    First of all $2000.00 to install a hot water heater.It also took the installer 5 hours to do a hour job,after I disconnected and drained the old one.after writing this review advantage called me discussed with me the issues.     Advantage Plumbing to the rescue!!! Woke up to 4 inches of waste water in our basement this morning. We called advantage and they sent two of the friendliest and helpful gentleman to our aid. Jason and Dakota were extremely helpful with direction and suggestions on next steps. They also found two other major issues with a drain and toilet. They went above and beyond to fix our home and put us in touch with other professionals for restoration! Thank you both for everything, we really appreciate you!

    Andrew was our plumber yesterday. What an excellent experience! He was on time. He had construction foot covering on to keep everything clean for us. He replaced our tub/shower faucet and cleaned the kitchen sink line. He had everything on his plumbing truck he needed to complete our work order.His plumbing skills/knowledge are as great as-his “can-do” customer service attitude.I was most impressed with his cleanliness while he worked … he left our home as clean as it was when he got here. We would recommend Andrew. His plumbing skills/knowledge will not disappoint you.

    Andrew was the tech who came to my daughters home. He arrived on time. Issue was bathroom sink draining very slowly.He was very thorough. Seemed he didnt try to cut corners; he wanted to do the job right, and did so. He answered all my questions and listened to my suggestions. He explained things to my satisfaction. He quoted a price and stayed with that price.He suggested additional work and quoted prices.Overall, Im glad he came. I will ask for him in the future, should the need arise.

    Advantage Plumbing did an absolutely fantastic job from start to finish. The work included a trench-less pipe sleeve from my house to the street (over 70) and replacing almost all existing waste water plumbing.Everyone involved was professional and helpful from the Senior Plumber (Alan) to the office staff that called every day to let me know when the team would arrive at my home. If there is such a thing as an elegant repair in plumbing, Advantage certainly delivered it at my home.Other service repair companies could learn a thing or two about customer service from Advantage Plumbing...I would highly recommend Advantage Plumbing for any plumbing repair!! Thank you for a job well done!I had a second excellent experience with Advantage Plumbing, this time with Andrew and Dakota, tackling another large job. In this case Advantage Plumbing installed a second sump pit and pump, a water powered backup pump, tied all three pumps to a common discharge line and connected that line to city storm sewer system. The plan was to dig the trench for the discharge line with an excavator. However, this did not go as plan as Andrew and Dakota discovered my gas line was not where it was marked. Therefore, they had to move many yards of clay soil by hand. They took the time to do the job right. This was no easy task. Andrew and Dakota handled all the work professionally and timely. I was very pleased with the results! Now I can rest easy to knowing my basement will not flood. Once again I would recommend Advantage Plumbing to anyone who needs residential plumbing work no matter the size of the job.I had a third excellent experience with Advantage Plumbing with the conversion of an aging electric water heater to a power vent gas water heater. Andrew did a very professional installation of the water heater, with great attention to detail where the exhaust vent was located on the outside of my home. The best review of the work came from the city inspector upon the completion of the job. He asked, You know how you can tell you had a solid company complete a great installation? He said, They changed out the inexpensive factory drain valve to a quality quarter-turn ball valve and cap. I explained I did not ask for that to be done, the plumber (Andrew) just did the work.Ive had a lot of work done on my house this year with a number of excellent vendors. If I were giving out vendor of the year awards, I would pick Advantage Plumbing without hesitation. Thank you!

    I had a bit of an after hours situation where my kitchen sink and the main drain was completely clogged. I called Advantage at 6PM on a Friday night and was put into touch with Jason. He came out by 7:30 and fixed the issue quickly and professionally. Top notch after hours on call support. I really appreciate the service I have received from Advantage and would 100% recommend them for any plumbing service you may need. Thank you Jason!

