    Same day service to get my AC back on in 90 degree weather. Professional, courteous, very nice tech. Got to it, not a lot of small talk because he knew there were other customers without AC & he wanted to help them too, but while here I felt very taken care of.     Juan Mendoza was very helpful, explained in detail the problem and the types of repair-replacement parts necessary for repair. He also explained the programs available. Repair was completed quickly and the air conditioning started to operate correctly.See the picture below.

    Steven was curtious and informative of what we needed to update our air-conditioning unit. And he explained details to help me understand what he was doing. 😊 I appreciate how he made me feel at ease immediately. He went beyond my expectations by cleaning out a tube that had a bunch of dead stinkbugs, YUCK! 😄 Then he taught me how to check it, if it happens again 😳 YUCK! 🤣

    Very professional and quick! Phil worked his butt off installing my new hvac system! No quit in that guy! Everything was explained very well to me and the front office staff is extremely kind.     We have been using Home Comfort Experts for a couple years now and have always had a great experience. Recently we had a huge plumbing issue and they broke the news of this bigger ticket repair so professionally and compassionately and worked with us patiently as as worked out financing and a plan. They explained every step and piece of the project so we really felt we knew exactly what was going to happen. They were quick and have always left everything looking better than when it started. Each technician that has come through our home was knowledgable and super considerate. Theyre going to be our go-to home experts for as long as we love near here! 10/10.

    We use Home Comfort Experts for heating and air but found a need to use them for multiple plumbing issues this week, and we were very pleased. They were responsive and knowledgable. Billy Eggert was our plumber and we can’t say enough good things about him! He was friendly and knew what he was talking about and didn’t mind answering our questions.     I had Tim stop by from Home Comforts for routine maintenance of my AC unit. I had Tim previously in the fall, and if I could request the same Technician each time, it would be him. Hes been very polite and efficient each time hes serviced my units. He explains everything hes doing, and what to expect. He provides professional and great service each time.

    We have had some concerns with our AC, so we scheduled an appointment with Home Comfort to come out and take a look at things. Side note: we had some pretty bad storms early evening last night, and assumed that our Home Comfort tech would not be able to make it. Which was fine and understandable due to the weather.Well, we were wrong. We got our notification text from Brendon at about 8:30p and when he showed up, he was nothing but helpful and very knowledgeable about what was going on, what he suggested for maintenance, and getting our system up to par. He was extremely helpful and the fact his demeanor didn’t change as he found things at a later hour, yet still was committed to making sure things were fixed, earned a lot of respect in my eyes, for him and the company.I would highly recommend this company for any services they have to offer!

    I am very happy with my products and extremely impressed with the two men that came out to install them. Both techs are extremely knowledgeable in the trade. They worked all day until it was finished and it looks amazing! They showed me how to operate them and do my own maintenance. Very glad they sent out who they did to do the install.

    He was very friendly and polite. When he found an issue with my furnace. He let me know so I could decide whether or not I wanted him to fix it. When I gave him permission to do fix it, he went out and got the part and fixed it. He even worked through the rain to get my central air cleaned and it was pouring. He did a really good job. I would always recommend home comfort for any kind of service you want done.

I told him of a small problem with humidifier on furnace and was told he will follow up and get back to me Ina timely matter. I will ask for him the next checkup or problem that may arise.

    We lucked out having someone come out on Mother’s Day when our ceiling was leaking. They were very easy to schedule us the next day to have someone come out to fix since they didn’t have all tools on that Sunday. The techs listened to our concerns and answered all questions we had.     The tech, Steve was great. Informative, professional, and quick. Would be 5 starts if the price were a little better. Im not familiar with the industry standard for this type of thing but $260 for a trip and diagnostics that took less than an hour seems unreasonably high.

    We had Home Comfort out to clean our ducts on our furnace. Lee did our work. He was very professional and went right to work. He even asked if we would like to see what he recovered from our ducts. I couldnt believe what there was!! I am sure the previous owner never had the ducts cleaned!! We will be doing it yearly!!! It is also covered in our maintenance agreement. I would definitely recommend Home comfort for furnace and air conditioner needs!! Be sure and ask for Lee!! He was great!

    Very pleased with Dans service and professionalism today. My water heater was one of those difficult fixes ; meaning, if it could go wrong, it did go wrong. Thats what happens with a 1979 water heater I guess. Dan did an excellent job working through all those issues and got a new water heater installed, with a smile on his face. Home Comfort Experts is the only company I will use for all my HVAC, plumbing, and electrical needs!

    Caleb came out to repair a leaking faucet that he determined to be unrepairable due to buildup of lime. He was absolutely right. He found a similar replacement that we agreed was ridiculously expensive and suggested better alternatives. He returned the day after we had purchased the replacements and quickly installed them. His attitude throughout was friendly, courteous and professional - just as we have come to expect from Home Comfort techs.     We have the Home Comfort membership that included plumbing, and I am absolutely grateful for it! I came in from pulling weeds dirty & sweaty to wash my hands only to find low water pressure. I found a pipe in the basement spraying water everywhere! I was able to turn off the water to the house which solves the leak but then no water. I called Home Comfort & the leak was fixed & water back on within 3 hrs! I know situations vary, but I was sure we would be without water for a good 3 days. With kiddos & work that would have been challenging. Thank you to the Technicians!!!

    I recently purchased the membership from Home Comfort Experts and they quickly (next day) got my furnace check up completed. While our technician was only working on our furnace, he did an excellent job of telling us how to maintain our system in between visits. He looked at our AC unit as well and recommended a quote for replacement (ours is extremely old). While no one wants to spend money on an expensive AC unit, both our technician and the project manager (that came within the hour!) were realistic and non-pushy about a purchase. We ultimately went with a great unit option, which they are installing this Saturday! I am thrilled with the customer service, the little touches in their system to track the technicians time frame until arrival, and the education about the upkeep of our units. Both the technician and the project manager were excellent and I would recommend this company and those employees in a heartbeat. Thank you!

    Ive always had a good experience from Homr Experts. They seem to always make it easy to fix any problem I run into. Recently a pipe broke off in my house and flooded the crawl space. Alex Gallardo and his team fixed up and replaced that pipe in little over and hour. Very happy to have their help.

    We valued how efficient and thorough Jordan, the technician, was with his inspection. Inspection turned out to us needed a new furnace and AC unit, which we had anticipated. We ended up working with Blake, the project manager, who explained to us our options for purchasing. There was no pressure into purchasing the furnace and AC. We did end up purchasing and installation happened the next day. The installers where efficient and thorough with their work. Happy to say our house is up and running. His partner was as great (knows what he’s doing) as Manuel.     I would give it 5 stars if they had a better system for scheduling their tech visits. They couldnt give any sort of time window so I sat at home literally all day waiting for a tech. I dont mind waiting, I know people are busy this time of year. But some sort of time window would have been helpful. They also dont like to mention that the $124 you pay the tech to come out does not cover anything outside of that person being at your door. Labor, parts, service, everything else is additional. I just hope that money goes to the techs at least although I have a feeling it doesnt. My actual tech was amazing though. So they get 4 stars for him if nothing else. Michael V., you rock bro!

    I had a great experience from start to finish. We met with Mike who came out quickly and was able to get things in order to have our two units installed that same week. Due to the lay out of our home we needed a split unit as well as the standard HVAC unit. Aaron was the lead technician on our main HVAC unit with Dan. They went above and beyond working late to complete the job due to weather. The work on the outside of the house looks amazing. The covers on the lines leading to the condenser look better than I expected. We also had Zack working on the split unit on the other side of the house. He did a great job as well.
