Well Im sad to say that after using Brandons Plumbing multiple times, I will take my business elsewhere.I was charged almost $300 to have a 5 inch piece of PVC pipe replaced on my kitchen sink. Took them about 10 minutes. Called and asked for an itemized invoice, told that they no longer provide invoices. Dont know what happened to this company, but definitely not up to par.

So we called Brandons Plumbing for a second opinion on a warranty companys plumbing contractor. We had some sort of hammering sound at our rental property and this company went out to diagnose and fix this. After a short bit, they returned with a diagnosis of a slab leak and a $2300 repair. The repair they were suggesting would require either busting up the floor in the house or just rerouting the line in question and the price didnt change regardless of the fix. Not wanting to just take the warranty companies word I called Brandons Plumbing of whom we have done business with before. They sent someone out the very next morning and after a short bit we got a call and they said they had good news. It was very likely a bad exterior faucet causing the hammer noise in the wall. After they were done they put the plumbing under pressure to ensure the problem was resolved and there were no other leaks. Brandons could have certainly said it was a slab leak and undercut the warranty companies contractor but they didnt. They were honest , fair and straight forward.

Had a gas line leak at my property on my main line into the house. Brandons plumbing sent Denver out to the house to assess the damage, inform me of the repair and get the job done professional and quickly. Overall they did a exceptional job from the technician that came out to the office staff that keep me updated on timeline and even texting me when the gas company would be coming out for inspection. Overall a fantastic experience and they will be my plumbing company for life!

After noticing higher than usual water bills, we determined we had a leak at our house but could not locate the leak. I had not connected yet with a local plumber so I picked Brandons Plumbing from a Google Search, after reading other reviews and looking at their website. I was able to make an appointment, online, on a Thursday afternoon for the following Monday. I was contacted the following Monday by Josh, who let me know he was about 20 minutes away. I met him at my house, explained the issue, what I had looked at, and let him work. Within 15 minutes, Josh located the leak (bad water heater valve) and showed it to me. He then explained what parts he needed and answered my questions and provided a quote. Josh left to get parts and returned within 30 minutes. He made the repair and left no mess. He then showed me the work he did and explained the new parts. I was able to pay by credit card. I thought the charge was very reasonable and I was impressed with the quality of his work. Very good experience.

We have used Brandon’s Plumbing multiple times- ugh for us! We are heading to having pipes replaced but Brandon’s has helped us many times to unclog the pipes. Mark helped us today and he was professional and just great. He helped to resolve the current issue and was timely and efficient. Denver has come out many times as well and is always excellent. We are so fortunate to have found Brandon’s Plumbing and will be long term customers.

The original pump on my mothers toilet was broken and needed to be replaced. When my brother tried to remove the pump, a part of it broke causing water to leak. I called Brandons plumbing, and Bobby arrived within 20 minutes. He was very professional and was able to get the broken piece off so the pump could be replaced. Water did leak onto the floor before my brother could shut off the outside valve, so Bobby gave us information on contacting someone who can work with my mothers home insurance incase mold becomes an issue. We appreciate every technician and especially Bobby for showing up in such a short notice. We will only use this companys services for any plumbing issues.

We called Brandons Plumbing Monday morning for the pipes under the kitchen sink. They were able to come out first thing Tuesday morning. The time line happened to work out perfectly for my familys needs. Josh called first and showed up in a timely manner. Josh was very professional and personable! This is the third time I’ve used Brandon’s Plumbing. I’ve had a different person each time and they have all been outstanding. They are professional and courteous; they call before they come; and the company tells me who is coming and provides a photo so I know who I’ll see at my door. Best, they don’t rush. They work and then they test the repair over and over to make sure they have really solved the problem. Finally, they always clean up any mess made - which seems like a bonus to me!

I called numerous plumbers with no response or call backs and Brandons Plumbing not only answered but was at my house within 24hrs of my call, they were even early. I have had a leak in my shower another plumbing company was responsible for a few months but did not want to fix after the fact and Josh showed me exactly what happened and had it corrected within an hour and a half. They cleaned up not only their mess but someone elses. Very professional, polite and definitely worth every cent. I would recommend to anyone. Thank you guys for showing up and doing a job well done. We called Brandon’s Plumbing after our home warranty wouldn’t cover our service line leak. Being able to set up an appointment online was key. They were prompt in responding to our request and Dustin and Dusty were at our house earlier than we expected. Dustin and Dusty were easy going and professional, when they realized that the work was going to be more than just patching a line, they immediately called the office to get an estimate. We were also having issues with our pump switch and they fixed it all up for us. We had no issues asking them to come back and do the rest of the job for us in a couple of days. The office staff found us a spot in the schedule just a few days out so that we could get our water going back to our house. Doing everything digitally and even receiving the receipt by email is how we work, and is perfect for a company working with a tech savvy generation. Brandons Plumbing is awesome! I had been trying all week to get someone to come out and fix my outside faucet. I called Brandons and they were all over it. They had someone here the next day. Our service technician was Matt. He was prompt and arrived exactly when they said he would. When Matt called to say he was headed my way, I recieved a text with his picture and a little bio on him. I thought this was a really nice touch. Matt explained my options and we proceeded with the least expensive option. Unfortunately, this faucet proved to be particularly stubborn and Matt had to replace it. He kept me informed throughout the process. I was extremely impressed with his attention to detail. He opened up the wall under a cabinet so the repair would not be visible. He also cut the drywall in such a way that it would be super easy to patch. I can not say enough how impressed I was with Matt and Brandons Plumbing. Keep up the good work. From now on Brandons will now be my first call when I am in need of a plumber!!!

