Rudy arrived and introduced himself, was immediately receptive and direct in identifying the issue. While no repairs were needed (only replacement of a simple part), he was nonetheless accommodating with his time and did not charge for this initial visit.     It was an absolute delight to work with Loyd’s plumbing! We had an urgent need to repair our main irrigation line. They were incredibly helpful and came out the same day.     If I could give more stars, I would. Thomas and Sergio were out at my house fixing a pipe when the Mountain Fire started and we received evacuation orders. Not only did they fix my pipe, they also assisted my neighbor and I in loading her mini horses and other animals for evacuation. On previous calls the technicians that have come out have been so thorough and kind. Lloyd’s doesn’t just employ good plumbers, they employ good people. I will always call them when we need a plumber. Thank you!

    We contacted Lloyd’s Plumbing to replace our Water Heater which had just stopped working. They came out a few hours later to discuss our options, and proceeded to professionally installed the new one. Thankfully, we had hot water for the evening. We’ll be calling Lloyd’s for our plumbing needs in the future.

    Vincent installed a new tankless hot wster heater and I could not be more pleased with the service. Vincent prepared the area, installed the heater and condensation lines snd cleaned up the dpaces. So polite and service oriented. He communicated well and taught us how to ptogram the new system and answered our every question and handled billing quickly. I highly recommend Lloyd’s Plumbing!

    Contacted Lloyds Plumbing and got a reply from Susan in 3 minutes. I explained my urgent problem and she routed the next available plumber Rafael who was at my home 30 minutes later. Better news was that my problem was corrected in about a minute and a half for a fair price considering the urgency of a stopped up toilet. Great people working for a great company. Ill call them again!!

    Tyler did a phenomenal job conducting our sewer inspection. He entered the sewage line from multiple points to ensure we understood the current condition. He patiently and thoroughly addressed all our questions, allowing us to truly understand the diagnosis and necessary work. We cannot recommend Tyler and the Lloyds Plumbing team enough for a sewage inspection!

    Everything repaired as we requested…new garbage disposal, the under sink piping was replaced, and there was a new faucet and drain cover installed. Pete’s work partner was Brett. Both were very nice people. The faucet installation seemed a bit pricey to me, but other than that, all is well.

    We just had Lloyd’s Plumbing come to check a tapping sound in our main bath wall. It turned out to be expansion taps in the hot water line. Rudy also checked our water heater and pressure, and replaced the main regulator which was not unexpected for our 57 year old, family home. He was very friendly and informative, as Lloyd’s people always are. We’ve never been disappointed with their work. They’re our first call for plumbing.

    Hi, we called Lloyd’s on a recommendation. The team was led by a great super and the guys showed up right on time, everything was great. They did a major replumb of my tankless.     Richie and Lloyds plumbing is top notch! They pride themselves in quality work and professionalism. We had a big project that lasted a couple weeks and they were very communicative, respectful, and made sure everything was getting done to perfection. They work very hard and their goal is to make it look like they were never there, which is what they did. As dirty as a plumbing job can be, they take the time to make sure they don’t leave messes and clean up as they go. I felt comfortable knowing they were gonna do it right the first time.     We had a gas leak detected in the gas valve from our dryer, and Bill came out within 30 minutes. Fixed it super quickly too. He also checked out a reported possible leak from our upstairs bathroom for us while he was there, and wrote up a report for us really quickly (which we needed for our home inspection). Definitely would highly recommend Lloyds Plumbing!

    Wow! Lloyds was amazing. I know nothing about water heaters and they came out and saw that mine had been leaking and replaced it and then fixed the nozzles and the piping that controls the waterline to the house.     From start to finish, Lloyd’s was everything I hope for in a service. With a water heater leaking, I reached out to 3 local plumbers; 1 never returned my call.Rita from Lloyd’s call center was a wealth of information and patience. She was helpful and I appreciate she clearly stated what she did not have the expertise to answer.A dispatcher called me as scheduled to rough in the time for the next day and on the day called me, as requested, when the tech was 30min out.Lastly, Bill the technician was professional and knowledgeable. Clearly walked through my options and was patient with my questions. Once I authorized the work, he was done in 2.5 hours. He went above and beyond (including wiping down the spiderwebs in the depths of the closet). Work was thorough and he did a full clean afterwards. At the end, he cut a few hundred from original proposal because he was able to reuse some parts.Btw, Lloyd’s originally came in just over $200 higher than the other plumber. I chose them because from start to estimate I felt comfortable with them. Ended up being slightly cheaper than the other plumber.Highly, highly recommend!

