If you are looking for consistent lower rates with reliable service; these are the guys!We are an Intermodal Trucking company on the south side of Chicago that has office space as well as two gated yards. We needed an upgrade in our security system and ended up using Forbel for our camera system as well.They upgraded our security system, gave us an intrusion alarm and we no longer need to give out keys to our employees. We now have key fob access control that can be activated from anywhere.With Forbel I can now access cameras and our alarm system from an app on my phone.Since we are in a fast paced industry our expectations for quality are always set higher. Their installation team did a great job, response time was quick and overall service; outstanding!

Forbels owner Dzmitry was very helpful as this was my first time installing an alarm and sound system. Being a new business with lots of start up costs, he was also very sensitive in his pricing, making sure I got the best value. Follow up has been very good too. I would recommend Forbel to anyone in need of alarm, sound and or monitoring services.

We have just completed building our dental office in Evanston and Forbel did an amazing job with all IT-related tasks- installing alarm system, mounting security cameras, setting up phone systems, Wi-Fi, TVs, and installing surround sound throughout the office. Most importantly Forbel worked with dental software vendors to make sure that all components are fully integrated with internal workstations.Providing great service to the clients is their first priority and that’s what separates Forbel from other companies.

I have used Forbel for my home and office, both security and audio video (AV) has been fantastic. They have met and exceeded my expectations time and time again. We love the technology of the new systems so much that we decided to completely switch our older system over. The remote access control, user management, HD security cameras, burglar alarm system controlled from smart phone, home automation features, surround sound speaker system. All these items have been incorporated into a system that is not only smart but reliable.Follow through by both the company owner and technicians is excellent. Technicians worked with us over a duration making changes and adjusting for personal preference and really felt everyone was trustworthy and very sincere to make the systems and technology something that wasnt cumbersome.I would recommend to anyone who is a busy professional and wants a company that will work to properly set expectations and meet/exceed.

Forbel provided excellent and quick service by replacing three assistance intercoms in our 24 story high rise located in the Chicago South Loop. The install was done by a technician that knew what he was doing and done very clean, absolutely the best customer service I have experienced. If I could give Forbel 10 stars I would! Ran into a snag with some electronic schlage locks and what took us 2 months of calling tech support and banging our heads against the wall Vlad figured out in 2 hours and reprogrammed every door lock and reset up our system. Price was very reasonable and service was amazing. Definitely recommend!! Thanks guys!

I recently opened a franchise, Sweet Lorraines Fabulous Mac N Cheez in Vernon Hills, and needed HD security cameras, burglar alarms, and LCD screens for the business. I worked with Forbel for our speaker system when we built out a brand new location for our bridal business. They were significantly less expensive than many of the other companies I received quotes from and an absolute dream to work with! Dzimitry always answered my calls, worked around the GCs very tight (and every changing) timeline, he was professional and kind. We had an issue where the GCs team actually cut some of the low voltage wiring they had installed, and a couple of other issues with the team doing the build out, but he was very calm in handling all of them and worked with them to get the job done. I cannot say enough positive things about working with this business and Dzimitry. I would give them 10 stars if i could! I absolutely recommend them!

We used Forbel Alarms for installation of high definition security cameras at our house, which I can access on the go from my phone and laptop. We also had issues with wifi coverage due to the size of the house. Forbel provided and installed new enterprise-grade Wi-Fi access points, and now we have super strong and fast wireless connection everywhere, even in the back yard. They also recommended and installed whole house sound system that is conveniently controlled from iPhone.I have had a fantastic relationship with this company now for several years, and they also have very reliable and fast service. They are great guys to work with, and very responsible. Highly recommended for all such needs.
