    Had a problem with one of my Milwaukee guns and within 15 minutes I had it warrantied. No charge no hassle. If I ever need this tool fixed or any of my other Milwaukee tools I will be back.

    Milwaukee is the best and this repair center only adds to it value. It’s really simple, if your tool is under warranty and you didn’t destroy it yourself. Take it here and they will fix it or replace it. You don’t need a receipt or have to register the tool like so many other brands make you. I brought my oscillating tool here that was losing power, and they replaced it same day with a brand new one. Don’t understand the bad reviews on here. I would recommend 10/10

    I have handyman business and use some of my collection of Milwaukee power tools pretty much every day. In the last couple of years Ive had to make three trips to the Milwaukee service center for issues with two well used power tools and an M12 battery. In each case the issue was resolved quickly, pleasantly and free of charge. By the way, I didnt even have receipts for any of those items and even that was no problem. Im extremely happy with the couple dozen Milwaukee power tools that I own and with the service Ive received when service was required.By the way, the complaints about the Milwaukee service center not having a complete selection of tools for sale seem a bit misplaced. Its a service center that also happens to have some tools for sale, not a fully stocked retail outlet. Why anyone would go to the service center to purchase a tool at full retail, then complain online when the service center doesnt have the specific tool that theyre looking for is a bit hard to understand. If you need service on a Milwaukee tool go to the service center, but if youre looking to purchase then go to a retail outlet. Its not all that complicated.

    They can be a little busy at times but they are always helpful. I have had to warranty out a few tools and they have always been good about it. I have never had a warranty denial of any kind. I use my tools quite a bit but do not abuse them. It may take a week but it beats sending the stuff in my self. I have been a customer for a couple years and do not see myself changing that.

    Very good and friendly customer service. They offer Milwaukee stuff that is hard to find in your normal retail hardware store. Got my Impact Drill fixed in a timely manner and under Warranty. Love it. Now we just need one further South closer to me.

    After talking with a Milwaukee rep at Home Depot and explaining my problem to him he suggested I take my drill to the repair center. So I took my it in a couple of weeks before Christmas to have it checked out. This drill is almost 5 years old so I really did not expect much. The guy at the counter checked the numbers and said they would make the repair at no charge ! Wow ! When I picked it up 2 weeks later, what a pleasant surprise. Everything except the case was new. I took it in for a trigger problem and they completely rebuilt the drill.Great folks, great service.

    They replaced a battery under Warranty. They of course had to send it off to be checked out and then send me a new one. They called me when it was ready to be picked up. I wish the process was quicker. I was glad I had back ups.

    I sent you a flashlight to get fixed and they said it was broke and the battery so they are going to send me a new one when they come in stock yes just worth sending your tools back to get fixed they do a great job up there in Norcross thank you for everything Milwaukee

    A tool mans store lol was there to get more information about thier sub compact wrench tool for heavy automotive use.Customer service was good and answered my questions.Still deciding between thier 1/2 220 ft lbs of torque sub compact wrench vs the Ingersol Rand 3/8 compact wrench that has 380 ft lbs of torqueWill make my decision very soon!

    Good place to buy construction tools but we never have time to visit. It would be great if you worked on Saturdays, even half a day. It is a proposal from some good clients
