We contacted a plumbing company that was highly recommended by a friend, and Derek responded immediately to an issue that had us worried. He used a camera to thoroughly examine our sewer line and noticed a section that had narrowed due to the age of our pipes. Derek was able to clear that and performed another inspection to ensure everything was flowing smoothly. We also had another issue with our kitchen sink plumbing due to some careless work from a previous contractor, which caused the drain to be completely blocked. Thankfully, Derek managed to reroute the drain, clear the blockage, and redo the plumbing under the sink. He also replaced a section of the old lead sewage line with PVC. Throughout the process, Derek explained all the problems and their solutions in a way that was easy to understand. He managed to fix our plumbing issues within a short span of two days. Derek also ensured that the work area was kept clean and was very respectful about keeping his shoes clean and covered while inside our home. We would strongly recommend Derek for any plumbing needs. -

Update... we had a few toilets with poor seals that led to a water surge. osborn brothers plumbing returned and changed all the commercial toilet seals. they remained very professional. our company received a warning from new york about a potential leak. frederick and jared came for an assessment and inspected the main and all the restrooms. after tweaking a few valves, they confirmed there were no active leaks before they left and didnt bill us for the visit. their politeness and professionalism is why they get five stars from us. -

Jared and his assistant Roger were both exceptional, and I will definitely be seeking their plumbing services in the future. One Friday afternoon, I discovered a leak behind my water heater tank and had a well-known company come out to inspect it. Considering the leak was behind the water heater, which was about a decade old, I was prepared to replace the water heater while fixing the leak. This well-known company, which I had been using for several years, gave me a quote that I felt was extremely high. Given the gravity of the situation, I sought a second quote as the leak was still active. Thankfully, Jared answered my call! Despite it being a Friday evening and our first encounter, I explained my situation, shared a few pictures, and while he didnt badmouth the other company, he provided me with his price ranges, which were nearly half of what the other company had quoted me. Throughout Friday night and Saturday morning, Jared stayed in touch, advising me on my options regarding the choice of water heater, how to manage my leak, and arranged a Monday appointment. Jared and Roger arrived on Monday at midday, and by 2pm, the leak was fixed and a new water heater had been installed. Contrary to the claims of the other company, who had insisted that a water heater at Jareds quoted price would be substandard and improperly installed, everything was top-notch. Jared used copper pipes for all connections, replaced the leaking pipe entirely instead of just patching it, and the new water heater came with all-brass, metal, and copper finishes; no cheap plastic. Jareds work was superb, and I cant recommend him enough. He even provided a referral for someone to remodel our bathroom, helping me get that project started as well. A huge thank you to Jared!
