Im so happy I chose Jordan and Method Plumbing . He was thorough and patiently answered all questions when he came to provide an estimate. He patiently explained the process and answered questions on installation day. His team was professional and courteous. His accessibility to answer questions via text messages and calls was excellent. When I was worried there may be an issue a few weeks after installation, Method Plumbing showed up quickly to run diagnostics and check the setup. Excellent service. I will be recommending Method Plumbing to anyone that has plumbing needs.

Highly recommend Method Plumbing for their professionalism, speed, expertise, and service! Yordan and Ariel are terrific. They were both very friendly, respectful, timely, and very knowledgeable. They were able to resolve a couple issues in my bath (dripping faucet and leaking toilet) within a few hours. Yordan even provided helpful advice for future.I will be engaging their services again without any hesitation in the future.

I have used MethodPlumbing for multiple pipe /leak related issues at my home and I can say with confidence that Yordan is consistent with the value his services provide. He values the customer time and is always punctual . He makes sure that he has full understanding of the issue at hand , including thorough and proper inspection . He has always provided me with multiple solution options and has been reasonable in service charges. Also, he is diligent when working with HOA and adherence to their rules and guidelines. Method was great! They got sent by my home warranty company. They cleared a stoppage that we were having a hard time with ourselves . They were timely, professional, and most importantly they fixed the problem.Since I was at work my girlfriend let them in. They did a great job not only communicating the issue/fix with her but also gave me a call as well which I really appreciated. Would definitely recommend or hire again. Very professional and very happy with the service.

Jordan and Andrew replaced our tankless water heater in such a timely, efficient and professional manner. It works amazingly! Before that, they replaced our water valve that other plumbers told us couldnt be done without ripping our wall out. Guess what? They did it without having to do that and it works even better than it did before. If youre looking for excellent service with guys you can trust to do the job right and not screw you over, look no further.

Jordan promptly gave me a call when AHS assigned our issue to Method Plumbing. He kept me updated with when he would come inspect our issue. He was prompt, and gave me calls to update me on his arrival time. We have had multiple plumbers transfer our job, and Jordan came ready to take on the issue. Our claim is still in process, but Jordan was very knowledgable, and sincerely wanted to help us as much as he can. I can do an update review once this job is finished, but I can say Jordan was very professional and knowledgable.

By far, Method Plumbing provides the best plumbing service Ive received thus far. I contacted AHS with an issue that occurred 4 days ago with a drain clog in the kitchen sink. I reached out to AHS which assigned an original contractor over the weekend but they called shared that they werent available until Tuesday 1/10 and didnt feel that they had the expertise to resolve the matter at hand. So, for the interim I requested someone else and as I waited for them to secure someone I looked for contractors on my end.In doing so I had a few reputable well-known companies come out that provided expensive and overwhelming quotes that left me stressed, perplexed and overwhelmed for a few days. However, all this was eased when AHS assigned my claim to Method Plumbing.Immediately after being reassigned, Jordan at Method gave me a call on Sunday 1/9/2023 and asked me to share details on what was going on. Not only did he patiently listen to my frustration with all the avenues Ive tried; he professionally explained some techniques which may work to resolve the matter. All the while, not shedding any bad light on any of his competitors techniques/methods. In addition to this, he was honest about his availability and showed up as promised on 1/10/2023 between 9-10 AM.Jordan and Andrew arrived at 9am today, assessed and repaired the leak and unclogged the drain in ONE HOUR(or less)- ....Other contractors painted this out to be an arduous job which would require hours of rodding and which require us to spend a lot of money in repairs.But, Jordan and Andrew finished in less than an hour without any additional cost nor any major construction.Their charisma, passion and courteousness is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.... 10 STARS FOR ME***Oh and I forgot to add that I overheard Jordan quoting a price for rodding a kitchen sink to someone on the phone when he was here, which is 1/3 of the price charged by his competitor- I know because I had the same quote given to me twice for the same job.... (I didnt tell him this, yet... )

I was having a leak under my sink. I have plumbers come out several time but couldnt correctly point out the problem. The plumber came in and test several methods and found the true issue. We needed our disposal replace. Problem is fixed and with minimal down time. I really appreciate the effort to find what was actually wrong. Thank you!
