    The service technician Keith was amazing, he was very polite and very good at his job, I want to give a shout out to the Management, I was called to be checked on with the service I received, and a issue I had, bandy was so polite and extremely Professional in every way. They Where extremely helpful and helped me with the issue I had. They’re very customer friendly, and I feel like they are one of not that many companies here in Oklahoma who really care about their customers. I will use them again, i would recommend to anyone that wants to be treated in a professional manner, Listen to as a customer when you might have an issue, use this Norman Air, . I know from experience of the company taking care of me, they’ll take care of you.

    At this point I cant count how many Norman Air techs weve had out to our house, both for routine inspections and for a huge plumbing project. Every single one has been so kind; I have never felt condescended to or taken for a ride pricing-wise, and in fact, I feel like these folks always take the time to thoroughly answer my questions and help me understand whats happening with my house. Every person Ive dealt with at Norman Air (including the folks in their office) has been wonderful to work with. Huge shoutout to Jeremiah, who helped us handle SO many insane, unending plumbing issues this spring. You guys are amazing!

    Great experience! I called them based on their quite unbelievable reviews. After the two technicians left it was obvious to me why they have such insanely good reviews from so many people. I called to get a quote on getting a whole house surge breaker installed in my breaker panel. The electrician Josh showed up on time and he had an apprentice with him, Bryce. They were both very polite and low-key and it was a really great experience talking with them both, especially Bryce who was in his apprenticeship program. I got the quotes for the job that I wanted and it was competitive. They arent the lowest price company around and they certainly arent the highest but they are in line with what is fair and to be expected for electrical work like that. They also gave me plenty of information about the members Club that you can join to get special benefits. They did not push that on me but rather I asked for information and it was completely no pressure at all on anything. We will be calling them back to do the install on the surge breaker and I believe that we will be joining their Club as well. This was a really really nice experience and its a real pleasure when you can find a company that has very respectful and polite employees and theres absolutely no pressure or hard selling going on when you call to get a quote. I wish I could give them more than 5 Stars!

    Jeremiah did an excellent job. We had a quick response from our call, he was very friendly and resolved the issue in short order. He also reminded us we are on their service plan, which allowed him to checking all the faucets and toilets for free.

    Taylor was knowledgeable and efficient when he came out to service my heater. I appreciate that Norman Air sits down and explains what’s going on with the unit and if anything needs to be repaired, cleaned, etc. For sure the most thorough company I’ve used.     Our technician was Justin. He arrived at the promised time and his work was done quickly and precisely. He put in a gas shut off valve for our new stove.     Devin was very informative of the situation going on with my furnace and understanding about my financial situation. He clearly knows what hes doing and was able to get the heat going for me while I work on finding assistance paying for the part needed. I was very pleased with the fact that the diagnostic service was of high quality, yet affordably priced, as well as the detailed report of the problem with the furnace. This alleviated a lot of stress for me and Ill be calling back for sure.

    Amazing service! Our family is about to lose our mother to a long illness. People have flown in from everywhere. The sewage started backing up. Norman Heating Air Conditioning & Plumbing had Jeremiah the plumber at our house within an hour! He did great work, oh my figured out an underlying problem, solved it and was on his way in less that two hours! Great service, friendly and helpful.

    Awesome experience with Norman Air and our service rep today, Princeton! He was courteous and absolutely patient with all our questions. His inspection was thorough with every detail. Princeton discovered a pipe that had shifted and was emitting CO fumes. That may have saved our lives! I recommend Norman Air and their Max Membership.

    Today, Keith & Justin came out to service (drain clean & unclog) our kitchen sink cleanout line that was clogged with pot roast grease and they were not only courteous & very respectful, but were knowledgeable, friendly and professional!     I recently had Hayden and Matt from Norman Air at my house for regular maintenance on my air conditioning units. Hayden has been to my house multiple times and has always been professional, informative, and personable. He is eager to explain all things the company offers and super good in addressing any questions or concerns I might have. This was the first time I’ve met Matt, but he also seemed to “know his stuff.” I believe both men are an asset to Norman Air and I hope I continue to get them in the future!

    I called regarding a gas leak that I thought was coming from the HVAC Unit. I was able to speak to an actual person and explain the issue going on. They scheduled a technician and had them out the next day.Devin came out and thoroughly checked everything on the HVAC system and verified everything was working appropriately. Devin then scheduled a plumber, Jeremiah, to come out and check my water heater fittings. Jeremiah was able to find the leak, fix it, and notify me of other issues to be aware of for the future.Both technicians were super professional, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.If you want the best customer service and experience.     Hayden and Princeton are fabulous and thorough technicians. They helped assess several units on a home inspection prior to purchase that was overlooked by my original home inspector. The experience in their specific specialty provided me the proper knowledge about the systems in questions. Overall Norman Air has been a great company to obtain even with a couple scheduling hiccups. They have all come together to make the overall experience with them a pleasant time. I would highly recommend this company as a whole because they genuinely show they care about their customers and employees.

    We are very pleased and Blessed to have had Dan with Norman Air just replace the thermostat to my neighbor, Franziskas heater... We made the call when we realized her heater was not shutting off, and in an hours time, Dan arrived, narrowed down the problem, installed a new thermostat and spent time making us feel that we were worth talking to, listening to and explaining detail to.     We just moved in to our new to us house and as soon as we had unloaded the truck our A/C went caput! We called Norman Air and they had a technician, Tanner I think , come out and find the problem. Our Fan motorhad burnt up So the part had to be ordered. He walked us through the process and spent the time letting us know what would happen next. He was very friendly and knowledgeable-, and a great ambassador for Norman Air!The shop called the next morning to let us know the motor had been ordered and the ETA!Today Ryan arrived to install the motor. He was very friendly and reassured me that he would be putting on the new motor and that he would so everything he could to get the A/C up and running. He communicated well and got the job done in no time. My home is finally cooling down, and we are so grateful that we were taken such care of!Everyone we encountered either in person or on the phone was courteous and respectful, as well as friendly! Ryan’s smile really improved my day too! Oklahoma heat is no joke!

