    We called Climatech based on our friends great experience with them. Sammi came out the same day to quote a tankless water heater. We ran later than we expected at another errand and he graciously waited the extra time. The quote was reasonable and what was even better is that he was able to install the water heater 2 days later. The work was quick and they left job site clean. We will definitely use him again for our plumbing needs.

    Called Climatech for an inspection I needed to be done on a sewar system for a house I was purchasing. He was very responsive and flexible on when he could come. Sam came out within an hour and cleared the line and showed me with a camera what was going on. He explained everything well, provided professional service, and had it cleared quickly.     I have two basements on either side of my building. The floor drains were backing up greasy water from the kitchen sinks upstairs. I had several plumbers come out to rod, the water would go down, but back up again once I would use the washing machine or kitchen sink. I had several plumbers come out to give me estimates, a few of them wanted to change all my basement pipes to be above the ground because I was told by one company that my pipes underground were broken. It was a nightmare. The estimates were between $18,000-$27,000! I called Sam from Clima Tech after hearing about him. He came and gave me a totally different diagnosis. He came and fixed the problem-tree roots were clogging my pipes!!! He put in a clean out access, rodded the pipes(and no, they were not broken)! Total cost of the repair was about $4,500! Call Sam for your plumbing needs, you wont regret it! Thank you, Sam!

    Sam and his team are the best. We once had an emergency with a leak and ceiling falling in and they came at a crazy hour and worked meticulously and quickly to fix the issue. I used him recently for a clogged drain and he was able to come same day/next day even though it wasnt an emergency. He doesnt do the work in a cranky manner; he is friendly and will talk you through the issue and any other concerns so you can sleep at night. Pricing comparable to other places. Highly recommend!

    Sami answered the phone when I called. Who does that anymore? He gave me a quote over the phone that was reasonable. Was able to get my drain rodded, and my faucet installed carefully and quickly. I asked him to replace a pipe under my sink, which only added a reasonable additional charge. The only disappointment was that the replacement part was plastic, not metal otherwise 5 stars. Oh, he was very personable and on time.

    Sam and his team are incredible. I had a clogged kitchen sink 2 hours before guests were coming over on Xmas eve. I called around and Sam was over within 20 minutes. He noticed it was more than a clogged drain and fixed it so it was ready for Xmas. On Tuesday he was back at my house at 9am and fixed all of my piping. He was as professional as it gets.     Sami came as a recommendation from a neighbor. We called him when we had a leak in our building which did not have a clear source. He was able to quickly figure out the source of the leak and work with myself and a neighbor to get it resolved. We also needed to involve a restoration company, which Sami called in immediately so they could set up equipment and ensure our insurance had the proper paperwork.Edit: Asked Sami to come out again to look at our kitchen faucet that had low pressure and was taking a long time to get hot water. He quickly fixed the pressure issue without needing to replace the faucet. He also identified a separate issue with our water heater for the building. Always quick, priced fairly, and explains the issue and options.

    Sam and Climatech have once again not disappointed especially with what could have been a larger disaster. Leaking pipe in our home was spewing water into our newly renovated family room and soaking our new carpet. He came out quickly, replaced the pipe, cleaned up, and recommended a mitigation service that came out quickly and were able to clean up so we could avoid water damage. We have and will continue to use Sam for any plumbing related issues. He is honest, a great plumber, and a lovely human being.

He opened up the drywall and replaced the pipe under my shower.     When Sam arrived, I had already had 4 other plumbers on-site for an analysis of what could be wrong after a total kitchen remodel done with a permit. Each plumber had a different remedy and none were cheap. It was a serious problem even the contractor’s plumber was unable to fix. I decided to give Sam a go because he seemed honest and knowledgeable. He was also good at explaining the solution. Well, I got lucky I guess because the plumbing he performed seems to have taken care of the problem and at a good price. This was not an easy fix for any plumber.     Sami is the best. I called him today after my tub stopped draining and my buddys go to plumber ghosted me. I found Sami on Google, just like you are right now and I am glad I did.He was onsite an hour later, carrying the parts needed to replace the whole drain assembly and install the p-trap. He also quoted me a very fair price to fix a couple of other plumbing issues that I have been dealing with since I bought my house two years ago and which I thought would cost a fortune to fix. Sami completed the work in less than three hours, and the work was covered by a 90 day warranty. He even brought in some amazon packages that were sitting on the stoop for me so they wouldnt get rained on 😭I would give him 6 stars if I could. Climatech is my go-to plumber from now on.