    Scheduled an apt for them at 10 PM the night before to come fix a clogged kitchen sink, by 7:40 AM the next morning was already being contacted with Brandon showing up right at 8 AM. Unclogged the drain within 20 min and even made sure our dishwasher drain was clear as well! Brandon was great and definitely knew what he was doing.

    Lloyds did a great job fixing our under slab leak and replumb from the hot water heater to the kitchen sink. They answered all our questions, were patient with us while we got quotes from other companies and were overall extremely polite. The guys who did the work did a great job at keeping the house clean by creating a plastic surround where they were cutting drywall, putting down boards in the attic and protecting our wood floors with ram board. They were very professional and walked me through all the repairs they did. Oh yea and when we noticed the leak on the Saturday after thanksgiving, they came out that day, diagnosed where the leak was and didn’t charge me a dime for their time. Their quote was very fair based on about half a dozen quotes we got from other local companies. And when we called to schedule the work, they were at our house the next morning and finished the job in two days. Great company to deal with and will use them again.

    I only wish I could give more stars than 5. I dont remember the plumbers name who saved my day, but he was so professional, explained details quite well and fixed my issues in no time at all. Plus Tracy, the receptionist, is an angel - so personable that you can hear her smile over the phone. She set up the appointment for 15 minutes from the time I called, which was another blessing.     It was the 4th day of school - I’m a teacher- and I get a text from a neighbor- the fire department is at your house to shut off the water. There is a leak and the water is shooting up to the second story of your house! I rush home and fortunately the leak is outside. I need a plumber but who do I call? I went with Lloyd’s and it was the best decision ever!! Within 45 minutes they were at my door, diagnosing the problem, and fixing the leak. Bob was awesome! He had some great suggestions to safeguard this from happening again. I highly recommend Lloyd’s Plumbing.

    We had an irrigation system leak -- a corroded line in an extremely awkward location. The technicians gave me specific options and their costs for the line and valve replacement. Lloyds was very responsive, on time and very careful in getting the the major job done. Im very happy with all aspects of their service from first contact to job completion!

    After being homeowners for less than two months, we had to deal with the unfortunate reality of having a large leak in the yard. I have never dealt with plumbers before but luckily have a friend in the area who recommended Lloyds.From the get-go, Lloyds customer service was fantastic. The receptionists made me feel at ease and I felt like a priority. I had a couple workers come out and every one of them were incredible nice people! All of them really made you feel like they were there for you. Especially Thomas, who is the supervisor who accesses the situation and comes up with a game plan. He was a super nice guy and was really thorough with all my rookie questions.The price did add up, as once they fixed the leak, it let to some other things - I needed to get a pressure regulator since once the leak was fixed, at full capacity, the city of Thousand Oaks sends too-high water pressure that could potentially damage the pipes... so at the end of the day this was NOT cheap. After the initial leak was fixed but we discovered I had to get the other work done, I did call one other plumber to see if what they would charge, and without coming over to see it and give a more accurate quote, they did land right in the same ballpark as Lloyds, which made me feel good about sticking with Lloyds.Again... I didnt do a lot of (any really) shopping around, so there may (or may not) be cheaper folks out there, but I needed to get the work done fast and well, and Lloyds really made me feel at ease, treated me like a priority, and like they had my back. There was one time where the office made an error and sent someone who was supposed to come to my place first thing in the morning to another site by accident, so my day got a bit out of whack... but when I called, instead of making something up, or telling me I was wrong (like many places seem to do these days), the person in the office was very apologetic, admitting it was an accident on their end, and sent the guy out as soon as he finished the other job, and even HE was very apologetic and got right to work. They just seem like honest people.As long as their work holds and their customer service stays the same, Lloyds is going to be my first call.

    I had such a POSITIVE experience with this plumbing company. From the first interaction with the office I felt I was in good hands. We had a flood from a burst pipe under the concrete slab in my living room. Shares a wall with the garage. The flood was in both my garage and living room. The plumber my home warranty people sent out immediately quoted $4000 to break thru the wall, jackhammer the concrete in the garage and take out hot water tank and destroy the platform it sits on.I called Loyd’s. They convinced me to hire a leak detection company first. We did. Thomas from Loyd’s showed up the next business day with two plumbers. Loyd’s abandoned the pipe under the concrete, which was found in the living room (NOT THE GARAGE), and re-routed the hot water to the manifold by working thru a small hole under the hot water tank in the garage.They were FAST KNOWLEDGABLE PROFESSIONSAL and REASONABLE. I highly recommend them!!!

