A home inspection was done for the sale of our home and the inspector flagged our furnace as not having a furnace door switch and being a potential fire hazard. Parker arrived to open the furnace door to find that the switch had a piece of black tape over it to protect it, he removed said tape, job done. Unreal. Thanks Parker.

Our 20 year old furnace broke down for good over the Christmas break. And it got wet and cold…This team was able to come and quote a new heating system and have it installed, in under 6 days!They were on time, very respectful, and kept us posted continuously throughout the project.We would definitely use them again, and we strongly recommend them!

Such an enjoyable experience from my 1st phone call to the company all the way through the service I received. My technician Nick was personable and knowledgeable. He didnt even blink when I asked him to wear a mask, something that is rare these days. Nick tried very hard to find a solution to my problem that would be less expensive and less invasive. I was excited to hear that this company will soon be doing electrical work as well! Highly recommend!

Conejo Valley replaced our A/C and furnace in 2014, and just replaced our 20 year old tank water heater today. We switched from tank to tankless and were very impressed with the work. The technicians were very knowledgeable and organized; for us, the installation took only 3 hours as the space was pretty easy to access. I highly recommend Conejo Valley! The office called as soon as they left to check on how the installation went. Great customer service. To the technicians, thanks for your hard work!

Art did an excellent job. He stayed late on a rainy day to ensure my drain was working. He talked me thru the entire process and took the extra time to locate the issue and fix it as best he could. He got our drain working and gave us the long term solution and cost. I’d definitely use this company and specifically Art again.

These guys are great! They were prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. And they are careful to not leave a mess (and they even use shoe covers to walk around in your house)! What more could you ask for? A great experience and I will use them again!

I called in the middle of a very busy day with an emergency dental appointment and a flight out and they got me worked in. It was a difficult leak to find but Art took the time to really track down the problem, even though they had a busy day and got it taken care of, and I made my flight out. They did my HVAC system a few years ago and they have become my go to phone call that I know I can rely on. They have all been clean professional on time and will be honest and fair.

Art and his assistant Kyle were very thorough and efficient cleaning the kitchen sink stoppage and replacing a corroded angle stop.They did a camera inspection and provided recommendations regarding potential problems. Andrew and team did a terrific job to repair a few leaks that we had in one of our bathroom sinks. Their attention to detail and insistence to complete the job on a timely basis (even when they didnt have the parts they needed initially to complete the repair) was greatly appreciated. I cannot recommend them more highly than I do!

We had a leak somewhere in under our sink, possibly within the wall. Andrew came out to try and identify the source. I cant recall the last time I had a professional, come to my home that was a knowledgeable, and determined to solve a problem as Andrew was.He explained in such detail, the possible causes, solutions and ways to mitigate the problem, I was astonished at his scope of all things related to plumbing. But the best part is he would not give up and his curiosity got the better of him, so he decided to take the base of our dishwasher off, because he was certain he could hear the leak, somewhere.Well, he was right, the base of our dishwasher was leaking, significantly!!He could have torn out stucco, drywall, even our floor, but he insisted on knowing more before he went that route. His perseverance saved us who knows how much demo work.Theres more to this story but the bottom line is, Andrew and the company he works for (which he spoke highly of) are the definition or hard work and integrity. I recommend this company and Andrew, without reservation!!!

I called around 9:00 regarding a leak under my kitchen sink. They had a plumber out by 1:00, and kept me updated throughout the day on the ETA. The plumber quickly found the source of the leak and fixed it. He also checked out a few other plumbing issues I had. The charge was very reasonable. I had used this company to install my new HVAC system, so I already had a level of trust regarding their competency and cost factors. I will only use Conejo from now on for plumbing services. Plumbers Ive used in the past made me wait days before coming out because my jobs werent big enough.Another thing I liked was that they are low pressure in that they dont try to upsale you or suggest unnecessary repairs. This is the way to keep me as a customer: If you dont try to squeeze me on the smaller jobs, I am more likely to trust you for the bigger projects.Its a family-owned business, and I like supporting local.

CONEJO VALLEY HEATING AND AIR ROCKS!My sister’s hydronic heater/water heater system died on Sunday, Jan 22, 2023. She lives in Oxnard, CA. My sister was in the hospital to be discharged in the next day or two. Hospital recovery in a house without heat was not acceptable to my sister’s doctors. The emergency call to Conejo HVAC on Monday, Jan. 23rd, was immediately responded to thanks to the quick action of Nancy, Ralph and their team of competent, professional technicians. Monday afternoon, Jan 23rd, Conejo HVAC service tech assessed the situation and Ralph provisioned a replacement system they had in stock at Conejo HVAC. A quote was emailed that afternoon and by 5pm Monday, Jan 23rd, the order was placed for my sister’s new system. WOW! One day service call, quotation and immediate installation scheduling! FABULOUS LIGHTNING QUICK SERVICE! Installation by two technicians was the following day, Tuesday Jan. 24th. My sister was discharged from the hospital Tuesday, Jan 24th, and arrived home that evening to a warm house with hot water. We are so GRATEFUL to the entire Conejo Valley Heating and Air organization. Nancy, Ralph and the technicians responded to our emergency and we will always be grateful and highly recommend their services.
