Weve been looking for a female plumber in good physical condition because we have a few German Shepherds who are partial to women, and we live in an old converted barn from the early 1900s. So, getting to our pipes is a challenge. Taylor came out to look at what we needed done and meet the dogs, at a distance. She gave us a fair price on all the work, and we had her come back to replace the piping under one of the bathroom sinks. The last 2 photos show what we had replaced. Perfect timing as the pipes cumbled in her hand as she was removing them! The first 2 photos are the finished work. Beautiful!! She was very meticulous and tidy. A conscientious professional. We highly recommend Taylor and A-Team Plumbing.

Very impressed. I had an emergency situation with a burst pipe on a Sunday morning. Adrian was able to come out in short time and helped figure out the issue and a cost effective way to fix for me.They have levels/tiers of solutions which was very helpful for my budget. I rate A-Team plumbing a 5 star plumbing company. I needed to have shower drain and pipe replaced and called and spoke with a very friendly and helpful person in office and set up appointment the same day to have it fixed. Andy the plumbing technician was very knowledgeable, professional, honest and an all around a great guy and even a better plumber. He worked efficiently and cleaned up everything after work was completed. The price was reasonable and upfront. I recommend A-Team plumbing to anyone in need of a plumber. Thanks again Andy.

I just had A-Team do a sewer relining for me and honestly the process couldnt of been smoother. Taylor was amazing at keeping me informed through the process and gave me all options i could go with before settling on doing a relining. The team she came with although I didnt catch everyones name, they were all great people who were willing to explain whats going on or answer any questions. The pricing for the job was extremely fair for a 2 day process and beat out other quotes i got that would have also been way more of a hassle. I cant think of anything negative about the experience and am going to for sure use them for my future plumbing needs

My daughter just moved into a home that needed a new sump pump with backup sump system. The existing pump was marginal and the backup pump system was inoperable. I wish I had pictures as the existing discharge piping was hung to the rafters with twine - no kidding - and did not use rigid pipe! Taylor and Nate from A-Team put in a new sump pump with a backup sump operated by battery, installed all new piping with a new discharge to outside away from the house. Oh -- they used professional hangers to hang the pipe - no twine! Taylor and Nate were there a good portion of the day as there was a lot of work and did a very nice job. I was happy with their professionalism, work and most importantly trusted them and how they did the job.

We had to call for an emergency ceiling leak on a Saturday. The answering service was immediate and professional, and they were able to schedule a plumber to come out within the hour I called. Their systems are modern - I got an automatic text with the plumbers info and photo about 20 minutes before their arrival. Adrian was excellent. Professional, kind, upbeat, and willing to answer my many questions with detail. And of course they fixed the leak and cleaned up after. The explorative process for figuring out the leak source was thorough. They offer pricing tiers clearly laid out on a digital system, and each of which are very reasonable while offering you budget flexibility. This is the best and least painful professional service Ive used in CT in the last year, and will definitely be hiring them again for other projects. Thanks A Team!

Andy the plumber and the ATeam who came out to assess and remove our foreign object in the toilet was professional and thorough. We were able to get a same day appointment. They even moved up the arrival time and came when they said they would. He utilized shoe covers without us requesting, explained all our options (a little pricey but probably market average) , diligently tried the least expensive option and when we had to go to the next level option, he went above by pointing out and replacing other areas of concern. I hope I dont have to but I would consider using this plumbing service again.

By far the most professional company I have EVER dealt with. Tonight my bathtub was backing up due to someone on the 2nd or 3rd floor above me using their tub to drain a portable washing machine down & I came home to water coming up from my tub drain smelling of laundry soap. My condos property manager called a different company and they were gonna be 5+ hrs before they got here so I called A-Team and they were here within a hour like promised. Tony was AMAZING!! He explained everything he was doing and cleared the main line that was causing the backup issue. Im so thankful for this company being so courteous of their customers needs and making sure they got out ASAP to fix the problem. For now on ANYTIME I need a plumber or asked for a recommendation 110% go with them.