    I needed my old water heater replaced and called Advantage Plumbing based on their location and online reviews. Glad I did. Called on Thursday and was called back soon after by one of their technicians. Very knowledgeable person, asked pointed questions and agreed with me that I needed to replace my old water heater. Office called early next morning and set me up with a Monday morning appointment. They sent out Aaron who sized up my installation and options. Gave me a full breakdown of pricing and what needed to be done. Aaron was very personable and experienced. He replaced my 30 gallon tank with a new 40 gallon tank which took some customizing to make it fit. I’m very impressed by his work and skills in getting the job done. New pipes, gas hookup and cleanup. I will be using Advantage Pluming in the future.

    We had a leaking faucet and called Advantage. Andrew came out about 90 minutes later. He was very nice and knowledgeable. Unfortunately he was able to fix the faucet. He informed me to try to reach out to Delta since it should be under warranty. I will definitely use Advantage in the future.

    Another year and The annual inspection is COMPLETE! Aaron was FABULOUS! Everything needed was on the truck he came with. So comfortable knowing they will come when called. The Diamond club cant be beat. The office ladies are so nice and knowledgeable that they make your day a little better when you call.

    Zack is respectful and professional. He took his time checking everything, and answered any questions I had. Zack did a couple of troubleshooting questions I had, coming up with doable solutions. He even sympathized with me and my bleach toilet tab addiction. He shared the logical reasons to give them up, and moved me closer to recovery. Thank you Zack!

    We have used Advantage twice in the last month....both times on an emergency basis (Sundays). The first was to replace an ejector pump in our basement and the second was to clear an issue with one of our toilets. In both instances the service technician was Andrew and he was excellent. Andrew was highly professional and expert in addressing both issues. We will definitely be using Advantage for our future plumbing needs.

    Had 2” of water in my basement from one of two super old water heaters. We cleaned that up before calling out Advantage Plumbing to assess and fix the situation. Needed a new water heater, new hot and cold pipes to and from the unit, lowered the base and added a new drip pain, fixed a gas leak, fixed clogged inlets to washer machine, replaced complete buoy in toilet tank,……… Needless to say, THANK YOU TOM!

    We have had major sewer issues. We had Alan, Dakota and Sean out to help fix them and we are so happy with the work they did. Instead of digging up our yard (sidewalk, fencing, road) we had the trenchless liner installed and are so happy we did- in addition to other sewer work done in our basement. We really appreciated when Alan came out for our quote. He really listened to what our problems were and came up with the solution that worked best for our needs and money.     I called Advantage on a Sunday afternoon due to a backed up floor drain in an apartment building. Tom was the technician and he arrived within 30-45 minutes of the initial call and had everything fixed and working in a pretty short amount of time. Great service all around!

    We had a hot water line burst at 9:30 PM on a Sunday night requiring us to shut off water to the entire house! Tried calling other companies who did not have an emergency contact or did not reply finally reaching out to Advantage Plumbing who actually had a person answer the phone! She contacted the on duty plumber and within minutes we were speaking with Andrew. Despite being at the other end of the county he showed up in little over an hour. He was able to replace that section of pipe and get our water back on in less than another hour...and all of this on a Sunday night/Monday morning! The pricing was reasonable as we decided to go with their Diamond Plan. Really appreciate the time and work Andrew gave us!

    Great company with excellent customer service. The initial visit and inspection/assessment of our whole house took several hours and several deficiencies were brought to our attention. No pressure to do them but Zack broke them down by priority indicating which ones were critical and which ones could be delayed but we ended up doing all of the recommended repairs/replacements. It took two visits but work was done wuth care and Zacks caring attitude. Thank you for being honest and caring about your customers!!

    They gave us a reasonable quote, kept in communication and called 30 minutes prior to arrival from a known number. Once on site their men were polite, professional and answered our questions while doing good work.     We had strange symptoms - the septic was disappearing underground and not going in the tank. Tom came to our house the day I called (for a supplemental fee). He found damaged pipe and roots, and he removed blockage in a couple of hours. He returned with Dakota a few weeks later to remove damaged underground pipes and replaced them, adding clean outs to facilitate future work. They discovered that the disappearing issue is a legacy tank upstream that was not properly retired. That job is for the a future visit.Part 2: Tom and Dakota returned and did a lot of digging and other heavy work to complete the septic tank fixes. The job was more complicated than they expected and took two days - they stayed with the one-day estimate!Part 3: We had an new problem, indoors, under the bathroom floor, in a maze of old and less old pipes. Tom came alone this time and made the repairs in a very difficult work space. He took extra effort to make a minimum impact on the floor. It involved moving a lot of dirt - and I think the place was cleaner after he left than when he arrived.Advantage has saved our bacon several times this summer, and our 75 year old cottage is now in better repair than ever before.