Sales Manager Colton was phenomenal in explaining the process and steering us in the right direction for financing. We had a slight issue with the initial operation of the new unit and Service Manager Derek came out personally and took care of a simple update that got us fully operational! Colton and Derek mirror our focus on customer service and dependability we instill in our own businesses. Kudos to Norman Air for hiring such phenomenal leadership and installation quality product!     Keith is so awesome! He is the one who put in my new water heater to years ago and here he is coming to the rescue again to make sure that everything is OK. He was friendly, knowledgeable, fast, thorough, and respectful of my property.I had water soaking through the carpet after I had done some ‘plumbing’ work in the room next to it. Keith got here, and there was no water to be found. I determined it must have been water dripping from the work I was doing. Keith inspected all the plumbing fixtures in the house just to be sure.4-1/2 hours later, water again! Keith came right back, identified the problem as coming from the attic (just coincidence it happed at the same time as my adventure and had dried overnight)He repaired it in no time. -even with it being 100 outside so even hotter in the attic.

    I have zero complaints with Norman Air. We have used them for numerous projects. This time was a bit more extreme, though. Both of our aging air conditioners had broken and we were battling a mold problem as a result of one of them. Taylor came to our house, and he took care of everything, courteously, professionally and without hesitation.     Update 6/20/24: I had the pleasure of working with Joshua, Dyllan, and Taner today and all 3 of them were absolutely wonderful. Joshua and Dyllan came to replace my electrical plug that was damaged from my leak that Devin fixed earlier this week. As promised the price for the repair was exactly what Devin and the folks from the office quoted me. Wonderful follow thru from one technician to the next. This company really knows how to communicate effectively and make sure everyone is on the same page prior to arriving at your home. Joshua also performed my electrical inspection and was very thorough in explaining what the most pressing issues were to address in the near future. He helped me understand the safety issues with my current (old) breakers as well as other issues not currently safe or up to code. Before he left he gave me 3 options for pricing on some vs all of the updates. Great information that I will absolutely use to make my future electrical updates.Additionally, Taner came out to set up my Smart AC app and the MAX monitoring sensors that allow me to track the health of my entire AC system from my phone. He didn’t leave until the entire thing was set up correctly and he verified with tech support on his own to make sure it was all working properly. Another above and beyond type of experience.I can’t say enough how impressed I’ve been by everyone at Norman Air.     Devin was fantastic today! He replaced the legs on our AC unit and cleaned the dryer vent. He also showed me how to replace the AC filter. He was prompt, careful, and very knowledgeable.     This guy got right to work. He basically ran to his truck when he needed something and ran back even with his tools in hand .     New Review - Nov 3, 2024We recently moved into a brand new home (new construction). Tornados swept through the area last night and something knocked out our fancy new tankless hot water heater. Im disabled so getting hot water back is essential. We called our builder since the house is still under full warranty but they wont send anyone until tomorrow (no matter what) so we called Norman Air. Once again it was Keith to the rescue. It took a little digging but soon enough Keith discovered that the unit was improperly installed - allowing water to intrude into the unit, causing the mother board to fail. Water travelled down the outside of the vent, through the roof and all the way into the core of the heater. Now its a question of weather the builder will back their work like they say, and if they will do everything that needs doing to properly remedy the problem (otherwise this will almost surely happen again). If not the repairs could surpass $1000. Keith can have the parts here by Tuesday. Well see how this plays out but Im far more impressed with Norman Air than I am with our builder at the moment. A high-end house with a low-end tankless water heater that was poorly installed does little to inspire confidence in what to expect from the builder.Thank you again NORMAN AIR for coming to our rescue.June 22, 2024 UpdateWe just had a drain blockage. Due to the blockage location we had to virtually stop using water - the main was clogged. This happened late on a Friday night. We knew we would be OK over-night so we made a Saturday morning appointment. We received a text message informing us a service technician was on his way. As usual the message included the name and picture of the tech so we knew exactly who to expect.Keith arrived a little early (nice surprise) and got right to work. Fortunately, this was an easy fix so he corrected the problem and was on his way in no time at all.Once again - excellent service from Norman Air.April 24, 2024 Update:After being disappointed with several competitors, I contacted Norman Air for routine AC service. I was very pleased with their responsiveness. The receptionist asked all the right questions and once she confirmed it was not an emergency she got me scheduled.Today Jose came to so our spring service. (They had already texted me a message with his picture so Id know who to expect. NICE safety feature.) For starters he was on time. He was in uniform which I consider a plus. H3e services the condenser and the blower and then came in and changes the filters. Im a senior citizen so I appreciate not having to get up on a ladder.===============================================Older Review of Plumbing & Electrician service below:We just had both plumbing and electrical inspections. They were thorough, very professional and quite pleasant.A natural gas leak was discovered as well as an improperly installed GFI. Both issues were missed by the inspector when we bought the house - less than a year ago.The Norman Air inspection just saved us exponentially more than the cost of our annual service agreement, not to mention the risk of fire or explosion from the gas leak.Thank you for a job well done.
