Highly impressed with Shamrock Plumbing for this whole house replumb. From the bid process to quickly scheduling work and communicating expectations - I was highly impressed with the experience and would recommend Shamrock.The work included copper to pex water line update, replacing galvanized and cast iron drain lines to ABS, updating the main shut off, and moving a basement shower drain which included jackhammering the floor.

I had a great experience with Shamrock!!At first, because they were my property manager’s go to plumbers….I was reluctant. I looked into them on yelp…and it did look any better.However, a 1 star review they got was over HVAC….they don’t even do HVAC.SO….don’t believe the reviews!!! My guy was johnny on the spot and busted his butt to get the job done. I couldn’t be happier!!!

This is my 3rd experience with Shamrock. Honestly love this company! Nubia was the residential scheduler and I was able to reach them at 730am. She was knowledgeable and helpful getting service set up soon. Colton installed a new hose bibb that has been dripping since I bought the house 13yrs ago. What a relief. He also helped me find the right access panel that I can install myself in the ceiling hole and eliminate hiring drywall repair. He checked my water pressure and a faucet to see if a washer was needed. Spencer installed a new garbage disposal and it runs like a charm. What a team. Jon installed my plumber grade water softener 2yrs back, SO much nicer than box store quality. Ethan installed my new water heater 2yrs ago as well and repaired a pipe in the basement. It is so nice to call on skilled tradesmen and feel secure with their work. I highly them recommend for any plumbing needs, pricing competitive and fair.

Dan showed up on time and installed an additional 50 gallon water heater in series, rough plumbed and installed a soft water conditioner, and extended a gas line out to my deck for a grill. Fantastic job by Shamrock as always. They really did me a favor as water heater broke down and stopped working. The scheduler who was fantastic arranged for a tech to come out first thing as we had no hot water in the house. Ethan was the tech specialist who was incredible— knowledgeable, professional, diligent and able to bring in and install a new water heater in the morning. I could not recommend Shamrock more for plumbing needs and that is why I have used them on multiple occasions. First rate!

Sam and Woody at Shamrock Plumbing were excellent. What we thought was a clogged drain turned into re-doing all the piping on a whole sink. They worked quickly and kept me updated on everything they were doing so I could approve it before they did it. They explained things to me thoroughly as I am a novice and wasnt sure what was going on. I am grateful for their hard work. The sink works perfectly now and the price was very fair. I spoke with Nubia on the phone and besides being very nice she is knowledgeable. Nubia got me a timely appointment and Gary showed up and did a great job. He explained everything and let me make the decision. Gary had the pricing with him so there was no back and forth with the office. Shamrock got us back to normal again.I definitely recommend Shamrock. Gary had everything on his truck that was needed including parts and tools. I took a picture of the model number and serial number and Nubia helped me get what we needed with a 6 year warranty and 10 gallons more than I had.She explained that the water heater needed a 4 inch vent and I measured mine and it was a 3 inch going into the wall and she explained that she could change the water heater so the vent did not need to be changed or they could install a new vent. She had the pricing at her fingertips and was super helpful. This is a great company that knows what they are doing to get the job done correctly.Give them a call and dont worry about them selling you things you dont need. The quality of the water heater is a bit better when you buy from plumbers when compared to big box stores and they stand behind their work as well.

I never write reviews, but for this service I felt it was a must! Shamrock Plumbing came, diagnosed the problem (shot water heater and water softener) and replaced both the water heater and softener. They are very knowledgable, the cost for their water softener technology and service is truly amazing! John was a fabulous and I feel like I could call him and Shamrock again for any follow-up. I havent used Shamrock before, going with other services, but now Im sticking with them FOREVER! They are the best. So thankful for their quick and excellent service!

We recently reached out to Shamrock for a second opinion on a reverse osmosis system replacement. We were assigned to John and were immediately connected with him to set up a visit. Weve had bad (and overpriced) experiences with some of the bigger names in town that you would recognize from their TV and mail campaigns. John was honest, professional, friendly, and genuinely interested in giving us good value. The RO system quote was fair and competitive and he solved a couple other problems left by the other companies while he was waiting for some return vendor calls. Shamrock will definitely be our first call from here on and we plan to have them back.

