project and were gone, you could not tell any work had been done because both the inside & outside areas were spotless. Only could tell they were here is because the door is beautiful without daylight seeping through all the edges. If all project employees are like Alister & Eric, West Shore Home is 100% & be sure for any projects you may have, USE THEM! Service before, during, after and another day after completion West Shore Home representatives called to ask if we were satisfied. A resounding YES!!

    I have to say West Shore Home did a great job in upgrading my new front door. The quality of the door is spectacular. What I like about this door compared to Home Depot and Lowe’s is the fact that it has a lot of steel and polyurethane with no wood. Which means when it comes to insulation, your house has a better way of keeping heat and cool. The two guys that installed my door is Austin and Alister. These two guys did a great job and they deserve a raise. When you look in the dictionary for the definition of care, you will see Austin and Alister’s face on the dictionary. Why do I say this? Because every time they cut pieces off the old door, they quickly vacuum and clean. Then when they see something on the floor that’s dirty, within a few minutes it’s gone. When they remove the old door, they noticed that there are some areas where the broken tile was exposed. Austin and Alister were able to put the frame in such a way as to hide the imperfections. When they removed my lock, they didn’t just throw it on the ground. They neatly put it into the side and kept the screws in place so that I do not lose the screws. They take pride in their work and it shows.The only gripe that I have was by the time I signed the contract to get this started to time the door is installed took nine weeks. It was very long wait. Was hoping a sooner installation date. Other than that, I cannot complain. The salesman did also a great job in helping us pick the right size door.

    I love love my new shower! It turned out fantastic! My experience from sales lady Brandy Morris to the great working team of Torkel Lawrence, Neil Barrett and Nikolai S was really great! They were all professional and really cared about giving us the best experience ever. I would recommend them to any one on the fence about getting a new bath done!

    We bought windows last year and everything was great. This year we ordered doors and sales Rep Grayson Fortuna came out and we designed the doors for every entrance in the house. The French doors would match the outside of the house on the back deck in a grey color and in inside would match the creme colored walls.When we finished he had our French doors reversed and we apparently missed this when he went over it. We literally stood in front of the doors when we went over it.So they came to install the doors 6 weeks later and my wife and I both work from home. We were not babysitting .The French doors were installed and I walk out to find the grey inside and the glaring light cream outside next to the grey exterior.The install teck called and said the rep would call. My wife spoke to either Grayson who said he spoke to his manager or to the manager himself. She could not remember. However we were assured it was not a problem, that they would just replace the doors in the correct color scheme.Then they got paid a week later.Update.After this review was first posted I was called by the office and the general manager. By the end of the day I was called by quality control.They told me they see the issue and the mistake and have replaced the doors in the correct color scheme. They were very professional and friendly the entire time. They really took the sour taste I had and made it better.They really do care about customers and customer service. That is why I changed my review to a solid 5 stars.

    The initial sales person-the follow up tech were all great. However, the Installation Technicians were extremely top notch!!! They were very polite, knowledgable and maintained a clean and orderly work area. The product and install meets all expectations. I will give a fifth star when they return to complete the job. (Three pieces of the interior trim package were the incorrect size-not the installers fault). Based on what i have experienced do far, I would use West Shore for any additional work needed.

    We recently had our windows replaced in our home in Summerfield, Fl and we could not be more pleased with them. The team (5 members led by Paco) were excellent. They were courteous professional and on time. They were efficient and thorough. They cleaned all the windows and gave a very thorough demonstration on how to handle the windows. I would highly recommend Poco and his crew and West Shore to anyone.

They took pride in their work. Once finished with the install they even cleaned up and hauled away the trash.     My house is three stories and on a hill. I had three doors, four sliding doors and ten windows replaced. It was a big job (J467625). The install teams (3 teams on the first day, 2 teams on the second day, and one team on the third day) were all very good. James, Paco, Charles, Jay, Trot, Trevor, Nick and Luis were great. The job was top notch. I am looking forward to a quieter more energy efficient home.

    I had two bathrooms done by this company. In one bathroom a walk-in tub was replaced with a walk-in shower. In the second bath my old walk-in shower was replaced with a new one. They did a very nice job as you can see by the photos. Although Ive only used the shower a couple of times so far I have had no issues and am happy with the great work they did. All employees I dealt with were courteous and on time. It only took 2 days to complete both bathrooms.

    Dec. 2021Im extremely happy with the follow through from this company. It took phone calls, us following up, turn over in staff but in the end, we love these doors. The installers, Mark and Im sorry I dont remember the other persons name, did an outstanding job. The office personnel were courteous and helpful. We were told in our first meeting with Tiffany, this company is trustworthy and if something isnt right, we will make it right. They absolutely did. Thank you everyone involved. There is one important thing, please stop violating HIPPA. My medical information is not your business. Im updating this review and I changing my 1 star rating to 5.May 2021Im so disappointed with this door installation process. The lack of follow up and communication is so unprofessional. There is so much wrong that it would be easier to add pictures. A picture is worth a thousand words and these will certainly explain my extreme disappointment.