Called on a Tuesday and they had me scheduled for the next day. Denver called as expected and was actually early so I didn’t have to sit at home all day waiting which was a nice change. He was very professional and courteous. Explained what he would be doing and told me up front the cost before he started the work. Did an excellent job, cleaned up after he was finished. This company was recommended by a co-worker of mine and they were right. Good company and I would not hesitate to recommend them myself.

I recently moved to Oklahoma into an older home, and desperately needed new outdoor faucets for my hoses (galvanized pipes are the worst) and I also needed a toilet replaced. I provided my own toilet, but bought the wrong size. Mark was extremely helpful and even loaded the toilet back into my car for me and called some local home improvement stores to make sure they had the correct size toilet before sending me to the store to get the right size. He was punctual (early, even) and came in, got the job done, did it well, and made sure to keep me updated every step of the way! Even if there was a slight change in the original plans, he made sure to update/clear it with me before moving forward. I appreciate that very much. At one point he informed me he had to cut into the sheetrock to replace an outside faucet, and warned me it might be an eyesore. After I assessed his work, the damage was minimal! The cut was clean, which made it much easier to patch up with plaster afterward. There was another employee with him (I do not remember his name) but they were both very pleasant, knowledgeable, and worked quickly. I will absolutely use Brandons Plumbing again with any future plumbing issues, and I will definitely recommend them to anyone needing any work done. 10/10 am satisfied

I called Brandons Plumbing as a recommendation from my previous plumber who no longer services Norman. I am so glad I did! Not only were they able to visit the same day, they were able to install a new water heater. Yes, they did a site visit and THEN installed a water heater on the SAME DAY! They were so quick and professional. I had a small leak in the weld seam of my old water heater, and if they werent able to replace it so quickly, I could have had a house flood on my hands. I am super grateful for all their help! Definitely will be using again for any more plumbing needs.

When I realized I didn’t have any hot water, I looked in the water heater closet I was greeted with a drip pan full of rusty water and lots of white corrosion. I started looking for a plumber. I’ve used many plumbers but haven’t really liked any of them. Now I have a plumber!I called Friday morning at 10:30am. Rita answered the phone with a friendly, welcoming voice. She said someone could come at about 1pm- the same day!After we made the appointment, she sent a confirmation text. Jason called at 12:45 and said he was on the way. Then a confirmation text with Jason’s picture was sent. He and Dustin arrived shortly, looked at the sad hot water heater and gave a very fair estimate. I accepted the estimate and they immediately called someone to deliver the proper tank and began to work. They left at about 2:30 with hot water working. They tested everything, cleaned up and were gone. Jason and Dustin were polite, friendly and professional. I will definitely call Brandon’s Plumbing again.

I place a call to Brandons Plumbing on a Thursday requesting their services. The receptionist was very accommodating and scheduled us a service call for the first thing for the next morning. I received a phone call that morning from Jason making sure I was at my business and he advised that he was headed our way in a few minutes. Jason and his assistant went right to work locating our problem and advised me the solution to repair it. I gave them the go-ahead and with a matter of a couple hours the had completed their work. We had used Brandons Plumbing on on previous occasion so when our water heater started leaking, we called them again. Nothing stopped up this time. A real bad issue.Daniel and Carson came out as scheduled and tried to fix the water heater, but alas, it was too old and rusted. Time to replace the water heater. I thought I would have to take out a loan to replace it. My water heater is up in our attic and new code dictates that you can NOT have it there. It would have to be relocated. The price they gave me was reasonable. Not the thousands of dollars running around in my head.Daniel scheduled the replacement (yeah, no showers for our family) but showed up early and installed a new water heater and removed the old one.Daniel & Carson were polite, neat and fast. We discussed the water heater maintenance and I paid the bill! Happy as a lark!The funny thing was, my wife called a friend the day before the installation and she suggested that we call her brother... BRAND. He owns Brandons Plumbing! Thanks Sebrina Morrison! Brandons Plumbing gave a reasonable bid for a tank less hot water heater. They started the installation the next day despite the weather being below freezing temps. Daniel & Johnny were very polite, professional, and great to work with! The installation took a total of two days due to having to remove two separate hot water tanks and install one large tank less unit. I would highly recommend Brandons Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs.

