I had a problem with the hot water pipe line to dishwasher and to the kitchen faucet. The valve got stuck and the water was dripping behind the dishwasher since the appliance stopped working. I googled and got The Perfect Home Services aka Aqua Plumbing, Heating & Cooling, called them and scheduled the service quickly. I got the service availability within few hours though I never been into the premium membership.The service person fixed the problem, was super awesome, he had been keeping the smile all time and showed much interest to fix anything you throw at him about the plumbing. He was so friendly and fixed the valves in no time, also he showed certain areas where the future repair might be required, that really helps us to check and decide when to call them again. He indeed explained very detail for all the options he put together. The way he explained was super simple and very easy for us to follow what he is talking about. He also customized the options for us to get the most discounted price for the max repairs. Lastly, I dont have to say I signed up for the VIP program for the benefits and the discounts. Worth the price, Easy to approach, transparent repairs/ services. Definitely Recommended.

They were extremely thorough, professional, and above else they cared to do the job right! After he was finished he walked us through what he did and why, and what too look for in the future. He also showed us how the AC wasnt being run as designed and he got the wiring corrected so it would help cool our house faster. Overall extremely impressed and will definitely use again!!!

Allen, Chris and Tyler were our technicians and they did an excellent job installing our new 2-stage furnace. They arrived on time and wore shoe covers to protect our new carpet and put down protective mats as well for their work area. They finished the project in just a few hours with the installation of the furnace and the humidifier, as well as testing the equipment and instructing us on how to use the new equipment as well as instructing us on the use of the new thermostat. They also did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. We are very happy we chose Perfect Home Services for this job.

I originally called the company when my heat did not go on on a cold morning. They took the call immediately and had someone out within a few hours. The tech man gave a thorough assessment of what the problem was ( heat exchanger cracked, some other issues of rust and debris in the unit as well as the assessment that it wasnt originally installed by another company that installed it 11 years ago. He presented all the evidence of the problems on an iPad, with photos of everything that was broken, dirty, rusty or problematic. He priced out the repairs. Given the major issues (cracked heat exchanger being the worst) I asked to price out a new unit. A separate. person came out that afternoon (this was a Thursday). I talked over my options and chose to go with a new unit. A crew of three were out two days later and installed a new furnace and AC. They were punctual, friendly, knowledgable and efficient in their work. They made sure I knew how to use the new thermometer, spending an additional 15 minutes on that. Overall I was quite impressed with the entire organization and highly recommend them. These are people who know what they are doing and are not out to pull the wool over their customers eyes. Definite 5 star company--Im pressed with Jake, the original tech, Jordan who set up the sale, and Stefan and Dan who installed (plus one other fellow whose name I forget). I also had my ducts cleaned as well. That crew came a week later and brought the same professionalism to the task, showing me via video the before and after of their work. Quite impressive.

I used Aqua plumbing for the first time today and I had a great experience. Ryan, the plumber that was sent to do the work was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and very efficient. He arrived on time, assess what needed to be done, got to work and finished promptly. I spoke with the owner of Aqua plumbing the day before to set up my appointment, he was a very nice man. The office person who called in the morning to let me know a plumber was on the way was very pleasant as well. Overall it was a great experience to take care of my leaky kitchen sink and all at a good fair price. Thanks Aqua plumbing!

He quickly assessed my hot water heater and it was apparent that a replacement was needed. The installation was efficient and all debris was removed. I did not have to clean anything after he left. He told me that 5 star service was his objective and he would work to provide that level of service. This morning we were thrilled to have hot water again. I will use Aqua Plumbing for my future plumbing needs. 👍

Our heat went out at 9:00 PM. I gave the company a call, and we scheduled an appointment for the next day at 11:00 AM. The service was wonderful, very professional and knowledgeable. They were very patient in answering my 4-year-olds numerous questions as well as many of my own. Additionally, Lee was very receptive toward the some of the observations I had made about what might be wrong, even with my very apparent lack of experience. We had a very good experience with Aqua, and will be recommending them if anyone we know has heating issues.

Carlos was our technician and he was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. We didnt feel pressured into any repairs, though he did find a few things we needed to have addressed. They even threw in a filter for free in our furnace repair, which was very nice. We liked them so much they are coming back in two weeks to do some work we hadnt even intended on doing now but will drastically improve the heat in our basement. I imagine everyone at Aqua Plumbing, Heating & Cooling Services Inc. is as nice, thorough, and hardworking as Carlos. Great company!

Aqua Plumbing Heating and Cooling is amazing! They were able to accomplish plumbing services that another person tried to fix and fail. They were knowledgeable and so friendly. The prices were affordable and no hourly charges. Our plumber Joe was so sweet with my grandma and us and did everything he could to correct the problems. Everything was fixed and working in less than 2 hours. No gimmicks, no extra charges, just phenomenal service. I would use this company anytime needed.

Aqua sent Edgar out the same day I called. They made sure to let me know when he was on his way. They price matched a competitor for the service. Edgar made sure the job was done well and updated me as he was working. He also carefully cleaned up (something that other plumbers have failed to do.) He even helped us move a piece of furniture while he was here! James and Edgar were both considerate and personable. I was surprised to see so many good reviews for a big company on Google when I originally searched for a plumber but I can definitely see why now. I would absolutely hire them again.