    Wanted to thank West Shore for services provided on order 488463 team James, Austin, Alister, Troy, Ed, Eric, Jay, Luis, Branden... We couldnt have asked for a group of well experienced, detailed gentlemen and the clean up excellent too... From the professionalism of Bill who answered the call on a Sunday, promptness of Daniel Thomas Design & his detail explanations on quotes we wanted to replace a door & bought windows too, to the installers. They all introduced themselves let us know estimated dates of completion, rechecking the measurements twice for accuracy, how many workers were coming and all worked in groups of two, end of service detailed paperwork & walk through, they complemented each other, not to forget the phones calls from office staff to confirm appts & reminders, thank you all... Job Well Done and in one day!

    Jimmy & Travis C. did an amazing job on the installation of our new shower.Had a minor unexpected plumbing issue that they reworked flawlessly that put them a little behind but that did not effect them one bit.Both guys were amazing & the work is outstanding. I cant wait for my wife to see the finished work & to use the shower for the first time.With the custom build Ive gained extra room in the shower so no nor hitting my elbows on stuff.Highly recommend this company & Im 100% happy from start to finish off how the staff treats its customers.Zero complaints, everything was explained so well I had no questions for them.

    West Shore Home installed our new entry door. Austin E. & Alister C showed right at the expected time. They worked with expert care, working smoothly as a team to install our door perfectly. Our house was left cleaner than they found it. Clean up both inside & out were done well. I would recommend West Shore Home to everyone!!Ernest Johnson repaired our broken entry tile. He was careful not to crack any if the surrounding tile as he removed the cracked tile. The new piece was a good fit with the exhisting tile!

    We could not be MORE pleased with our shower installation. It was a nightmare to say the least before Jason S, Dan C and Jason I got hold of it.The gentlemen were friendly, explained everything to us as they went along, and made some great suggestions as to how to improve our initial plan.     Desperately needed a horrible picture window replaced as it was old and virtually impossible to open without two people, a mallet, a whole lot of cussing, and a very real possibility of the window crashing back down to claim fingers if you werent quick enough to shove a block in the track. Additionally, needed to replace matching porch doors as weather had really ruined them.West Shore came out and did a very thorough presentation of options for both projects. Materials were ordered in a timely manner, a date was set. The team: Lavonta, Alister, and Troy came out and got right to it. Worked hard, very polite and efficient, hauled away all debris and did a grand job of installing new windows and doors. They even noticed a dent in one door before we did. Said it would be reordered and replaced.We were very impressed with the quality of the products, but almost more so, impressed by how well this team worked together. Respectful, harmonious, unrushed, professional, friendly.Ive worked on quite a few teams where there was tension and it was unpleasant. As much as doing this level of labor in Florida heat, these guys seemed to be almost having a good time. Absolutely a pleasure and a delight to have them.We are very pleased about the entire experience.

    Our sales representative, Joshua Snyder from the Ocala office came to our home today for a consultation on remodeling our bathroom. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. He was also well prepared with samples to choose from.Joshua had great suggestions for our needs!We decided it was time to upgrade our bathroom shower with a quality product. So we made an appointment for installation in approximately 3 weeks.I would like to add that the installation crew did an exceptional job. That was Jason, Tyler and Patrick G. from Ocala. They were prompt and very professional. They cleaned the area when they were through with the job.     Tub to shower conversionAll the way from my initial meeting of Giovanni and his trainee Rebecca I was made to fee that West Shore was looking out for me and they did. Giovanni let me make the decisions without any pressures. He followed up after the installation was completed.Travis and Ezekial, the installers were very professional and courteous.I work from home and barely heard them during the entire install process.I would recommend using them for any of your home bath remodel needs.

    We just purchased two Kohler walk-in tubs from West Shore Homes. From the first visit of the saleslady to the completion by the installers we could not be more satisfied. Kristina, the saleslady, was on top of her game and answered every question we had. We had scheduled a visit the next day from American Standard but was so impressed with her knowledge of the Kohler walk-in tub that we cancelled the visit. We were told it would take 6-10 weeks for installation, but here it is two weeks later, and the installation is complete. Not enough can be said about the installers, Rich, Jay, Brian, & Paul (not to mention the two electricians). They showed up on time, were very courteous, and completed both bathtubs in one day (it was supposed to take two). The installation was flawless (see pictures) and they cleaned up everything afterwards. We could not be more pleased and are looking for to enjoying these walk-in tubs for the years to come. The windows are high quality and beautiful when installed.     West Shore Home installed a new entry door on our home in March 2024. The job was done on time and in a very professional manner. The installers (Brandon Y. and Troy) were the best. They answered all our questions, made sure we were happy with the installation, were friendly and professional, and cleaned up the area before they left. This is the second job West Shore Home of Ocala, FL has done for us, the first being a new shower stall and door in our Master bathroom in February 2024. We highly recommend this company and will definitely call them for future projects.

