Excellent, fast service from a local plumber. I called them on whim to look at my hot water heater after I was stood up by another plumber and they were out extremely fast. The plumber was very personable and was able to get the job done right then and for a very reasonable price. I asked for the price of a replacement in the future and they were able to give me three options at three different price points, all of which were very reasonable. I will most definitely be using them again very soon.

I purchased an old home that was vacant for a couple of months, I had it inspected and the inspector passed it with flying colors. A couple of months later I was having a problem with the half bath leaking. I asked around and was given several referrals to Vintage Plumbing. I contacted Vintage Plumbing and my first interaction was with Marla the scheduler, she was very polite and set my appointment up immediately. I received a reminder text letting me know when my appointment was scheduled. The morning of my appointment I received a text message informing me my Technician Tim [with a picture for identification purposes - which was great]:was on his way to my home.Upon arriving at my home ON TIME, which is rare for plumbers, Tim was very courteous and got right to work on my project. Upon investigating my problem-he found I had a larger problem than what I had expected. Tim explained he was trying to snake the drain out to clear the blockage, and his snake fell. He explained he would need to go under the home to retrieve it. Once he returned he explained I had some issues I needed to see, Would I mind if he used a pipe camera for a fee. I contemplated for a few minutes and finally agreed. I am so glad I did, what he showed me on the line camera shocked me. The cast iron piping from 1959 had gave out, leaving me with several holes and cracked pipes. Which meant the black/grey sewage was not leaving the house down the main drain, but being dumped under my house flooding it out. Causing MAJOR ISSUES to say the least.Tim explained, different routes I could do to help eliminate some or all of my problem. He explained I will get some quotes together and email them out to you, so you can make a decision on what you want to do.. As promised the next day I had my quotes in my email waiting. Tim gave me 3 different options. Good - patching it up for a temporary fix, Better - fixing the piping that was in dire repair now or Best - replacing what needed to be replaced so no further damage gets done, and no further work was needed down the road. I went with the Best quote - Vintage Plumbing does offer you an option for financing [not Vintage Plumbing] an outside financial group. I financially needed to apply for it, within minutes I was approved and contacted Marla to set something up to do the repairs.Thursday morning, Tim showed up and started right in on removing the old cast iron piping from under the house [ he busted his butt, needless to say in waste water and sludge to boot] he explained unfortunately this was not gonna be a 1 day repair which I had already assumed due to what repairs needed to be done, all the plumbing on the West side of my home needed to be replaced. I explained to him I acknowledged the work needed to be done and I was not expecting him to finish in 1 day. He returned the next day and started right in. The work he did to prepare for the repair was extreme and I couldnt have asked for a better Technician to do it. He had to sledge hammer my patio to get to the piping going to the main drain in 102° sun beating down on him. He worked [3] eight hour days without taking a break. Day 3 - 5:00PM and all plumbing was done, I said to him you can come back tomorrow to do the concrete work he declined and said No, Im gonna finish this up for you today.I cannot express how happy I am with the work Tim did. If you are in need of any plumbing work to be done wether its a small job or HUGE one like I needed done, Tim from Vintage Plumbing is the man to call. 10 Stars for Tim and Vintage Plumbing. Wow! We have a family of seven and had our hot water heater cut out just when we needed it most! We had sickness going through the house and you know how important hot water is when you’ve got kids with aching bodies. Also, washing greasy dishes with cold water is really the worst. We called Vintage plumbing and they were at our door the next morning! They presented us with three options, fixed the problem that morning AND, they didn’t break the bank. We had to have our water shut off valve replaced as it was so corroded it couldn’t effectively shut off our water, which inhibited our DIY shower stem replacement project. I actually called around to several different companies assessing who could give me a ballpark quote and what everyone’s service fees were. Vintage was the only company to call me back and follow up on my interest, and they also had the lowest service fee ($79– waived if contracted for the job). They got me scheduled at a time that worked for me, and they showed up exactly when they said they would. The serviceman that came out was great about talking me through what he was doing, and he drew up a quote before starting the job. The tech ran into the issue of the city shut off valve snapping when he shut off the water to the house, so he was here longer than anticipated, but Vintage still honored the initial quote. The servicman cut, replaced, and soldered the pipes feeding into the shut off valve, and he also installed a convenient and aesthetically pleasing access panel. Cost was $680. Overall, I’m happy with the service and would use this company again.

I called for a price inquiry when Im struggling really bad right now due to a bad divorce. I explained I didnt have much money and had already tried snaking my toilet on my own and couldnt get it to flush. They responded there was a flat fee to come out, plus the price of service which would be determined on site. I had to decline as I couldnt even afford the flat fee and said I would manage on my other toilet until things improved for me.Days later, maybe a week go by and Vintage called me back, stating that the owner said he could come by and take a shot at my toilet with his snake, for free, if I still needed it done. I accepted joyfully. We had some scheduling conflicts come up but when Tim (?) came by, he took care of my blocked toilet in minutes, for free, and only asked that I make a review on Google.Thank you so very much, Vintage Plumbing. I appreciate yall so much and will definitely recommend you to my friends and family.

Just had the BEST experience with Tim! Weve been dealing with our washer & kitchen drain not working properly. After having a couple different companies out & give high estimates with extensively involved repair options we werent able to get it fixed for far too long. I by chance stumbled across Vintage Plumbing through local recommendations and gave them a call to schedule. Tim came out, gave thoughtful insight into the problem and after just a few hours was able to troubleshoot and fix the issue, for far less $ and work than we expected 🙌 We are so incredibly thankful for their expertise and will DEFINITELY use them in the future. We had been dealing with a broken kitchen/garage drain for over 3 years. Having had different plumbing companies come to assess the repairs, only to have them change their way of wanting to proceed with repairs and seeing too many $$ we felt completely hopeless! The decision was made to call around close to our home and we found Vintage Plumbing. From the very first call with Marla to get someone out, to my husband talking with the owner himself on the initial visit and finally having Tim come and do the repairs, we were made to feel like human beings. It is an answered prayer to get it all complete! Their approach to getting the problem solved was very innovative and tech savvy. Getting online estimates and having financing options at our fingertips was something we had never seen before. Jacob and Cody were my technicians today. We actually had 3 different issues for them to look at and I wasnt sure of the severity of any of the problems. They were able to efficiently mitigate what the issues were and were able to fix everything within about 2 hours. They were very polite and helpful - I would have them back any time. I also was thankful that they didnt look for the problem to be greater or worse than it was - which they could have done, given that we were suspicious that maybe a pipe had burst. The problem was far less serious and they did not try to take advantage of our situation.