    Our 18 year old water heater started leaking and Advantage Plumbing sent someone out within the same day to evaluate and give us our options . We decided to replace it, and so the very next day Zachary came out and did a great job installing the new unit. He was thorough and attentive to detail, even taking extra time and care to remove a couple of small dirt marks left in the carpet from the dolly.     Had a continuous hot water heater placed. Andrew and Sean were with us for 2 days and were professional and helpful. Andrew made some suggestions of how we could get a lifetime warranty for the heater by adding a water softener which we were on the fence about. We did have it installed and are really pleased that we made the decision to use Advantage Plumbing. Highly recommend.

    We had sewer smell in our office area which had been a problem. Andrew found the source of the smell and gave use an estimate on what could be wrong, telling us once he removed the Stoll what he found, show us that there would be additional work required, and giving us the cost. We saw that the repair that was done 6 years earlier was not done to last, that is why the problem returned. The problem was solved in just one trip. When the work was finished the area was cleaned up, so there was no mess we had to take care of, Andrew was very professional.

    Andrew came out to do the annual Diamond Club inspection and found the kitchen shut-off valve was leaking in the crawl space. Fixed it in no time and put everything back under the cabinet. Bonus! I got an extra 5% off for fixing it the same day as the inspection. With Diamond Club discount, it was a total of 20% off. Very pleased with the time, having all parts on the truck and cleaning up. Andrew was very courteous and knowledgeable. Have never regretted calling Advantage Plumbing when I had a problem.

    Advantage Plumbing has been our plumber of choice for approximately 4 years. They have always been very responsive and friendly. We spoke to Pam recently about having our Diamond Club inspection scheduled. She was able to fit us in with a time that worked well for us. She called a couple of days before to confirm, and then we received a call the morning of the appointment to say Zach was on his way. Zach arrived at the said time. He was friendly, professional, informative, and respectful of our home. He inspected everything and made a few suggestions for corrections and/or improvements. We took his advice about one of the situations, which involved a leak. He was able to do the work during the same visit, which was great, because it offered a discount. We will definitely continue to use Advantage Plumbing. If I could choose a fractional star rating, I would choose 4.5, only because we don’t like the sink baskets he put in as well as the ones that were there before.

