    I couldnt be happier with Jacob, the boss, and Donovan, the plumbing team, and everything about their service! I ordered a new plumbing system from them, which included a pump and water handler. The price was incredibly reasonable when compared to the three other quotes I had received. Donovan and Jacob were prompt, professional and went above and beyond what was required for a basic removal and new equipment installation. Donovan found leaky pipe connections, which he repaired, and added supports to the main pipe and water handler, both of which should have been there but were missing. I would, and will recommend their service to friends, family, and anyone needing plumbing services, equipment, or repairs. My system broke and they, though not the original installers, were in North Salt Lake the next day to try and service/diagnose what the issue was. Three days later, I had a quote in hand and they installed the new system the very next day! Fantastic work by all!

    Required sewer line mapping for an ADU application was a must in north salt lake. Donovan (the plumber) tried his best to convince the city that the pipe was not located on our property, even presenting an old sewer map, but it didnt work out. The crew from the plumbing company arrived right on time, checked out the sewer line, marked its location and noted down the depth (it wasnt on our property). The team was really friendly and polite. Sure, the cost was a bit higher than the other quote we received, but they clearly knew their job and were a top-notch team. well definitely think about them when its time to work on the sewer lateral.

    Content: Very satisfied. The plumbers arrived punctually. Whenever they needed to return to the van, they took off their shoe covers to avoid soiling them and bringing dirt back into the house. Ive experienced plenty of workers from other businesses who wore their shoe covers outside and tracked the grime and oil back inside. But, the guys from Velez Brothers Water Heaters, removed their shoe covers each time they left and put them back on each time they came back inside. Moving onto the main reason they were here, my drain was unclogged on the first try and for a fair price. Im definitely keeping these guys on speed dial for any future plumbing needs.     Success!!! Highly recommend these guys! Jacob and Donovan showed up today and did a superb job! They were both very detailed and professional. Last week, I had to pay $396 because my toilet in the bathroom was clogged. The plumbers came and unclogged the toilet from the bathroom, not the roof. Donovan also checked my garbage disposal in the kitchen, saying it needed to be replaced and offered to do it for $500. I declined the offer. However, within hours, the toilet started to drain slowly again and by the next day, there was water leaking from the base of the toilet. I texted my concerns but have not received a response yet. They were nice but I still have an issue.

    Jacob and his crew at velez brothers water heaters are masters of the science of steam. theres no simpler way to express it! while you might believe all plumbers would have this knowledge, sadly thats not always the case. our five-family buildings antiquated steam boiler was causing quite the ruckus last winter. it was making loud banging noises throughout the pipes and the boiler was going through insane cycles of turning on and off. the water level was also wildly inconsistent, particularly during startup, and the water feeder was constantly requesting more water, resulting in a perpetually flooded tank. we had various experts come in to check it out but, despite their efforts, nobody seemed to grasp the problem. thats when jacob was recommended to us by another plumber who assured us that he understands steam. and he was spot on! jacob came in, identified several problems with the main steam pipe and return lines, and a few other things that went over our heads. he returned with his crew, remedied the issues, replaced some pipes, worked some of his magic, and voila! our peace and quiet is restored! the boiler operates smoothly, with no banging and no wild cycling! we cant express our gratitude enough! his team, including donovan, is exceptional, meticulous, and tidy. though the art of steam is sadly fading in these modern times, its comforting to know that there are still plumbers out there who understand the science behind it and can expertly handle steam boilers. if youre dealing with a steam boiler, you definitely need to have jacobs contact saved!

    Donovan and Jacob did an outstanding job installing a permanent drain pipeline (4w x 100l), trenched 18 deep for a pool filter backwash waste flow. They skillfully navigated a 5% descending grade with turns from the yard into a pasture in North Salt Lake, aiming for the discharge flow to run into a natural ravine. The two-man team meticulously joined and installed pipe sections, then filled the trench with loose dirt to the appropriate height for proper settling. They took great care not to damage the lawn or leave any ruts from their medium-sized, four-wheeled trencher. Their work will make it easy to reseed the properly formed trench line. Their teamwork was impressive and showcased their plumbing skills. Even the horse in the pasture seemed to approve, carefully inspecting and stepping across the trench. It doesnt get any better than that!

    Jacob and Donovan from Velez Brothers Water Heaters came out to replace my water tank and pressure valve. Once they completed that task, they noticed the pressure in the tank wasnt up to standard. They clearly explained to me their suspicions of a larger issue at hand. After a thorough inspection, they discovered a crack in the pvc pipe of the water well, which was preventing the tank from reaching and maintaining 60 psi. They efficiently replaced the pump and pipe. I found their pricing to be very reasonable. Jacob and Donovan exhibited great patience, diligently explaining the problem and discussing possible solutions with me. They didnt mind me watching their work process as I was keen on learning more about it. I was so pleased with their service that Ive already recommended them to a friend and I wont hesitate to call them again if needed.
