I had a large sewer job that left me with no facilities and Roberts completed it quickly. It was a pleasure calling a company and actually getting an appointment same day! Super easy to communicate with and they answer their phones!! Always on time, efficient, and know their stuff. I would recommend this company! Also had Chuck work on my AC! Fixed it In about an hour!

This is the 2nd time we have had to use them and once again everyone at Roberts from the initial phone call with the office to the services performed by Adam was above and beyond. Then Adam called and showed up on time (actually early) and took his time evaluating the problem, patiently explaining what was wrong and our options making sure we knew everything up front. I bought a house a few months ago with a heating oil furnace. I called so many people but Roberts Service was the only one I could find to inspect and clean my oil furnace. He was prompt and efficient and wonderful. He said there was six inches of sludge and soot on the inside from the unit not being serviced in years. He was happy to tell me what size filter I needed and how often they needed replacing. I will definitely be using them again.

I can not begin to tell you all how incredible Adam at this company is. Long story short....woke up to shower before work, no hot water. My husband attempted to get it going again but couldnt....so he called Homecomfort experts...who sent out a tech who wouldnt even look at our water heater because it had a whirlpool sign. He said we had to order our own parts which would cost $300-500 in parts then $700 for service. Or we could go with a new water heater for 1800. Called these guys (Roberts) for a 2nd opinion and Adam reached out to my husband by phone and assisted in trouble shooting before coming out because we were already $124 in the hole from Homecomfort, my husband was advised to sweep under the water heater hit the emergency trip button and within an hour had hot water to shower. Thanks Roberts service and especially Adam for being such a blessing in our life, we almost went hugely into debt for a water heater we didnt need, or would have to drive 30 minutes to shower at families houses. My husband is in between jobs so financially this could not come at a worse time and the technician at Homecomfort almost caused us to make the hugest mistake. Hot showers are a must have in life. Thank you again. Moving forward I will only do business with Roberts Service! Thank you again for your kindness and helpfulness. And your office manager was amazing as well.

Adam came out today and I have my bathroom back after two or three days of the toilet being clogged.He did a great job and he explained everything to me before he did it.My dad owns the house that I live in and he called me, after Adam left, and told me how impressed he was ( it’s pretty hard to impress my dad when it comes to plumbers, electrician etc)Roberts Plumbing will be the only Co we deal with from now on.Thank you Roberts Plumbing and thank you Adam 🙏
