We utilize McLaughlin for all of our electrical needs. We had two TVs mounted today. I knew things would go well when the tech put shoe protectors on before coming in the house. This levels of care was further demonstrated by the tech also asking very specific questions to clarify what I wanted. The finished work was beyond expectation. Highly recommend McLaughlin Electric.

They were highly responsive and reached out to my immediate need quickly, asked clarifying questions, follow up quickly by getting me on the schedule and communicated with me on the timing via the app as well as via phone call. great communication from them!The technician, Marcus was highly professional, articulated what he was going to do clearly, and completed the job quickly. We installed a ceiling fan with remote control, and he programmed the remote and showed us how to use it as well and cleaned up more than we were even expecting. Marcus was extremely friendly and they were on time exactly when they said they would be here. Again, highly recommend them, and we will definitely be using them again.

The crew arrived exactly on time, I received a very clear diagnosis, and they were prepared to fix the issue on the spot. I had such a wonderful experience with the entire team from booking to service! I recently got an EV and needed an outlet and charging station installed in my garage so I can charge my car overnight. I called around and not only were they nice but they were able to send someone the same day for a consultation. Marcus was the technician and he was so kind in explaining what needed to be done. The price was very competitive and the service was quick. If I ever need electrical work in the future this will be the 1st place I call.

McLaughlin Electric responds quickly to customer requests and works with a high standard of professionalism, courtesy, and skill, being able to complete successfully diverse electrical work projects while also informing customers about how each project relates to the proper operation of a home.
