    Joel stopped by today to replace a bathroom faucet. During his initial inspection, he observed that the water shut off valve was no longer shutting the water off. Joel made his recommendation to replace it and I agreed to it. Joel had the necessary supplies at hand to complete the job was in a timely manner as promised. I was very satisfied with the work done.     I needed a new garbage Disposal and 2 new washing machine valves installedRyan arrived on time did the work and cleaned up so well my wife and I were very pleased! The pricing was very fair I also had Ryan go to a neighbors house and he repaired some leaking gas connections the gas company had shut off service he fixed everything and the gas company checked and turned the gas back on These guys are amazing

    Ive had the team from Joels over to my house a few times in the past week to get everything set-up and they have been outstanding! Very helpful, considerate, and no BS. I threw multiple things at the team as it came up (very old house) and they got all the parts and did the install and extra work in a flash with no issues at all. I cant recommend them enough!

    Setting up the appointment was easy and communication about when they would show up and/or any delays was excellent. Its all done electronically, which for me is the way. The plumber was there to install a new dishwasher, which they did in about 30 mins. They left the kitchen as it was when they arrived. They also pointed out something that could be problematic, which I might want to think about addressing. I was thankful for the advice as I hadnt noticed the issue before and immediately scheduled a time to have it addressed since it was obvious that it needed to be fixed. Glad I found this company.

    I am impressed beyond words with my experience dealing with Joels Plumbing. Lolli answered my initial call and couldnt have been more pleasant and patient with me as I explained the situation that was going on with the upstairs toilet that was leaking from the bottom of it. Orlando came to the house and worked hard on a stubborn clog he found after sending a camera down the toilet drain. He was polite and professional in every way. Going above and beyond the call of duty, Orlando was determined to break through what was clogging the drain. After the job, he left the bathroom perfectly clean. Joels Plumbing is now my go to plumbing company.

    Ryan came on Tuesday to give me an estimate for water heater replacement. He was very professional, and willing to explain necessary charges and those that weren’t. I liked the price which I was able to compare with 2 other estimates. He returned that afternoon and installed my new Bradford White water heater in 2 1/2 hours.     Joel Sr and Danny were awesome! They came to install our new dishwasher and take away the old one. They were clean and professional. They were knowledgeable and even fixed the cabinet where it had broken when trying to repair the old dishwasher. They even tightened our faucet that keeps coming loose while they were under there installing the dishwasher hose. We will definitely be using them again!

    A plumber was sent very quickly after my call and I was very satisfied with the work. I had three issues. The main one was fixed without having to replace anything. The second was handled with a thorough examination of all possible causes and then the isolated issue was fixed. The third problem was fixed to make it manageable and I will make another appointment at a later time for a long-term fix. Ryan was punctual, honest, and explained the issues well. I will definitely use this company again.

    Bought a new kitchen faucet and garbage disposal. Called Thursday afternoon for install. Orlando came out the next day prompt and on time. Removed and replaced both units in around 2 hours also replaced shut off valves under the sink. Everything was perfect. Reasonable price and very efficient. Would use them again.

    I highly recommend this company. Easy to schedule and I was notified when the plumber was on his way with his picture. Ryan was very professional and knowledgeable. He did a terrific job and cleaned up the area as you’d never know what all had been done.     First time using Joels and were very pleased. Ryan was very professional and went out of his way to fix our master bathroom sink in the most cost efficient way. We were so pleased we ordered a new water heater from Ryan as ours was way overdue for replacement. I will post additional info after the water heater installation later this week.

    I found Joels Plumbing on Nextdoor. The business was highly recommended and now I know why. Ryan was at our house about 40 minutes after I made the call for help with our backed up drains.     I needed a plumber and an appliance installer. Joels Plumbing did both so I gave them a shot. Orlando diagnosed my plumbing leak the previous week and instructed that we needed new faucets and valves. He returned the following week when the faucets and new oven arrived. He replaced two bathroom faucet assemblies, installed a new water valve for my refrigerator and installed my new oven. Everything is working great. I highly recommend Joels Plumbing & Installation. We will definitely use them again.