We had to extend a natural gas line to connect a clothes dryer. Brandons had the most inexpensive estimate. Daniel from Brandons Plumbing did an outstanding job. They came out the very next morning, once I turned them on to do the job. He went the extra mile, just to make sure we were happy with it and completely set. We were charged the amount of our estimate, and not a penny more! No surprises. Courteous, helpful, and afterwards, showed me the work they did. All was well done. They were OK with me doing some preparations (not actual plumbing of course) and getting needed parts on hand, in advance of their visit. Will use them again!

My neighbors had to have some major plumbing work done but unfortunately my fence had to be removed and backyard dug up to do a lot of the work. The plumber, John, and his assistant were very professional and courteous throughout the whole process. After a few months, I informed Brandons that the dirt where they had dug had resettled and left a big hole in our backyard. They responded within the week and not only filled the hole in but that area of my yard has never been so level. They really treated it like it was their own home.

A gas leak was discover the Friday afternoon before the weekend of Christmas. I called a few other companies and no one was available. When I called Brandons, Rita explained their billing process and was very friendly. She explained that because they were already booked for the day, I would likely have to be an evening call (that comes with an extra fee) but that they would do everything they could to get someone there as quickly as possible. Twenty minutes later, I get a call back. A job was finished early and they would have someone there within the hour, thus saving me the extra fee. Jason and Johnny arrived 20 minutes later and were very polite. The problem was quickly diagnosed and they were patient in answering all of my questions and addressing all of my concerns, including quoting me a price up front. When they finished quicker than expected, I ended up with a lower bill than the quote! I was very pleased with my experience and would definitely recommend them to others.

A great service company. Everything was very professional and above board. I called Brandons Plumbing on a Monday morning. Rita immediately gave her name and asked what we needed. She asked all the right questions and carefully took all the information. She speaks pretty fast so stay on your toes! But everything was taken care of perfectly.Daniel and Mark showed up early in the three hour window that was confirmed by text and email. In about one hour my kitchen faucet was replaced with a unit my wife and I had purchased earlier. Everything was spotless clean when they left. Josh from Brandons plumbing came out. The work that was completed was new hot and cold water valves for the washing machine which are shown in the photo ($235.00), he and an assistant, name Josh also, ran a snake down the washer drain which had been backing up and caused some pooling of water in the garage ($111.00), changed a rubber washer in the front outside faucet(no charge), and complete replaced the back yard faucet with one that I supplied.($245.00) There was a $40 difference in price for the backyard faucet if I supplied vs they supplied. Josh and Josh showed up around 10:00. Josh #1 left once to get a torch and once to get a coupler for the outside faucet. They completed the job around 12:30. All in all, Josh and his assistant Josh did an outstanding job. They were polite and professional. Hindsight being 20/20, I could have rented a snake at Home Depot for $40 and I could have installed the back yard faucet had I anyone to help me, it was a two person job removing and replacing faucet (one inside and one outside, thats all). Personally, I thought the snake drain clean charge was high as well as the outside faucet replacement was really high since I supplied the part. Their receipt they give does not separate parts cost and labor cost, it is just is a job cost. So two hours work cost $585.00 dollars. Again, they did an awesome job, but consider their prices and may shop around if you want to save money. By the way, I have to fix the square hole they cut in the wall myself, that portion of work is not part of their job. That is my responsibility. Just FYI for anyone needing this type of work.

Our new house was having drainage issues and every time we drained the bathtub the water would leak out of the shower. The builder contacted the plumber and we told they came out and found that a pipe was clogged with some grout from when they tiled and that it had been resolved BUT when we moved in it was discovered that they really didnt fix anything. For starters, the tech was late getting to my location than what the dispatcher said. I was an emergency work in, so I wasnt swayed by that too much. Overall, the job was done and for a reasonable price. However, while the tech was here, he plugged his auger to clear the drain into my bathroom electrical outlet. The power required by that thing was too much and we thought he blew a breaker. After flipping all the breakers, that clearly wasnt the problem. He joked that he saved my house from burning down and used a different plug to finish the job and told me Id need to contact an electrician to address that issue. Great. Electrician the following day stated that he should have known better than to plug that big thing into a bathroom outlet. After much searching, it was discovered that he caused a fault in that outlet that blew through the outlet in our guest room. Altogether, the electrician cost me a pretty penny to replace two recepticles. I tried to call and email Brandons to tell them what the electrician told me and I cant get them to respond to either. I likely wont be calling them again for issues that I have.

