Champion Plumbing has been a very good company for me to work with. When I call, they typically give me an appointment quickly. Their technology is helpful in that it texts you when the technician is on the way, and includes a picture of the technician so you know you are letting the right person into your house. When Chris arrived he was very nice, helpful, polite and comfortable to be in my home. He fixed the clog in the sink and order is restored in my kitchen again 🤗

Always, ALWAYS,, great and professional service from Champion. Today Brendan and Brayan came out to open up our bathroom floor to replace an intersection of pipe that was completely blocked by interlocking sections of root growth.The guys were attentive, informatve, and worked quickly and fairly quietly throughout the day--jackhammering the foundation, digging out and replacing the piping, and re-pouring concrete beneath the toilet. They took care to cover the fixtures in our bathroom and minimize sound and dust coming from the work area. These guys were courteous and great!I also want to praise Lori and Denesha for their help, guidance, and professionalism over the phone every step of the way!Very happy we discovered them, online, years ago. They have never disappointed!

Long story short, they helped us replace some polybutelane piping breaks we had with new Pex lines and worked with us on a few other things as well. We will absolutely use them in the future on other projects and highly recommend them for anyone to use. Each technician that came was prompt, professional and highly experienced. The owner was even engaged with our issues and you could tell they cared about maintaining the customer relationship. They did a great job.

Ive used Champion on several occasions, and they never cease to please. They have rooted out pipes for our home, helped us re-set/seal toilets, etc. Scheduling is easy, and Ive always received same-next day service.Office staff is always helpful and courteous--available through immediate texting, and through calls and emails. Communication is very clear. You always get a call about 30 minutes before their arrival. This allows me, personally, to get home from the office in time to open and prep the home for their arrival.The service crew members are always courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Their explanations of procedures, problems, etc. have always been easy to understand. Corrective and pricing options are well-communicated, and there is no pressure placed upon the home owner in these regards.On this last occasion, Santiago and Chris came out to our home, friendly, communicative and knowledgable, as Champion folks always are. They are super careful to keep your home, and their work area, clean at all times. The provided clear explanation and photos of our issue--a tree root bulb growing in a pipe intersection--and showed me first hand in our bathroom what their course of action was to be. Some problems arent fun or cheap to learn about, but Ive been able to trust Champions work, theyve never had to come back and correct anything theyve done, and I have no hesitation about going strtaight back to them for future problems.Recommended highly!

We were having a horrible time dealing with our home warranty company not having a service provider in our area (4 days of no hot water!), so I called Champion Plumbing. When the receptionist (Im so aorry if she sees this but I forgot her name) answered, she was so pleasant and easy to talk to about the stressful situation. She got us scheduled for the same day. William showed up for the appointment and we were blown away with how through he was. He went above and beyond to get us back in working order. He got our hot water tank replaced and back up to code. I wish out warranty company was this concerned with us! The whole crew at Champion Plumbing are A+ and deserve 10 stars but Im capped at 5. Hands down THE BEST!!

Blaine and Jody showed up to diagnose our issues we’d been having with our spare bathroom. The blockage had passed before their arrival but they helped to diagnose why the blockage had occurred and ensured everything was functional before leaving. They didn’t charge us. They’re good people.

We called Champion Plumbing after another company discovered gas leaks in our attic. On 10 Apr 24, Specialist William Field stopped by to inspect our home and discovered several leaks. On 15 Apr 24, Specialist Austin and Thomas installed an up dated gas line with shut off valves and an air pressure gage. On 16 Apr 24, Spec Field returned to our home to inspect gas line and ensure that there were no air leaks. On 17 and 18 Apr 24, Spec Field returned after ONG discovered air leaks however Spec Field did not allow that to deter him from accomplishing goal, to complete task and ensure negative leaks. Spec Field was adamant to get job done and was willing to do whatever it took to receive positive outcome. Therefore he removed and installed another air gage, checked for leaks and notified ONG. However after third attempt, ONG approved! It was a great day and customers very satisfied. Spec Field never complained, always had a positive attitude, stayed focus and never gave up! Sincere appreciation to everyone who participated in making our home a safe place to live, Spec Austin, Thomas and William. Oh my. I cannot tell you how pleased I was with Champion Plumbing. They were easy to schedule with, friendly and very knowledgeable. I received several text updates on the status of my technician arriving. When he was on the way, I received a text letting me know. The text contained his picture and a little bit about him. I am so happy to finally find a plumbing service I know I can depend on. My technician, Ryan Hoey, was fabulous. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very thorough. My problem was resolved in a short period of time. I cannot say enough about this company. Very impressed in this day and age of bad customer service and no one wanting to work. Called to get a leak on my ceiling to get evaluated. Technician Danny came out and got to work immediately. He found the leak to be coming out of the masters bedroom toilet. He told that it was the wax ring. He also recommended to get both the wax ring replaced because it is good preventive maintenance. I was more than happy to oblige as both wax ring on my toilets were found to be bad upon removal of toilets. Danny put up a great work and got the work done in no time. After the work the area was cleaned like nothing happened.

Adam and his partner, Chad, did a very prompt and professional job replacing a damaged toilet in my home. They were on time for the estimate and immediately went to go get the parts that they didnt have on hand. After being gone for a minimal amount of time they came back and promptly got back to work. Had a block in the sewer line because my son stuck A block in the toilet and flushed it from that we ended up having a bunch of toilet paper stop up all the drains in my house they came out within 2 to 3 hours as they said they would and fix the problem and as a thank you gave them a $40 tip i recommend Champion plumbing to anyone in the Norman area for sure I appreciate the two young men that came out today and did not make one mess and fix the problem in about 30 minutes

Their text messaging system was really nice because it gave me just the right amount of updates prior to the appointment and sent photos of the technicians and short bios so I knew who was going to be in my home. They did a thorough job of trying to discover where the leak was coming from. When the job appeared to need a leak detection contractor, they called one for me and had them there within the hour. Fantastic service. My elderly mother had a clogged toilet and they just used a plunger and did not charge her for the visit. I offered to pay, but they still refused to charge. I had a water heater that was 10 years old and wouldn’t stay lit. I called Champion to come check it out. The tech explained to me the importance of flushing the tank out every year. The pilot kept going out due to a leak the in the tank. I was presented with options and all my were questions answered. I was even told they offered financing. They had the tank swapped out in no time and even cleaned up their mess!!!From the the moment the office answered the phone to when the tech was finished with the installation of the new tank it was a 10 star experience. Arthur showed up with his fellow worker, both wore masks and were very polite and professional. They were here to do a camera diagnostic on my sewer line since the line had been clogged and backing up for a few days. Your first technician Patrick, who also was wonderful, did all he could do with his snaking equipment and sent this other crew today. Both guys worked for over an hour in the driving snow but could only clear my line as a temporary fix. Now that I fully understand the issue. unfortunately, I will have to have a total line replacement from the house to the street. Not a quick or inexpensive fix.
