Lous Plumbing Services LLC is my go to plumbing service for seven years now. He has redone my heating system, toilet, pipes, drains, faucets to mention a few. He does quality work at a fair price, and I HIGHLY recommend him. Hes a great guy, loyal, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. I went online to look for a plumber and found Lous Plumbing Services. I liked the reviews he got so I gave him a call. He got back to me promptly, and we set up a date for him to give us an estimate for our problem. That same day he sent us an estimate for the work via email. We had the work done yesterday. He had to dig out a p-trap in our basement floor and replace the pipe with PVC pipe and remove a vertical vent. We would highly recommend Lou...he is a nice guy, does great work, and left our basement broom clean like he was never even there! If we have any plumbing issues, we will be calling Lous Plumbing Service

In a house edging on 100 years old cast iron sinks and drain pipes rot out and you can have an impending disaster on your hands. Lou Ramos to the rescue. He came in, assessed what had to be done, gave us a more than fair price and got to work. He showed up when he said he would, worked efficiently and neatly, and replaced our basement sink and main drain pipes. Now we have a basement sink we can actually use and can stop worrying about the potential of a flooded basement. In addition he replaced our exterior spigot that always leaked. This is not the first job we had Lou do and every time he has come in and gotten the job done when he said he would. And at a competitive, fair price. We give Lou our recommendation with no reservations.

Lou has done work for me a number of times over the years and I really am thrilled that I can entrust to him any problem. He is a great plumber, very friendly, very knowledgeable, prompt, and amazing in emergencies. He cares about doing an excellent job, and I don’t have to worry. He is even helpful about other things. I have had a problem getting anyone to help me remove the carpet covering the basement stairs. It was ripped and dangerous, and I couldn’t do it myself. He did it for me and charged me NOTHING! In this day and age, who is that helpful?!? And rest assured, the area he worked in will be cleaner than the way he found it! I am grateful to have such a trusted plumber!

My mother, age 95, needed a plumber because of a pipe leak in her tub. I had no idea who to call. Checked out Lous Plumbing from Google. His reviews were great so I called. He came to moms on Friday to check out the situation and give her an estimate. The price seemed reasonable so we scheduled the service. He returned on Sunday to fix the leak. He was on time, extremely neat and fixed the problem in no time. Very friendly and kind to my mother. I would definitely recommend Lou to anyone who needs a plumber. Thank goodness I now have a reliable plumber to call if the need is there. Five stars for Lou!!!

I highly recommend Lou! He is professional, trustworthy, hardworking, courteous, kind, straightforward and the list goes on. Hes very communicative about the work that needs to be done, no BS and is fair in his pricing and time spent on projects. We used him to replace all the cast iron piping in our 1920s house and was able to finish it in a week and it looks great. He tells you what to do to maintain anything that he has fixed and is always willing to answer your questions. We will always be going to Lou for any of our plumbing needs in the future.

Lou is very timely and professional. I needed something fixed on my toilet come to find out I needed a brand new toilet all together. He got back to me very quickly that day when I called him and even came out to assess a bad valve with no charge. The next day he installed my brand new toilet for a very reasonable price in a very short amount of time. I just had a big repair to a corroded shut off valve and a corroded pipe that were leaking and close to complete fail. Not only did this plumber install the new pipe and valve quickly but also installed a new toilet. All done in about 1 hour 45 minutes. and his price was more than fair. He is a super nice guy to work with as is his assistant. They even offered to paint the floor around the base of the toilet. So happy to have finally found a skilled, fair priced, honest and friendly plumber!

I just purchased a new home and noticed that the shower would only run warm water. I looked up videos on YouTube which stated that it most likely was related to a cartridge. I first called another agency which stated that I need a new hot water furnace ignoring the fact that I had hot water everywhere else in the home. So next, I called Lous Plumbing. Lou came out promptly to look at my water system. He gave me an honest explanation that I only needed a new cartridge for my shower. I decided to replace the shower faucet, drain, and cartridge. Lou did a fantastic job, was very courteous, and made sure everything was clean when he finished. I plan on using Lous plumbing again for other jobs and highly recommend his service.Liza

What can I say about LOU - reliable, dependable, hard working, detailed - knows what he is doing and then some - we had to repair our main line coming into the home and decided to do more - he went above and beyond and I would highly recommend him to anyone - so professional - cleaned up after each day - my husband was very impressed at what he did - everything they talked about was completed and done without us asking him or reminding him - cant say enough about LOU and the crew - also the follow up with phone calls/text messages and follow up to make sure they were ON TIME (yes) are you happy with what has been done (YES) very detailed - Jessie in the office AWESOME- excellent - again cant say enough good things they were so wonderful and easy to deal with! Lous Plumbing is the absolute best! Lou has done several jobs for me, including installing all new plumbing in my 100-year old house. He just completed a full install of a new furnace system to replace the ancient one I had that died. When it died I called Lou immediately and he got right on it, knowing how uncomfortable it is to be without heat and hot water in the winter, even such a mild one. He is so professional and keeps the tidiest work space, making everything spotless when hed leave for the day. He removed the old one and built what I think is a work of art! Just look at the pics! I cant say how pleased I am over and over with Lou and his expertise. And his wife, Jessie, is the sweetest and is so courteous in running the office when Lous out in the field! I will never go to any other plumbing service, ever! If Lou is booked, Ill WAIT until he is available. He provides all the extra touches and take such pride in the quality of the work and service he provides and he is so nice! All these qualities are very rare in the service industry these days. I highly recommend Lou! I called him in desperate need of someone to take on 2 small jobs relating to a countertop replacement. The first job was on a Sunday, and the second, a Tuesday evening - Lou happily took both and was easy to communicate with by phone and text.