    Lets be honest, I tried to change out a shower head and I mangled the pipe it attaches to, definitely over-confidence at its best... So I called Lloyds, because I remember seeing their trucks in our neighborhood before, and our neighbors will always let us know who is bad, but not necessarily who is great... They sent John to take care of us, and after a quick assessment, he quoted us a great price to fix my problem. He swapped out the damaged pipe for one that matches our new shower head (wasnt even a necessity, he wanted to make sure it matched!!), and had our shower back up and running in less than an hour. Even though Lloyd’s didn’t have any availability day of, they scheduled me for the next day but offered to call if any cancellations arose. Admin staff was friendly and polite, and technician was quick, timely, and got it fixed for us. I can’t comment on price as due to the urgent nature of the fix, we didn’t gather any other quotes.     We were very pleased with Lloyd’s Plumbing doing major work on our Kitchen that required opening a hole in the foundation to work on the drain pipe. Lloyd’s had all the expertise and equipment to diagnose the issue (a broken drain pipe under the foundation) and to fix it. I was pleased with the personal approach all the workers took in explaining the problem to us and helping us to prepare for their repair. The work was finished on schedule and to our satisfaction. The final repair was hydro jet washed, and a video camera was sent down the pipe to show us the repair from inside the pipe. We also feel the price was reasonable for all the work completed. We ended up having to replace our entire main sewer line, No small task let me assure you. Lloyds plumbing was amazing! They were extremely knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process, not only did they solve our plumbing woes they were courteous, clean and always made sure my Property was secured at the end of the day Preventing my dogs from taking any unscheduled walks. I sincerely cannot recommend them enough.Update:I have used Lloyds on two more occasion after this massive whole property repipe. We have them install a new water heater about a year ago and today they replaced two of our toilets. Lloyds were far from the lowest cost estimates in both occasions but they superseded our expectations. Different individuals have a different concept of value, sometime it is purely a dollar amount but in our case I include the confidence of a crew that stands behind their work, their professionalism and their knowledge of Plumbing. We will continue to use them in the future.

    I called in the morning for a broken pipe. Was able to schedule for that afternoon, which was nice, as I didn’t have a functioning kitchen sink or dishwasher because of this. Everyone was very pleasant and I was called prior to my tech arriving. The tech explained my options and, once I chose, he performed the work that was agreed upon.     I’ve been using Lloyd’s for my plumbing needs for over 40 years. I had a root problem in my main drain that became persistent and needed repair. Lloyd’s gave me a complimentary full camera drain examination, which allowed them to pinpoint the precise location and extent of the root damage and blockage. They gave me a repair estimate the same day, for a spot repair, as the rest of the drain was intact. They scheduled the repair within a few days. They replaced a short section of the drain, installed two new clean-outs, filled the hole and repaired the concrete sidewalk over the leak. They were exceptionally thorough and professional. I highly recommend Lloyd’s for all plumbing needs, from clearing blockages to installing/repairing both main pressure and drain lines.

    I explain what the problem was with the toilet, not flushing, and John went in there and cleared the problem very quickly and professionally. He also informed me of the cause, and showed me what he found, which was pretty crazy but great to know.     Well it all started with a hot water under slab leak. We got 4 other quotes and setting quotes aside when Thomas talked with use it was easy to talk with him provide many options even discussing using our insurance. Even after the quote or should I say quotes we felt no pressure and walked through each quote discussing the pros and cons. We deciding on a total repipe but we actually did it is sections meaning downstairs first then upstairs. Very flexible and the techs that did the work were just as easy to work with. They discussed optional ways they thought we should repipe reducing cost that made sense. Thanks to the whole team

    I don’t do reviews….. but here the exception. We have had a really long lasting issue with our bathroom sink. Ultimately the water would just not go down. We tried everything. Three weekends in a row. Zero luck. We finally called Loyds. We were thinking that they would not have an appointment because we needed a Saturday appointment .. they had one for us on that upcoming Saturday morning. Tyler showed up at 8 AM sharp. To say he went beyond the call of duty to figure out what the heck was wrong with our crazy drainage issue would be the understatement of the millennium. His attitude was 100% can-do!     Even though the tub drain was not able to be fixed the technician did an awesome job of identifying what could or couldnt be repaired. It turned out that the best solution is to buy a small tub stopper at the hardware store. But the technician was honest about this and charged only for a partial service call. Thats what I call honesty and good business.

    I’ve had Lloyd’s Plumbing come and hydro-jetted and clear my sewer lines and installed 2-way clean outs. They’ve always fixed our plumbing problems.On our recent kitchen drain problem, thinking this was an easy and cheap fix, I hired two different local plumbing companies and unexpectedly spent $800, both were unsuccessful in clearing the clogged drain. I finally contacted Lloyd’s Plumbing and within 45 minutes they had successfully cleared my kitchen drain and had provided a visual inspection on the cleared line.I will no longer use any other plumber company other than Lloyd’s Plumbing to perform all our plumbing services. Professionals who do the job right the first time!
