Called a few plumbers with no luck, thank goodness, because that led me to find this gem!! What can I say, first, he called me back and was more than accommodating with scheduling. Second, he was punctual and texted me to let me know he was on the way. Third, he did a thorough job repairing a leak and a clogged toilet. Im in Jersey, so he sent me pictures and took videos to show me exactly what the issues were and how he corrected them. Even the tenant texted me to say how professional he was, how he communicated with her too and how he cleaned everything up afterwards. If you guys are looking for an honest, reliable plumber, Pemati Plumbing is the real deal all the others are just fugazi 😉

Found Jack on Thumbtack and I am so glad I did!! He came to our rescue one early morning in under an hour from connecting with him via the app (he was able to squeeze us in). I first hired him to fix our toilet and he figured out the issue in no time! Since he did such a great job, we hired him to come back and fix our leaky faucet which he handled quickly. I’ve dealt with many plumbers in the past and no one has done as great a job as he has nor have they been as efficient, forward thinking, professional, or respectful as he’s been. He also took the time to cleanup after himself which hardly ever happens.I don’t have a super so whenever things break down I have to scramble to find someone. I’m happy to say I found my go to guy who is incredibly reliable. He even makes himself available via text if you have any questions about your issue.For example, I needed to replace my faucet, so he sent me some Amazon links of a couple of models he thought were great options that didn’t break the bank!If you’re looking for an excellent plumber who is efficient, goes above and beyond, and pays attention to detail, Jack’s your guy! Hire him, you won’t be disappointed!!!

We’re so glad we found Pemati Plumbing Services. There was a lot to figure out and Jack clearly explained all of our options and gave us some great ideas for how best to set everything up. I’m no plumber, but after talking to Jack I came away with a much better understanding of how the pipes in our house function. Jack installed the new pipes and hooked up the washer dryer so that by the time he left, we were running our very first load of laundry. His work was excellent, his prices were more than fair, and he really knows his stuff. We’re definitely going to be using Jack for any and all plumbing needs in the future. Highly recommend!

Jack is honestly not just the best plumber I’ve ever hired, he’s possibly the best service professional I’ve ever hired. He is skilled, honest, personable, communicative, and fair in his rates. He is prompt. He hides nothing from you, and in one case (I’ve happily used him more than once!) he did not charge me extra for a repair that took perhaps twice as long as it should have. With mechanics, electricians, plumbers and similar skilled technicians, one is always taking a chance. Trust me that you will not be sorry you took a chance on Jack.
