We have hired ARP for our business several times and recently for our personal home. Each time we contact the office, Lydia or Linda cannot be more helpful and determined to assist us as quickly as possible. Each plumber they have sent from their crew have been professional, neat and great about communicating the issue, options and pricing before completing the work. After many years of unfortunate experiences with unreliable, unprofessional plumbers we are very happy to now have ARP as our preferred plumbing contractor. We have never had an issue with any of their work, but I am confident they would stand by it and make it right if we did.

I had a broken toilet that needed to be replaced and a few sinks that were clogged. I called their office and they had a tech out who was able to fix all of the issues the same day! Great, quick service!

Awesome experience. From the moment I talked to Tracy on the phone to the next day (crazy fast for plumbers) arrival right on time by Mcgary (?) Who did the work, it was all smooth sailing. Love Advanced Rooter.Save yourself the following hell with other local plumbers, and just hire Advanced Rooter.Now..Let me tell you how badly it went with others.First plumber company here in Norwalk who everyone recommended, came out months ago, said theyd call back with estimate. At least once a week for a month I called to say, what is the estimate? This was a 100% clogged pedestal sink in a small bathroom. Every week a very nice person at Ef. Plumbing said shed have someone call me with the estimate. It was eluded to that I might need to replace the pedestal sink altogether. But after a month of weekly calls I decided the lack of response said something about them overall.Next company, Bd. Plumbing, similar not calling back, but in more of a no intention in calling back even though service said they would. You know when they called back finally? After the last message I left with their answering service (50% of the day the service answers, so Im always awaiting their return call while Im working).. My last message to them was that I get it, Im too small of a customer to matter to them but I wish theyd just told me instead of playing a nonsense game of phone messages and no reply for two weeks. And I mentioned something that seems to have been important: that I happen to be besties with two New Canaan realtors, and of course Im going to share my experience. Well THAT got them to finally call me back. Super apologized, set up people to come out in same week.I thought that was going to work out. Nope, they got here and the guys said they didnt have drain cleaning equipment, thought they were there for sink installation only. Id been clear that sink installation was back up plan if they couldnt clear the drain, and only because another plumber said it might be needed. The series of calls ensued and owner called telling me sorry. But also told me no way to get the drain cleared for less than $500 because need expert, gave me name and number of recommendation for said expert drain clearing company. Not true as it turns out.Advanced did it for way under, without a series of visits or calls, difficulties or bs. Advanced literally spoke to me on the phone one day, came here and fixed it the next day.

Lydia in the office and Henry the technician were an amazing duo. They expedited my work due to the fact that I had no gas. Rectified the problem processed all the necessary documents and I am so glad that I found a company going above and beyond for their clients. This is a trusted company and explains all the steps you need to get your job done.

I called Advanced Roto rooter they came out last Monday on 5/7 the guy that came out mcgreedy was very friendly and professional. Unfortunately he did not solve my issue. Yesterday my basement flooded from the same issue, So I called and spoke to Tracey in which she was also very professional and extremely friendly. I explained to Tracey what my issue was. She called me right back with In 15 min and had Vinny out here with in a couple hrs.. Vinny was awesome the guy stayed and kept working and troubleshooting until he figured out the issue and resolved it. I would hire them back anytime and will definitely refer them.. Thank you to Tracey and Vinny for all your help! You guys are awesome 👏
