Bryan had someone out to snake our kitchen sink within 25min of my call. Kevin explained everything he was doing and did a thorough job. He had to run the snake probably 4 or 5 times to make sure the job was done thoroughly. He was conscientious about the clean up and left everything tidy. The pricing was very reasonable with no unexpected charges. I couldn’t recommend them more highly!

Joe/Bryan did a fantastic job with a plumbing problem we had so close to Christmas! Bryan texted me back, asked for my name and address — super easy, super casual. Within an hour, Joe was here. He took one look at our pipe, knew exactly what needed to be done and an hour after that he was finished and packed up!It was a great experience overall. Joe was very welcoming and friendly. Even gave us some good tips on our pipes. It’s great knowing how fast and easy everything was fixed this close to the holidays. My husband and I would absolutely call on them again if anything happens in the future.

Our neighbor recommended AllStar Rooter so we called them this morning, they were here within 30 minutes! Kevin did an amazing job clearing out the gunk that was clogging the pipe to our dry well ( I saw it, it was a lot of gunk/grease!). He took extra steps to make sure the job was done correctly and to very high standards. I come from a family of small, local business owners and I know when someone cares about the work they do and when they do it right. I strongly recommend AllStar Rooter and ask for Kevin!

After getting several So Called Plumbers to come to our home for an outgoing sewer line clogged issue we finally found this company online and gave them a call on a Friday night, Brian Pickup the phone and got me a Plumber the following morning. Leon came into my home and asked to see the main line so I show him and immediately he said to me that is not the main line. I was confused because that is where all of the others Plumbers were working on the problem. He said That is why your problem is not fixed. He found the main line and got to work and the line and clear the line like I never seeing anyone else do it. The results are in the pics!!!! I was stunned and upset at the sloppy work I got before, Money wasted... All Star Rooter are real Pros!!! They are now my company!!! Thank You Leon and Brian, you guys are awesome!!!! I highly Recommend this Company 100%. One more Thing they wont break your Pocket.. Your Home is your Temple and that is why you need good honest people backing you up when you cant do it alone.Thank You, Brian and Leon!!!!!

Bryan was responsive and sensitive to my needs, and he sent a guy right over to assess my situation. They thought my problem with a full tank might be a pump issue and gave me the number for a pump company. The pump company decided it was in fact a blockage downstream from my tank, and Bryan sent his guy right back. They were able to partially clear the line(blockage under pavement on an easement) and give me advice on how to monitor for another blockage and how I should proceed.Excellent customer service and always my first call for drain line/sewer issues.

I just used them for a sewer main line clog at the septic tank end. Joey was very professional and explained every detail and associated costs. He also specified what would happen if the clog needed escalation and associated costs. He gave me an arrival time frame, arrived within that time and proceeded to solve the problem immediately. The clog was removed within reason in about 2 hours and the place was cleaned up well. The total costs were very reasonable, especially when considering some of the other big brands I spoke to before them. Shop AllStar first before calling others.

Had a clogged sink drain and called Allstar Rooter. Spoke to Bryan and he had service available (Sunday) afternoon. He charged me $195 and his service tech, Joey was at my house 1 1/2 hours and he kept his price $195. Joey was persistent getting the drain unclogged and was Extremely professional. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Thank you Allstar Rooter, money well spent

I called at 10pm tonight because we had a clogged toilet that would not budge! The service answered immediately and Brian called me right back. We joked because he was literally about to go to bed, but didn’t make this already frustrated single mom call someone else. He said he would be here in 30 mins, was here in under 15, and was done in under 5 mins. He gave us a very reasonable price, especially for the time of night. Something to note- Brian could have absolutely said it would have to wait until the morning, but insisted he didn’t want me getting ripped off by anyone. VERY pleased, extremely grateful and will never use anyone else! The company’s name, “All star” is more than appropriate ☺️

I needed a plumber short notice because my outdoor drain was clogged and it began to flood, and Bryan sent over someone in less than 30 minutes. The plumber that came was knowledgeable (told us several ways to address the problem shall it happen again) and fixed the issue ASAP! I will definitely be calling them again with any future needs.