I recomend Shamrock. I had another plumbing company come repair a main line pressure valve. In that process I was told my water heater was leaking and needed to be replaced and their quote was outrageous. I called Shamrock for a second opinion. Im glad I did. Thier plumber said there was no evidence that the water heater was leaking, but that based on the age it probably would need to be replaced in the next 2 - 3 years. Shamrocks quote to replace the water heater was $2000 less with the same 10 year warrenty. I appreciate the honesty and not being pushed into replacing something that didnt need to be replaced. Shamrock will be my first call when its time to replace the water heater and for any other plumbing needs.

The guys from Shamrock Plumbing came out today to clean out a floor drain in my basement. They were quick, helpful, and informative. And, just nice guys to be around! I’ve had this same drain cleaned out twice previously and these guys helped me understand the problem better than the previous companies I’ve used. Next time this drain plugs up (As it is won’t to do) I’ll definitely call Shamrock back.

Sam and Woody helped come by to inspect some knocking and what I thought might potentially be frozen pipes. They were able to help diagnose the issue right away and were kind to explain it to me to the best of my understanding as residual pressure feedback after turning off the faucet that caused the pipes to kick. They explained the possible options for repair and took my needs into consideration for the final decision. They helped install a water hammer to help regulate that pressure and tested it out for me as soon as the install was done.They were extremely kind and considerate of my time and my home and some of the difficulties presented with how to navigate and best address the issue in my older model home. As well they were very personable and respectful. It was a pleasure having these gentlemen help service my request in representation of Shamrock Plumbing.

Amazing job. I had quotes from other plumbers that were outrageous and I was not confident they knew what they were doing. After talking with shamrock I knew their plumbers have been in the business long enough to have seen it all. They knew what to look for and what to fix like they have done it hundreds of times, when the others didnt seem quite sure what to make of the plumbing disaster I had going on in my house. I spent more time trying to figure out what parts to use trying to do it myself than it took them to do the work. Money well spent and would recommend to anyone.

I usually don’t write reviews but the service I received from Shamrock was so good that I had to write one. The water heater in my house made a loud tooting sound every time I used hot water for six months or so. I hired a plumber from one company but he wasn’t able to stop the sound. Then I called Shamrock. A technician from Shamrock came out and solved the problem in less than half an hour. He knew what the issue was and how to solve just from listening to my description. I am so happy that I called Shamrock. Now I can use hot water in peace. I wish I asked a technician’s name. He deserves a raise!

I was VERY impressed with Shamrock Plumbing. The estimator came out and gave us a bid to move some pipes some we could hang Sheetrock directly to our joists in our kitchen, we had a dropped ceiling before. Other plumbers weren’t sure it could be done but Shamrock seemed the most confident and they actually had the best prices. They were booked out a few weeks but we got an appointment before the estimator told us. Gary and Cash came on time and worked super hard to get those pipes into the ceiling according to code. They also replaces our PRV. We had a bit of a snag after the pipes were moved in that the wax ring in our master bath upstairs failed. We guessed it was the age of the wax ring (30+ yrs old) and moving the pipes. Gary came out to repair that. Everything they did was itemized and it was clear what I was paying for. I’d definitely hire them again for plumbing. Thanks!

I have an older home that is heated with a boiler and base board heaters. Some of my zones didnt seem to be working correctly and I couldnt pin point the problem. I gave Shamrock Plumbing a call and they were able to diagnose the problem and get it repaired quickly. They were honest, friendly, and professional. They took the time to explain the problem and answer any of the questions I had. The pricing was more than fair and the service was top notch.

Shamrock was great. We discovered the water heater was leaking a 1:30 on Friday afternoon. The service scheduler told me everyone was out but she would call back within an hour to let me know when they could get a plumber out. She called back 10 minutes later telling me they would have a plumber to the house at 3. The plumber, John, called when he was on his way and was to my house at 2:45. He and Zachary had the old water heater out by the time the shop runner got there with the new water heater. They had to make modifications to the gas line and the water lines but had it done by around 4. They also installed a water shut-off valve to the house in an easily accessible location for no additional charge.Everyone from Shamrock was professional, courteous, and focused on getting the job done. I will definitely use them again.