    Our plumber showed up on time and checked the status of two problems we have. Our kitchen sink faucet has a hand sprayer attached to a flexible hose. We often see a puddle of water at the base of our faucet after using the sprayer. Upon inspection, he concluded that the hose was bad and needed to be replaced. The other problem was related to one of our bathtubs. The stopper is supposed to be raised and lowered by moving a lever. A flexible cable transmits motion of the lever to the stopper. Apparently, something is broken beneath the stopper. (The stopper can be completely lifted out of the tub.) The plumber said, short of removing the tub which is out of the question, the problem is not fixable. So he recommended using a flat rubber stopper which is what we will do. He said the fix to the kitchen faucet is to replace the flexible hose. Since the projected cost of the repair was higher than I was prepared to pay, I decided to replace the hose myself. The plumber left with no hard feelings. I appreciated the way he handled the situation.

They recommended that other steps need to be taken before they could fix the problem.     Great service and very personable yet professional. The receptionist, Lolly, is so nice and very helpful. The plumbing work by Diego was done quickly and professionally, and when Orlando came to see what was needed to install a new oven, he told us how he would do it. We have had 2 other installers scheduled who never showed up, and your company showed up on time with lots of installers knowledge.     Diego and Danny were just great in the installation of my range hood. This was the last major install for my kitchen remodel and both gentlemen understood the challenges and concerns I had in not only finding the proper hood but finding installers. They totally put me at ease...allowed me to ask questions, kept the area clean, disposed of the box the hood came in, and pointed out to me some very slightly damaged areas on the hood just in case I wanted to return it for another one. They showed up on time, covered their shoes (which I really appreciate as I do not wear shoes inside), wore gloves, and face masks in consideration of our current social distancing/safe at home environment, and did not mind my dog saying hello. Highly recommend. Thank you so much. Everyone just loves the hood!

    Danny was very polite and professional .He used shoe covers and brought a Matt to protect the flooring . Most importantly he was very honest in revealing all the processes of his service . I also appreciate he was able to give time to review/ consider other issues/ projects in the plumbing of the house I also appreciate that the price quoted to me by the office was honored and there were no surprise charges. I will however say that the reason it is not 5 stars is that I had to take two half days off work as the first time the technician never made it to my home as they were very much running late. I did not receive any calls or warni gs that the tech will be late or no show so that was difficult on me. But these things can happen around the holidays I guess.

    First of all my shower was clogged on a Sunday morning and toilets at both ends of home slow to flush. I called 2 other plumbers but unavailable and then 2 neighbors recommended Joel’s and one who is a trusted handyman said he often used Joel’s.Lolly answered my call to Joel’s and talked me off the ledge with a calm phone assessment of my issue and gave me pricing for sending help Sunday or waiting for an appointment on Monday and I realized it was reasonable to wait! Orlando arrived in the first 30 minutes of a 3 hour timeframe and completed the outside and inside chasing down the clog and left in one hour after clearing it without a spot or spill anywhere !!! Lolly and Orlando are ‘clearly’ my Heros!!!

    Thank you Joels Plumbing for your quick response and repair of our main water line. We had a small leak near our water meter so called Joels on a Monday morning to come and repair. Diego showed up around noon and attempted to do a quick fix but due to the age and corrosion of our pipes realized we needed our water main replaced. Rather than reschedule, Diego went right to work and was later joined by a co-worker. They stayed until 10:00PM to do as much as possible, then they hooked up a hose so we had water access overnight and in the morning until they returned. After 21 total hours, the job was completed.     Orlando and his partner arrived right on time and proceeded to work on three plumbing problems we had. First, our kitchen sinks were backed-up; second, the toilet in the guest bathroom needed replacement; and third, there was a strong odor coming from the basins in the main bathroom.They were very polite and efficient, as they went about their work. After de-clogging the kitchen sinks drain line, Orlando checked the measurements shown on the box of the toilet I had bought at Home Depot. He noticed that it was too long (from the mounting screws to its rear end, it measured 12, but the available space between the wall and mounting screws was only a little over 10.5). Together, we returned the new toilet to Home Depot and replaced it with one that would fit - there was only one suitable model among the dozens on display! Thank goodness for Orlandos expertise!Finally, he found and cleared the sludge build-ups causing the odor in the main bathroom. We could not be more pleased with their workmanship! Orlando kept us informed to the extent needed, and was clearly an expert in his field.I strongly recommend Joels Plumbing for their timeliness, expertise, integrity and professionalism.
