Thank you to Henry for solving my two mystery plumbing problems. I just moved to Thousand Oaks, and my first order of business was to address two plumbing problems that we encountered. I was thoroughly impressed with Henrys professionalism and his keen sense of knowledge when discussing and fixing the issues. Thank you Henry for the great experience.

Overnight the temperature of our hot water became scalding hot and I knew there must be a problem with our hot water heater. We looked up the potential issues and found that the hot water heater could burst, so this was an emergency. I called my home warranty company but couldnt get a representative to talk to. I called Dunbar and left a message telling them that this was an emergency, and within 10 minutes Brian returned my call and told me to switch the hot water heater electrical breaker to off, which would keep the unit from overheating until the home warranty company could get out here to probably replace it. Brian took care of us with no profit or benefit to him or Dunbar, knowing we would go thru our warranty company to replace it, which was amazing! It was so kind of him to help us temporarily resolve our serious concern. THANK YOU BRIAN! GOD BLESS YOU AND YOUR FAMILY!

Brian just hooked up a very difficult gas snub from my fireplace connection to the outside so I can now barbecue outside. He was very knowledgeable and Courteous and quickly finished my project. In the past they have installed a water heater and unplugged a drain. I would recommend Dunbar Plumbing for any of plumbing needs.

We set up an appointment to have the anode rod changed out of our low-boy Bradford-White electric water heater. It’s an integrated nipple-type anode, so it’s not as easy as the stand-alone variety to service. Henry showed up on time and explained the various risks involved during the procedure, helping us to make an informed decision against replacement. We’re happy to have him on our side. He’s patient, knowledgeable and experienced. Give them a call for friendly help you can count on.

We have used this business before and they are excellent plumbers, the very best ; based on my previous experience I give them 5 stars. They came to fix a problem and did not inform us the plumber in their company chose not to receive a vaccine. It was not until they were in our house that I asked about vaccination, which was my error, I should have asked sooner. I had to ask him to leave prior to doing any work. It is their choice to not get a vaccine, it is my choice to not use them as a result. In these challenging times, it would be helpful it folks informed consumers prior to walking into their homes, of their vaccine status and at the same time, consumers need to ask if folks coming into their home are vaccinated, it goes both ways. Not informing ahead of time and not asking ahead of the visit is a waste of time for everyone.

Absolutely outstanding experience with this company. I wish all service providers could be more like Dunbar plumbing. We would all be better off. They were extremely professional and I really appreciate their attention to detail. The repair was completed perfectly and everything was cleaned up. It was as if they had never been here. I must rave about this business- from start to finish with Michelle scheduling my appointment to my amazing technician Henry!! Henry called and texted me he was on his way and was prompt!! He fixed the issue in 20 minutes and was so courteous throughout- I give this business 15 out of 10 stars as most other businesses have gone down hill since Covid- thank you Dunbar team- You will always be my go to Plummer!

Truly the best and most honest plumber ever!!!! Talk about a company with integrity to the core. In this instance our plumber was Brian Jennett, he even advised on more cost effective alternatives saying my existing shower valve was in perfectly good condition. Price, quality of work, value were all PERFECT! Further, I wasnt home, and he was so kind and polite to my 70 yr old Mom that when I came home she told me how incredibly nice he was. This is the kind of company you want. Go with Dunbar for all your plumbing needs. I wish every company would be this authentic and genuine like them!

When Jim Dunbar retired a few years ago, his employee, Brian and his wife, bought the business. We continue to get the same reliable service.