Their dispatcher asked for our serial # on the water heater, informed us we were still under warranty and then quoted a price. They were booked out a week but we were on their cancellation list. We were called with a new appointment sooner than expected, and they installed our new water heater. John the tech was friendly, professional and clean. Shamrock will not disappoint.

Shamrock to the rescue!!Tuesday night, our main line to the sewer became clogged and flooded our basement. By lunchtime on Wednesday, Shamrock had a van in our driveway to take care of the clogged drain. John, the serviceman, handled things like a true professional. He told us what happened, why it happened, and what we can do to prevent it from happening again. He was very friendly, thorough, and helpful; even after the repair, he stuck around and answered questions and offered advise on our renovation. We went to a local Mexican restaurant and we both ordered our usual. Well her food must have been bad or something because as soon as we got home the gates of hell opened up. She was shooting fire and did a real number to our plumbing system clogging our only toilet and main line leaving the house. Shamrock has always been very good to work with. This time I had a big job. I needed my entire house to be replumbed from the main. The dug down to the main, under my foundation and up in to my wall. Then they hooked all the faucets in my home up with new pex. I had old galvanized pipe and my home sits on a slab, no basement or crawl space. They gave me a fair quote, charged the price they quoted and got it done quickly. They are the best.

Im sure these guys do a great job. I never actually used them but I did find someones tools who works there that had been stolen & ditched in the park across the street from my house. Luckily the name of the company was etched into the tools so I was able to call,leave a msg&return the tools to the rightful owner when they came to me to pick them up the next day. The day they were scheduled to come, they gave an exact time they’d be there. No 8 hour window where I was sitting and waiting for someone to show up. He installed quickly, cleaned up his mess and was on his way. It’s been a few months and everything has worked great. I’d recommend them to everyone.

Shamrock Plumbing has been amazing. I am on the HOA for my the condo community I live in. We recently had Shamrock come out for the plumbing in our buildings. Some of the things that they were fixing resulted in them fixing some stuff in peoples individual condos as well. They were awesome to get out quickly and schedule it so they just made one trip and helped everyone with their individual condos.More impressively, at least to me, I had to have a water heater replaced just a couple of weeks after they were out here originally. I was traveling for work and they still managed to arrange for someone to come out and get this all taken care of without me needing to be there.I worked with Ethan on most of these interactions and cant thank him and Shamrock enough for being extremely professional and helping me and our HOA with our multiple needs.

Shamrock Plumbing provides something rare in todays world, supurb customer service. We had a situation with a toilet that was installed by contractors when we first moved in, constant clogging and just an inferior product. We had Shamrock come out earlier in the year to put in an R.O. water system and were so pleased with the master plumber serviced to the call and his knowledge...we called Shamrock for this situation. They were here the next day after the call, we purchased a new Toto toilet from them, they did everything right. The manufacturer of the toilet had a color variation, and when brought to their attention, they not only came out, but came out to the house prepared with a new toilet and tank, ready to re-install. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SHAMROCK PLUMBING AND WILL ALWAYS USE SHAMROCK, YOU COULDNT ASK FOR BETTER SERVICE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE TECHNICIANS/MASTER PLUMBERS, THEY MAKE THINGS RIGHT! I was sitting on a plane listening to one of the owners of this business talk to his friend. They are talking about how to grow the business and I am admittedly eavesdropping on the conversation. The owner talks about how other plumbing companies tell their clients a ten dollar part requires the customer to purchase a new water heater that costs $800 and the customer ends up with a $2000 bill after installation. The owner then said, if the customer has a broken $10 part, we are going to fix the $10 part. I am not going to sell my integrity to build my business and if that prevents us from growing so be it. I had to look up the company so I could be sure to put them into my contacts and only use them in the future. I have had that $10 part experience that ended in a $2000 bill. Never again now that I have a sense of the integrity of the owners running this company.
