Give stars for Clay and his experienced crew. When Clay first arrived, he was able to diagnose that the air handler was shot. It was over 12 years old amd was installed by him.I knew to call Clay as he was always quick to respond, reliable and honest.He suggested a Ruud unit, which is made in the USA and has a 10 year bumper to bumper warranty. Also, this unit is specifically manufactured for our coastal climate.The unit is super quiet and efficient. I look forward to many years of comfort from this product.

Our project was an extensive rebuild as well as up grade of our hvac air distribution system. It added 3 separate conditioning zone to our house. The workers went about their work with knowledge and skill. They were always concerned about our wellbeing during the project. The management spent several hours measuring the volume of the house to plan proper volume of air to each location. The only issue was not understanding the scope and time needed to complete the project. We are 100% satisfied with results and the system operates much more efficiently.

This is the ONLY business for anything I need that they do. Our dryer was t drying our clothes. We thought it was the dryer (it was old) so we got a new one. After 3 companies coming to “clean our dryer vent” Serviceworks is the only company who cares enough to fix the problem. We are a 3rd floor condo and there were bee hives built into the vent on the outside! They fixed the problem and did an exceptional job. Clothes dry the way they are supposed to now! Here on vacation, the AC in the rental was not working properly. With no successful response from the rental agency after 3 days, I decided to reach out to a local company for some help. He said he would send someone out as soon as he could. His man came sooner than expected and got me up and running. I had read reviews on Next Door about ServiceWorks Mechanical Solutions, I liked what I saw and decided call them. They sent Dolton out to service my unit. He checked my unit and gave me options. What really impressed me, was the way he explained things to me, Dolton didn’t talk down to me, and what really took it over the top, is the way he spoke of the owner (Joe), happy employees equals good work performance.I decided to replace the unit for my upstairs, Dolton had Santiago come out and give me quotes, I told Santiago I would think about it and get back with him.After a week, I was impressed they hadn’t hounded me for my decision, so I called Santiago back and got estimates to replace both units.5 days later, they were on time and installed my downstairs unit first, then came the following day and installed the upstairs unit.Jason, Dolton, and their new apprentice Andrew ( good work Andrew) when they finished up, they left everything as clean or cleaner than it was.Joe the owner stopped by and checked everything and introduced himself, I liked it he was a veteran and the way he presented himself.Now we will see how things go from here forward. I cant say enough good things about my experience with ServiceWork, I live in the upstate of SC and needed a reputable company to install mini splits in my mother-in laws home. After taking a poll on Facebook, I called them. Just so happen when I called, the owner< Joe, was walking by the phone and answered. He didnt try to pawn me off on someone else, he talked to me about what they could do to help me. Shortly after hanging up, I received a quote based on our conversation. They stayed in contact with me about the schedule and showed up when they said they would. My mother-in-law said the guys installing the units were super nice and efficient. Even stayed past quitting time to complete the job. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
