Today, I had the pleasure of meeting Brenden, a technician at Bobs Plumbing. He came on a call to fix the seal around my toilet and a very slow , almost obscure leak under my sink. I have had two other companies look at the same issue and tell me replacing the seal would cost as much as getting an entire new toilet. Although I have had this toilet for some time, it wasnt to the point of needing replaced. I sent them in their way. Today , Brenden looked at my issue and said he could absolutly replace the seal. After disassembling the toilet , he advised that there was actually some other part broken as well . He showed me exactly what he was referring to and said he was prepared to take care of that also. He wanted me to know it was going to cost a little a little more and I appreciated him advising of same before beginning the work. He took care of both issues efficiently and very effectively with little to no mess upon his departure. My toilet and sink have been leaky and not usable for months and now , they are back to working perfectly, without a single issue. I used Bobs plumbing for the longest time and then, for no real reason, called a few other places instead. After being so disappointed , I remembered Bobs and called and set this appt. After having the experiences i had with other companies, I wont call anyone but Bobs Plumbing for my plumbing needs and will request Brenden as well. He also had the most pleasant personality , making me laugh the entire visit. Wonderful work one great guy!

The company sent well trained and knowledgeable plumbers. The problem was discovered after much digging, and a schedule is set to have them come back for a fix. The plumber (Lowell) stayed until 8:00 pm to finalize his work and clean up the area, then fully explained the problem. Great work!

On the 4th of July, with our house full of family, Tammy from Bob’s Plumbing made an emergency service call to our house. Our plumbing was clogged and backing up. She was courteous, professional, fixed our issue in less than an hour and charged us a reasonable price for the service call. Highly recommend this company. Would definitely use them again!

My hot water tank started leaking this last weekend, so I stopped the water to the house and drained the tank. Called Bobs and they have been trying to be very helpful while theyre short staffed this week. They sent someone out after hours to disconnect the water lines to the tank so I can at least have cold water in the house. I have an older house thats going to have to need some unusual repair work to fix the issue, so I already know its going to take a little longer than Id like, but thats to be expected. Especially since Labor Day is coming up.The plumber who came out offered their suggestions for going electric versus gas (pros and cons) and was willing to work with me to address my concerns before estimating the cost of the overall work. Ive emailed them to ask if they can tack on a toilet replacement, too. I give 4/5 stars so far just because weve had some problems with communication, but overall Id definitely recommend Bobs for any plumbing needs. Im pretty happy so far. Theyre knowledgeable, friendly, licensed, and they stand behind their work. Ill review more once the repairs have been completed!Edit: So it’s a couple weeks after they did the installation of my new hot water tank and they did a GREAT job. They were punctual, professional, and efficient. I’m really happy with the work they did and how willing they were to show me the details of the new tank. They showed me how to set it for vacation, how to relight the pilot, and how to turn it off if I need to. They updated my hot water system in this old house. Even my water pressure is better. Weird and awesome.

We had a serious whole house blockage this week. The staff at Bobs arranged a time, and were cheery and cordial doing so. The plumbers were professional, considerate, and worked efficiently and carefully, solving the problem. The head plumber even advised me on how to solve it more permanently. And the price was reasonable, certainly compared to other plumbers in the area. Weve used Bobs for years and have never been dissatisfied. The one time the problem wasnt fixed, they returned to redress the issue, at no charge. Great company!

I called hoping for a last minute appointment and they were super helpful in trying to get me in. The gave me a pretty specific time frame, only an hour, as opposed to the 3-4 hour span most places give you. He showed up when he was suppose to and they kept me informed by phone. Super nice and friendly office staff. The plumber came in, was polite and fix our problem in a very short order. I was pleasantly surprised by the bill too. Will use them again, definitely recommend.

Helpful from over the phone - looked into another brand that they didnt carry to work with the tight enclosure space. Informative about costs and work. Nice, professional people. The installer came back and fixed an issue later in the week the same day it was reported. Will always use them for future plumbing needs.

Called on Sunday due to a pipe issue. They had Lowell out within a couple of hours. He was wonderful, professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. The rate for a weekend was suprisingly reasonable and they even offer either discount for veterans or senior citizens. Will definately use again. We will ask for Lowell again as he is such a genuine and kind person. His grandfather raised him very well.

Weve used Bobs Plumbing several times this year for various projects and they were excellent every time. Weve used several different plumbing companies in Norman over the years and Bobs has been the best. They do a great job, dont overcharge, theyre honest, arrive on time, pricing is very fair, and theyre pleasant to work with.One thing I like a lot is that the nice lady who answers the phones is actually knowledgeable. She knows to ask important questions about the job and she can answer a lot of questions too.I would (and do) definitely recommend Bobs Plumbing to anyone looking for a good, reliable, honest plumber.

I cannot say enough great things about Tammy from Bobs Plumbing. We have had issue after issue after buying our home three years ago and after trying out three different Norman plumbers, we have finally found an honest, trustworthy company. Tammy was able to find our issue and get it fixed. I will only use this company moving forward. I think Tammy spent a total of 7+ hours at our home over the course of two appointments and the pricing was very reasonable and our issues were completely fixed. So thankful for Bobs Plumbing.
