My experience with Riley the Korte technician was amazing. Greg and his team removed our old hvac system and installed a brand new system. The team started around 8am and was finished by 2pm. Greg then went over our new thermostat which is a complete upgrade than what we were used to. He answered all of our questions. Greg then showed us our new outside unit and then showed us our new indoor unit. He showed us how to change the filter and gave some tips when it comes to cleaning out the lines twice a year. The guys left zero mess and were very professional.

Had a Carrier 2 stage HVAC system installed. The process couldnt have been any easier. I spoke with Chris, the installation manager, about an issue I had been having with my 22 year old Armstrong system. Given the age of the equipment he suggested I speak with Jerry, the sales guy, and see what he could do for me. Jerry came to our house, looked at what we had, and started measuring things. Within minutes he had a quote with 4 different systems in front of me. He answered all my questions and respected the fact I had others quoting the job also. Through the course of the next week I spoke to other providers and also texted Jerry a couple times and spoke with Chris again. In the end we went with Korte. Chris had them scheduled and out here in a time that fit our schedule. The crew (Caleb, Chase, and Ryan) were very professional and focused. They had my old system out and the new installed and operational in 8 hours. Chris stopped by during the install to make sure things were being done correctly and to answer any questions. Caleb walked us through the thermostat and system and answered questions. After everyone was gone Jerry stopped by for a couple signatures and to make sure we were satisfied. Four days later I saw Chase at an event. He quickly acknowledged me and asked how we liked the new system and said to let him know if we had any problems. That was very impressive coming from a young man. That told me he cares about his quality and workmanship. You dont find that very often. This Korte team was top notch! We will definitely use them again and again.

After an electrical fire we had in the wall, we called many local electricians to come and inspect our house. The power was off, and it was incredibly hot. All of the companiesaround us gave a 2-3 month waiting times, and were somewhat rude on the phone about our situation. it was hot, and with 2 young boys we couldn’t go without a/c or electricity for that matter. Korte got us in the same day, and our home inspected. The ladies on the phone were so nice and helpful, as well as the electrician. They definitely helped put our minds at ease! I called Korte on a Monday morning about my water heater that stopped working on Sunday. Within 30-45 minutes Noah and another worker (I didnt get his name) showed up....which in these times is very much appreciated since it seems no one wants to show up and work....diagnosed the problem and gave us the option to repair or replace. We decided to replace since it is over 20 years old. They had it replaced in a few hours and we had hot water. I put 5 stars for the value/price, not knowing what others charge. You get what you pay for and a competent fast service is worth A LOT!! Thank you Korte and Noah!

Just over a year ago Korte installed a water softener and whole house water filter in my garage. The setup was very nice but the only issue was that the water filter wasn’t securely mounted to the wall which made changing the filter difficult. After a few filter changes I ended up pulling the filter off the wall and causing some damage. Korte came out, mounted the filter much more securely, gave me some tips on how to safely change it, and didn’t charge me a dime. What a great group of guys that stand by their work. Had a water leak in a pipe just above the slab where it goes into the slab. Starting with the initial phone call the person I spoke to was very friendly and accommodating. Scott & Jared arrived the same day (within 3 hours of the initial call). They were very friendly and helpful and got to work on the issue right away. They fixed the problem and Scott was very particular in his work, making certain it was fixed correctly so there would be no future issues with this section of pipe, (which was old soft copper that was installed in 1976 that is not used anymore in home construction). I cannot say enough good things about these two and the great work they did and attitude they had. I would highly recommend Scott & Jared who are definitely assets for Korte.

Plumbing product installed (per Korte recommendation) was high caliber and so elegantly plumbed, I never thought our utility room could look so good! They even made a return trip when my husband asked for them to slightly adjust the intake PVC pipe to allow us more room to get by it to access a storage area we had next to the furnace. They had no idea we needed it prior to that since we moved everything out of the area to make their access to the furnace roomier. Greg B. apologized, but that was totally unnecessary, we were just so grateful he graciously helped us out! He admitted he appreciated all the room we made for them to do the install, even tho the area is small he said 2 guys could work in that space. He and Matt are awesome!! I called Korte on March 19th, 2024 for a water leak on my main water input line. They dispatched two plumbers (Logan and Jack) to my house and upon checking the leak area, determined the leak was coming from the citys water meter that had just been installed last summer. I was told that they do not make repairs to city owned equipment but would make the service call on my behalf. Logan made contact with someone at the city and was told that it would be sometime next week before they could come out. After making the call, I was told that I should not have to wait a week to have a leaking water meter serviced. He called them again and got a different person this time and, after explaining the situation to this 2nd customer service representative was told they would send someone right out. Logan told me that there was not even a charge for this service call. About an hour or so after Logan and Jack left, the city repair worker arrived and replaced my meter with a new one. This was my first time calling Korte and to say that I was impressed with this company, their honesty and integrity in how they treat their customers is an understatement. I have other business cards in my HAVAC room taped to my breaker box. I am replacing all of them with the only one I need from now on. The card from Korte because they really can do it all. GREAT JOB.

We have used KORTE for over 10 years now. They have done everything from set up and service our generator to assess our drainage system and put in a sump pump. They make recommendations for what is needed for our water issues and let us know no service needed to prevent extra cost.They are friendly, explain the problem in ways that I understand. They are an ethical company that has proven to do their work well and when they say they are going to do it. Cant go wrong with the professional crew.

He proceeded to call me after hours to answer a question I emailed earlier in the day and again walked me through it in understandable terminology. Very knowledgeable and professional. Took care of immediate electrical concerns and installed a ceiling fan . 2 more to go next service call. Cleaned up areas after working in them. Definitely recommend them for any electrical work that needs done.