Lee C. came to do a tune up of our furnace in November and was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining in what he was doing. He pointed out items that would help improve the efficiency of our HVAC system. I would request Lee again, he was great. April W the customer service rep that helped set up the appointment was also very helpful every time we spoke.Update - our furnace was acting up and would not run consistently when the thermostat would call for heat. We called Aqua and Lee C. came out at 8:30 pm on a Saturday. He eventually identified what was the issue and was able to get the furnace running correctly again.

Like using dawn dish soap instead of the brand I was using and to pour hot water down the kitchen sink at least once a week to break down the grease. He was very professional and had a friendly demeanor.

I had a leaking pipe in my basement and I called the office of Aqua Plumbing, Heating and Cooling after getting their name from a friend of mine that had a furnace installed by them. Their dispatcher was polite and friendly. They came out same day and sent Ryan. I knew the leak was in a tight spot, but Ryan was able to somehow (Im still not sure how he pulled it off) get the job done to replace a 2inch copper pipe without damaging electrical and hvac wiring with his torch. I was also pleasantly surprised when I got the bill. Their pricing was very fair and they emailed me the receipt with before/after pictures. Definitely will recommend to others.

Ask for Bob!! I had a broken drain pipe. Bob and his helper came out, gave a fair price for a big job. (his estimate was what I paid) He was knowledgeable, friendly and a hard worker! He had to dig a deep hole that took the entire day. When he left you would never have known he was there. Best of all everything works fine. If I need future plumbing work done, I will definitely call up Aqua and ask for Bob!

Lee came at 7pm diagnosed it was a plumbing problem. He is a heating and air conditioner repairman. He stayed until the plumber came and help him solve the problem. I have Used Lee for years truly an amazing guy. We have hot water heat and I only trust Lee. Explains everything he does. Edwardo the plumber was very good. They cleaned up and left at 11pm. Great service!!!

I cannot say enough. 1100 pm on a Friday night found water leaking into my basement, guys were here by 1130. We have the Service Provider Plan with them and there is no emergency call out charge which basically paid for itself just tonight alone. The guys they sent out were very good people, taking care to not wake up our two kids. And especially considering it was the middle of the night they had great attitudes and provided great service. I placed an emergency service call for our furnace, and Aqua was very responsive to send someone out. The repair did not remedy the situation, however, and I was not happy. Unsolicited, the company called the next morning to arrange to send out somebody to fix the issue for no additional cost. Lee was the technician, and not only did he diagnose and repair the problem in an expert manner, I found him extremely knowledgeable and eager to share his expertise since we are considering replacing the system altogether. True to their word, even though another part was needed to make the repair, Aqua did not charge anything additional. I found this to be an exceptional example of customer service. He was friendly, professional, and highly knowledgeable about the furnace, offering to explain the steps of what he was inspecting, cleaning and replacing along the way. He took photos of the furnace, used a video camera to inspect the internal components, measured amperage, replaced the humidifier filter and furnace filter. Ryan Hendrickson and his partner Did such a wonderful job. They went above and beyond. The man that was with Ryan installed a platform in my trailer to hold the water heater. Because the old one was soaked and falling apart from the leak. I wish I could remember his name but I cant. They did a great job. First time they came out to fix the HVAC and said there were no issues, but the next day the heater wasn’t working. They came out the next day and sound that one of the coils needed to be cleaned and afterwards everything worked and they were kind enough to refund the first visit since they didn’t catch the coil issue the first time around. Great customer service. It was a bit pricey though.

Ryan from Aqua Plumbing was able to come out to our house on a Saturday afternoon with only a few hours notice and fixed our shower drain within the afternoon. We had previously had another plumber out that said this job would most definitely require at least two people and they would have to reschedule for another time. Ryan handled the job by himself, worked quickly, cleanly, and was very helpful/friendly. The job was also fixed with a rate per job rather than per hour so we knew exactly what cost to expect before he did the work.I would most definitely recommend Aqua Plumbing and will be calling them in the future if we need plumbing help/work!

Ryan was very knowledgeable and thorough. He wanted to make sure that the problems were addressed without the solution being overkill. He found two other issues that needed to be addressed after I explained the symptoms I was experiencing with the plumbing.Ryan replaced a sump pump, a garbage disposal and a basket with new pipes all within 90 minutes. He work was very neat and he was empathetic to the additional problems that needed fixing. I would request Ryan should I have to call Aqua again.

I decided to try a local plumber when a leak from the bathroom came thru my kitchen ceiling. They called before they came and arrived promptly.In less than an hour they diagnosed the problem ( a wax ring that needed to be replaced) and completed the repair. Very polite and told me ahead of time what the cost would be. Totally cleaned up. Bathroom looked like they had never been there. I will definitely use them the next time I have a plumbing problem.

Luke from Aqua Plumbing did a fantastic job replacing the main water shut off valve. He also replaced the diverter spout in the bathtub and rebuilt the tub faucets so they not longer leak when shut off. A pleasure doing business with this company.

Issue: outside fan not workingLee helped to analyze the root cause. Something heavy hit the top of the outside unit (deformed). Leaving the motor & fan unbalanced and oil leaked. Motor was damaged eventually.A new motor has been installed. Took hours to carefully tune the position to make the fan running smoothly. Very professional!