    They came out to fix the water pressure for our sink and fixed our toilet. They did a good job, were very fast, and always kept our opinions in mind.     The kitchen sink drain in our 1926 bungalow had been living on borrowed time for a while before I fed it a heap of spaghetti shredded through the food disposal. That was the straw that broke the proverbial camels back. After a search on Angies list, and a roll of the dice, I gave Sami a call. He responded promptly, patiently listened to my description of the problem and what Id done in an attempt to correct it, and told me hed be able to swing by that same day. A series of personal events ensued that prevented the repairs from being made that day, but through it all, Sami kept in contact with me until our schedules aligned. This is huge. Anyone with any experience hiring tradespeople for small repairs like ours knows how frustrating it is when a contractor simply decides to drop the ball. Sami was very courteous and professional in this regard.He was just as easy to work with and professional on the job. I would agree with other reviewers that Sami is very personable, patient, and clean. Anytime he and his workers created the mess and debris thats unavoidable with this type of work, it was promptly removed and cleaned up. He treated our home as if it was his. Again, this is another rare trait in professional contractors.Sami clearly communicated his diagnosis of the problem, the options that were available for correcting it, and provided a reasonable estimate for the cost of the repairs. He was cool with allowing me to watch the work (I always learn a thing or two this way) and to ask questions. This is a testament to his relaxed, easy-going nature. I never felt like I was being conned or taken advantage of. Sami and his crew worked quickly, and efficiently to replace the p-trap from the disposal, remove and replace the the old drain pipe with PVC, and rod the waste stack. Within two hours, the sink drains was draining like new with no leaks anywhere.I highly recommend Sami and his crew. If we ever find ourselves in another spot like this again, its a no-brainer; Samis the guy to call.

    I had the misfortune of having my water heater break on a Sunday morning. I called climatech plumbing and was so impressed with how quickly they responded and were able to get to my house to make the proper repairs.     Sammie did an A+ job!!! We are so thrilled to have found him. We moved into an older home with “updated” plumbing that wasn’t vented properly from out kitchen stack, which tied into laundry. We could smell sewer gas in the basement and sometimes kitchen. After one visit, Sammie diagnoses the problem and provided a reasonable estimate to fix. He returned the following day with another guy and replumbed the entire stack properly.     Sam is great and very responsive. We had a rusted p trap under the laundry sink that needed fixing immediately. I called several plumbers but none were available until a week out, the soonest. Sam promised to come out that afternoon and came as promised.I got a good vibe so I consulted him on a possible flood control repair, which he worked on as promised the following week (on an extremely hot day).About a week or so later, had a clogged basement bathroom sink. He came out that evening as promised and stayed to unclog the upstairs bathroom slow drain.I have recommended him to others and plan to contact him with additional plumbing work in the near future.

    I am a mere tenant living at the location this company operated on. I have animals that like to escape, and I warned the main guy and his crew about this, and to be careful about coming in and out. He approached me right after and very politely asked if there was any possible way I could perhaps put them in a room, as sometimes it can be difficult to avoid run outs when bringing equipment and things in and out. He showed genuine care and concern, didnt blow off my request, and suggested an optimal approach. I put the animals in a bedroom for a while (Which is what I should have done in the first place. just good ownership 101), and the guys did their work speedily and professionally. They were all polite, worked hard, and kept us informed. It was also freezing here, and they had to work outside. I offered them warm-up breaks, but like the pros they are, kept at it till the job was done. I dont know the actual name of the service they performed, but we were having drain backup problems, and these guys fixed it.

He has done various things in our house but the story which describes him the best was when he installed a sump pump in our basement. A week later we had a huge flood. We called him in a panic and he ran over. The pump was faulty from the manufacturer. He drained the basement like it was his own. Before Mr. Sam Z., I had 5 plumbers that did not know what to do with a leak and a bad sewer smell that I had in the laundry room of my unit.I contacted Climatech Plumbing and Mr. Sam Z. was available to come to my home after I finished my work at 6:00 pm. He evaluated my problem and determined that the underground pipe of the building was causing the problem and recommended the cleaning of this pipe and of the grease trap of the building.