I highly recommend A-Team Plumbing & Drain. This was my second time using this company to repair a pipe leak and they didn’t disappoint. My first time using them was back in February of 2023, to replace my water heater and then replace a small leaking pipe above it. Both Tony and Andy were extremely helpful, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough.This week I used A-Team Plumbing & Drain again to repair a different leak in our basement and snake out a clog. Andy came out first thing in the morning and once again, was extremely impressive and got the job done. He went above and beyond. He was also very neat and cleaned up the area thoroughly afterwards. A previous plumber unfortunately didn’t do a repair correctly and was sloppy and inconsiderate, attributes that I definitely would not use to describe A-Team Plumbing & Drain. I had called A Team to come and clear a drain in my bathroom sinks. But since Andy was at the house I asked him about repairing a shower faucet valve that had leaked inside the wall. Andy looked over what he would need to do the job and then sat down and wrote out a complete list of job estimates depending on how far I wanted him to complete the job.After deciding on the option that would not only do the shower valve but also replaced the section of the drain pipe that had the shut off valve in it.I scheduled a date to have the work done and not only was I sent an e mail to alert me they were on their way but also a picture of Andy that would be coming to my house. He showed right on time and got straight to work.The entire job was completed in just a few hours and looks fabulous.Once I get the walls closed back in he says he will come back and finish the covers that go over the shower valve and spout.I have nothing but good things to say about A Team Plumbing and especially Andy . He was easy to work with, completely explained what was needed to do the job and did such a professional repair. If I need a plumber in the future I wont hesitate to call again.

A few notable comments - The pricing is very fair, unlike some other competitors and big box installers which quoted 2 times higher for their standard rate. He let me buy the tank which I got at a very reduced rate due to Connecticut energy credit, But to make it easy for me he picked it up at the store - No hassle. He and his assistant were prompt, Professional and took time to do the job right, Without rushing even though it was a flat charge.I’ve at last found a decent plumber! Would highly recommend

These guys came out to my house on short notice due to a frozen and burst pipe underneath my house and no water pressure. It ended up being a very complex project to repair due to the location of the pipe and need for demolition of a part of the exterior of my house to access the pipe. Regardless they still got my water back on in under a day. They worked in the freezing cold well after the sun went down, around 8pm. They were upfront about the cost of the project and all around just very friendly and easy to work with. Will definitely be using again for any future plumbing issues.

They came out on Sunday night around 8-8:30pm January 2 so New Years weekend because our drain system was completely backed up. I couldnt even use a sink so no water available at all. Plus I have an elderly mother with dementia. The drain had to be cleared immediately. So they came out and had to remove the toilet, then brought in the big machine and got the drain system cleared. The mixer in our shower control broke, and only gave us scalding hot or freezing cold water, so we could not shower. Upon my son’s excellent experience with them and his recommendation, I called A-Team. They answered immediately and set up an appointment for the same day. They followed up with a text to confirm the appointment, sent me a photo of the tech who would be coming to my home, and a GPS tracker so I could see exactly where the tech was and what time he would be arriving at my home. The tech (Andy) was extremely respectful, clean, professional, courteous, and had our shower up and running the same day. He also cleaned up any mess from the work that he did. Additionally, this happened on a Saturday late afternoon, and A-Team provided emergency and after hour service, which we were so grateful for. A-Team Plumbing is extremely professional and does excellent work. I would 100% recommend them to anyone who needs their sewer line replaced. We had been having some sewer line backup issues in our basement for a few months that we were unable to resolve ourselves. A-Team Plumbing responded quickly to our request to come out to snake and scope the line (many of the other companies we tried to contact couldnt come for weeks). Manny and his team found that part of the line had rusted out and that it was consequently completely clogged with debris. Even with COVID restrictions on City Hall operating hours, they were able to get permits and coordinate the excavator and their team to come out to replace the damaged sewer line in a timely manner. They were friendly, communicative and happy to explain each step of the process. After finishing the job, Manny discussed with us whether the remaining intact old sewer line would need to be replaced in the future. In this discussion, he proposed a step-wise approach for us to make this decision over the next few years. In other words, A-team plumbing is honest and NOT interested in taking your money just because they can. Due to the urgency of the situation we didnt compare their prices with other plumbers, but I am confident that they did an EXCELLENT job and their prices were fair. Theyre also really good about answering their phone and responding to messages.

He came, replaced the water heater and they worked all day to find the source of the leak. He then came back the next day to complete the repair and did a great job! A-Team just came out to fix a burst pipe we had. The regular plumber we use doesnt do emergencies, weekends, and isnt that easy to book anyway. I called a bunch of other places that couldnt get out until Monday. Then I found these guys googling Burst pipes CT and they were so easy to book, worked on weekends if needed and I loved their communication. They text me a confirmation and a link to track where the plumber was so I knew when he was arriving and could make sure I was there. Andy arrived and was very nice and got the job done. Payment process was easy. Im so happy to find them and will call them from now on!