We own a lake house and it’s been such a relief to have plumbers with emergency service options, 24 hour availability and that reliably show up.Andrew and Dakota came to our place to fix our clogged bathtub last week (We met Andrew before with a frozen pipe issue. Instead of replacing the outdoor faucet entirely (which was more expensive and would have included cutting drywall, etc.) Andrew/Aaron came up with a creative/less expensive solution - rebuild the outdoor faucet.     Ive used Advantage Plumbing before and called them again because I know they have excellent customer service! I had a pipe freeze and burst as Im sure many people have with this insane cold. Jason and Dakota (an apprentice) made the service call. Such nice guys! They knew exactly what needed to be done and the next thing I knew I had water again. We were experiencing a very strong sulfur smell, and purchased a powered anode from the Corro-protec company, since that was recommended to solve our issue. The techs were helpful and friendly, and asked us for an update on is function. We are happy to report that after six weeks, the smell has never returned.     When I called to make an appointment I was greeted on the phone with a very pleasant voice that put me at ease immediately (Im sorry I dont know her name). We were having trouble with our sewage motor humming and then overflowing when toilet downstairs was flushed. I was told they were booked so we may have to get charged for an emergency call. Since it was an emergency for us (a family of 8 that cant flush a toilet) I said ok and she would call me back.About a half hour later the receptionist called and told me they had a cancellation and could send a repairman out shortly. He called a few minutes later and said he was on his way.Tom arrived within 15 minutes and immediately went to work evaluating the problem. Once he found it was the sewage pump he worked up and estimate, described options, and got approval to go ahead.After a couple hours Tom was done and told us what he found, what he did to fix it, and other things he saw that may need to be addressed.     We had been looking for a reputable plumbing company for over two years for some future planned work. Finally heard about Advantage and I called to get a quote on several items I wanted to have done. Jim came to the house and we spent about an hour plus talking through the projects I wanted to have done. Jim gave me a quote and I decided to do about half of the work. Jimmy came on time and was very friendly, but most of all he was very knowledgeable. He ran into a problem early. Even though we had ordered a comfort height toilet for the basement a standard height came in and Advantage did no realize it until Jimmy brought it into the house. Jimmy called Advantage and they had a special space saver toilet in stock and brought it out to the house. This toilet actually saved us even more space than the one originally ordered. Jimmy worked pretty much all day to replace three toilets and a sump pump motor. He was very professional and left the place looking like he had not even been there. I would definitely use Advantage again. In fact, I plan to replace my water heater sometime this summer...after I save a bit more for it. All in all, Advantage may not be the most inexpensive plumbing company in the world, but they more than make up for it in customer service and warranty. I would not hesitate to recommend Advantage to all my friends and neighbors. Advantage...you have a customer for life. Thanks!!!

    We are super pleased with the work we had done! Their prices are very reasonable and affordable. Our service person, Tom, was at our door less than an hour after we called. Our old house has had plumbing problems ever since we moved in and we were finally unable to keep the drains unclogged on our own and needed professional help. Tom got everything cleaned out, replaced, and working again better than new. Plus our water was so rusty when we first moved in that we bought a whole-house iron filter just so we could do laundry without wrecking our clothes but still had very hard well water to deal with. After testing our water, Tom suggested a water softener that would both remove the rust and soften our water, and gave us several options. We chose one of those and he installed the whole thing for us. We had been talking about adding a water softener to the iron filter before but didnt realize we could get a unit that would handle both softening and iron removal all in one. We will definitely be using this company for our future projects!

    Aaron was the young technician who arrived on 1/10/2023. Upon arrival his first encounter was spending a few minutes with greeting my two doggies...even asking (& remembering their names). This was my first impression of him as i am a retired military LTC & a small horse rancher. He reviewed the issues with my plumbing situation....then reviewed the estimated costs & jumped right into the work. There is no doubt that he is knowledgeable and spotted the reason why my sinks were not draining properly. He replaced the sinks plumbing which had been put in inproperly in the past.....doing it correctly AND WHAMO. I must add that i have had drainage problem on 2 previous occasions over the past few years on drainage & have had Advantage technicans here to unclog using their power snakes but neither of them ever caught the issue with the plumbing that existed......BUT this young man Aaron saw it from onset. I can see how fortunate your firm is having this knowledgeable & professional young man as part of your team. Though i was sorta stunned to have seen the charge.....i understand! I need to add that as he was loading up his equipment he shared with me how much he loves his job & that his owner is one who cares & takes care of his employees. Yes! The woman I spoke to was very professional and followed up with me exactly when she said she would. The technician Jason arrived promptly and was also very friendly and professional. The work he did was quality and the problem seems to be resolved. The cost seemed a bit high but I didn’t get any other quotes so I’m not sure of the industry standard cost for such a job. Regardless, I would recommend this company.

    We were very happy with the service we received to repair one of the pipes in our outside drainage system. The workers were very courteous and efficient and did a good job removing the broken cement and dirt which developed during the repair process. The only item I might mention is that during the process one of our electric circuits was interrupted and I discovered this when I noticed they were using a different outlet than the one they originally were using. I wish they had called this to my attention when it happened so I could have restored the circuit at that time. Other than this one item, we were very pleased with the results. Thank you.