They seem burglar proof and I now have no fear about hurricane winds and debris. They definitely werent the lowest priced windows but I do believe they are the best.     I had my walk-in shower done on July 12, 2023. They were responsible, respectful, on time, and professional. I found out that there is a life time warranty and that they do labor the first year FREE. I was so amazed by my walk-in shower that I didnt notice that my sliding glass door was loose (it kept sliding out of place). I thought, Oh, boy. Now Im going to have to wait an additional week, but NO. They had a guy over here the NEXT DAY. I was flabbergasted by the attention to detail that the guy, Will was his name, had and when he put silicone on the top rail, I asked him why. Do you know what he said? In case if I moved it. I was taken aback. He treated this shower as his shower. I had tons of repair men do the thing they were called to do and left me with a new problem. Will went above and beyond my expectations! Willie Caison was the sales rep who came to my home and thoroughly explained about the product and the process so that I was confident in signing the contract. On the day for installation of my walk-in shower, the installers, Andre and Alec, arrived on time and went right to work. They were both very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and hard-working! When an unexpected problem arose they handled it without showing frustration and assured me they would still finish in the allotted time frame. They did a very good job of cleaning up at the end of each day and made sure that I was pleased with everything.     Overall things went great. Especially during the actual demo and installation. Neil and Jason were excellent and both had very pleasant attitudes and were quite professional. They were extremely communicative throughout the entire installation and made sure that I was well informed every step of the way. Thanks to you both for a job well done. There were however a couple hiccups during the design phase which concerned me and I think is worth mentioning here. Lets start with the Design Consultants. The first design consultant they sent to my house was professional and personable and did a very good job putting together a price and bill of materials based on my needs. I needed them to replace my tub, replace my old porcelain tile with new acrylic panels and install new plumbing fixtures. Once the price was presented to me, I was not sure about committing and wanted to get competitive bids so I asked them to give me some time to shop around. About a week later I received a call from West Shore stating that they had done a second pass on the estimate and might be able to offer some additional savings so I figured Id schedule a second visit and to see what they had to offer. This time they sent a different Design Consultant who was also very pleasant and personable. I was pleased with the revised pricing and went ahead and signed the agreement that day. A day or so later the first Design Consultant contacted me and asked if I had made a decision to purchase or not. Having already signed the agreement, this concerned me that the West Shore representatives were not communicating well with each other and so I began to stress a bit about how West Shore would execute the actual project. Next, I had made several stipulations of my own in the agreement and the most important one being to obtain a Certificate Of Insurance listing me as Additional Insured, prior to commencement of any work. The Design Consultant assured me that the installers would have the Certificate in hand upon arrival on the scheduled work day. Of course that didnt happen as I suspected it wouldnt and so I had to insist on getting the document. Neil, the installer immediately called his office and informed them of the issue which I was thankful for. About half way through the day after work was half over, the West Shore office finally emailed me the COI. Better late than never. In the end, the project was a success. Again, Neil and Jason were awesome and did their very best to make sure I was happy with the installation process. They left the bathroom very clean and also did a great job cleaning up their work area, both in my garage and driveway. Thank you gentlemen!! I would have appreciated some follow-up from the Design Consultants prior to work starting and after the job was complete to make sure I was completely satisfied but that has not occurred. All in all Im very happy with the work that was done and the finished product and the fact that it was a done in a single day. I would definitely refer friends and consider using West Shore again on future projects.

They were awesome in the way they handled the whole process. We were not able to get the job completed in one day, but they came back Tuesday morning and finished the job quickly.     Fairbanks Construction was recommended to us by Home Advisor. Brian was very knowledgeable and helpful in showing us our options for a shower remodel. We were satisfied with the quote and contracted for the work. The timeline that they promised was followed to the day. The office kept in contact with us via email and phone on updates. They was professional, on-time and explained everything they were doing during the installation. They were able to complete all 18 windows in two (2) days.     The install team of Deon and Diamond was amazing. Neil Barrett brought a shower seat from Ocala on the day of install. The seat that the salesman sold us was far to big for our shower and this was the second time the installers had to come due to items in the wall that had to be moved. The installers were amazing--not so the salesman. He told us that the company would take complete care of everything but instead we had to pay someone else to move the lines in the wall. He also said that the seat we ordered was the best one for us. It did not fit. Very disappointed in the salesperson. I would hesitate to use the company again if I had to have the same salesperson.

    Marc and Tim came today March 2, 2022,, and installed two windows. My job number is #248142. They were very prompt and came at the scheduled time. They were very careful to do a clean, professional job. I could tell by watching their work that they were competent and well trained workers. I received paper work and also had a lesson on how to operate my new windows. Years of experience in this work was obvious as I inspected the tight and carefully caulked windows. They left after giving me clear directions as to inspection this week and when I could clean and remove stickers. Very personable and friendly workers. I am very thrilled with my new windows. I will have better temperature containment in my home now, and the outside looks very expensive!

As before, they arrived before their promised date and we were given the option of immediate installation, which we were delighted to accept.
