    Solid experiences every time their prices might be a little steep here and there but it is all worth it machines normally run at just as good as the day they got them they are way more understanding than other rental companies if you accidentally do some minor damaging they normally dont trip about it they understand that youre putting in work and stuff happens and if something happens to a rental that isnt your fault and you let them know immediately and they fix it free of cost as long as youre telling the truth had a trailer hitch safety latch snapping half cuz its made out of cast metal brought it up there they handed me a whole new hitch there was also a missing gas cap when I went to fill it up they gave me a new one and did not charge me for that because I told them honestly it was not there Ive done great business with them me and pops

    I have been doing business with Hums Hardware for more than 30 years. They have always been the go to place when I have needed that special, tool, fitting, etc. However, since they have been in their new facility, they have really stepped up their customer service! Not only are they friendly and helpful, they deserve a big applause for their high level of courtesy! I will give them ALL of my business whenever I possibly can.

    I live in an 18 year old mobile home with a sliding patio door. I went to a few places to find a replacement handle. I go to the big box stores and nothing. I went to Ace hardware and at least I had an employee try to help me. But no part. I thought I would try Hum’s. They didn’t have my part either but one of the employees asked me if i needed help. He said that he might have a guy back there to help. Sure enough the guy looks at it and fixes it. NO CHARGE. Great customer service. Will be going back.

    The staff in rental dept went the extra mile to get me the right equipment and on the road. I didnt deserve the extra mile, but they did it. We even encountered a small, yet significant issue with the equipment. But, the rental staff stayed after hours more than an houe to address the issue. I reqlly appreciate Hums Hardware!

    This place has you covered for whatever you need and a knowledgeable sales staff that has the know how to help you get what you need and get the job done. They have builders hardware, paint, lawn and garden chemicals and seeds, electrical, plumbing, you name it. Should you need something they dont normally stock, they can have it delivered to the store in three to four days. Their rental department has anything you need for any project big or small. They are also priced right.

    I had a wonderful experience with HumsI rented a machine, half way through the job the machine broke down and when I returned the machine I showed them what was wrong and what broke, I asked for just some of my money back to compensate for what had happened, before I knew it they returned all my money back and was very nice and polite. I highly recommend hums rental

    Lots of equipment and good prices on rentals, if you rent on Friday afternoon and return by 8am on Monday and only use the machine for 8 hours you only get charged for one day rental.