I had a backed up toilet that I wasnt able to clear on my own, so I called Brandons. The plumber they sent was reasonably prompt. He went to great pains to make sure I understood the charges for each thing he was doing before he did it. He cleared the clog by running a motorized snake down the vent pipe from the roof ($131). My only complaint was that (on a rainy day) he kept going in and out of the house without wearing those little booties that most repairmen use. He tracked mud from one end to the other. Not a huge thing. Overall, he did a good job. I would probably call Brandons again.

First off from the lady that answered my call when I was in distraught with my issue, secondly how she walked me through the process, third and the most important part the technicians sent out, they were schedule between 10-12 so I normally expected for them to call around 11:30 or close to noon, like everyone else experienced that with any technicians coming out, i received my call from Brandon’s plumbing technician ( Steven and Bo) around 9:00 am and told me I know we scheduled between 10-12 but we can head your way if it’s okay, I had a work meeting and they told me they can make it closer to ten and it worked, they got to my house worked on everything needed and resolved my issue, I had a big work order and the efficiency they displayed was remarkable and memorable. I was taken aback because ONG; already turned off the gas and performed the same test. Secondly, I called Tipton they never even showed up. I met 4 different guys on this job and each one of them were so kind and helped ease my fears. I received a text with Robert and Johns pictures before they arrived. We had just got back from the hospital from having our son and came home to sewage coming out of our bathtub and the toilet leaking. We only have one bathroom so it was an emergency to get this fixed. We were able to call and get seen immediately even with it being Labor Day. Quality, Experienced and Friendly!!Billy quickly responded to my water heater problem. The expansion tank had fallen from a poorly constructed brace (from the original installation-not by Brandons Plumbing) and the weight of the tank bent the PEX. He assesed the situation and drained the tank, shortened the replacement PEX where it wouldnt be able to bend and restarted the system.The experience he showed, the quality of his work, and the attention to detail to not just replace an expansion tank and call the job done. He also saw there was no support for the pipe or the expansion tank and ensured all was fully supported before the job was done. Which is a whole lot more than the original install. This is why Ive called on Brandons Plumbing for the last four repairs and I will continue in the future. It shows in the quality of personnel employed, the experience and people that show they like where they work.

From the appointment setting to the service. it was great. Very courteous, answered all my questions. They came when they said they would, told me step by step what the were doing and why the problem happened. Cleaned up , took the old dirty parts with them. They made sure everything was working before leaving, checking several times. The cost was reasonable, about what I expected. I would use them again. Nice to find a plumber you can depend on. Told me from the beginning the steps he was going to take and how much each was going to run me before doing the work and even ended up coming back after the less invasive attempts were unsuccessful. We had a slab leak which two other plumbers could not find. Tuffy with Brandons Plumbing came out and was determined to find and repair the leak. He was able to locate and fix the leak. The slab had to be demoed for the repair, but he fixed the hole as if it had never happened. It was top notch service!

Recently I had a very serious problem with my plumbing and had to find someone to fix it. My Brother-in-law recomended Brandons Plumbing based on his next door neighbors experience. John came out and tried to clear the line with a snake and then discovered a more serious problem. It turned out that one of the piers from our recent leveling job on the house had pierced through the sewer pipe causing everything to stop up in the house. They returned the following day in the rain, dug down to the source of the problem and repaired the damage in just a couple of hours. It was a very nasty job and the rain did not help, but they did an excellent job. If you need a plumbing proble fixed , these are the guys to go to. We recently asked three plumbing companies for bids to run a gas line for a new cooktop in our kitchen. Brandons was the only one who looked beneath the attic insulation, where they found there was an existing gas line running right above the kitchen. That meant the job would be easier to accomplish than the other companies estimated. Consequently, Brandons cost for the work was much lower. They did a great job. They arrived on time, finished the work quickly, and cleaned up their mess. Daniel and Mark both explained what they had done very thoroughly. We will call them next time we need any plumbing work done.

03/25/21We had Tuffy from Brandon’s Plumbing come out and help us with our washer and bathroom drains. They completely stopped draining all at once. Tuffy had to jackhammer the cement floor in our bathroom, and dig down to get to the pipes. Then cut out a tree root the size of your arm!! But he got everything replaced with brand new PVC pipe, and the dirt back over them, then poured new cement. He also replaced the bathtub faucet and I got a brand new tub surround.He was very professional and knew exactly what the problem was and how to fix it. My cousin and I both enjoyed meeting Tuffy and we will specifically ask for him when we call Brandon’s Plumbing the next time!
