Jamie and his crew re Constructed my entire generator last year and today before storm.came in he said bring it in last minute he will get it fixed even though his crew is sooo busy preparing for storm.I dont care what anyone ever says they are unbelievable as a company.

I highly recommend Melton Power Services for generator work! Our generator on our motorhome had been leaking after someone else had worked on it after just 200 hours!! Jason and Melton Power found the issue very quickly. A new radiator was ordered so we left our motorhome with them. They were so conscientious in ensuring that, while the motorhome set, the batteries did not run down! Excellent forethought! Angie was very easy to work with and ensured that the work was completed to our satisfaction!

Im very impressed at their professionalism and the fact they were there when they said they would be. If for some reason they were unable to return the next day I was kept well informed which is NOT very common with contractors of any sort in this town (FYI-born and raised here). They worked quickly, efficiently and extended phenomenal customer service as well as affordable pricing. I would highly recommend Melton Electric without hesitation and not even consider calling anyone else!

I am so impressed! We hired SignWorld to take down our sign at Jimmagans Pub because we were pretty sure it was going to fall after surviving many hurricanes. Jamie shows up with two huge trucks and basically did it himself effortlessly! He was so careful and showed great pride in his work. He definitely went above and beyond! This is a good ol home grown family business that I wouldnt hesitate calling in the future.

Melton Electric is working to get my generator operational. Since it had parts missing (due to Camping World not resolving the issue they caused) Melton will replace my generator with a new generator.

I highly recommend using Melton Power Systems. Their facilities are top notch, prices reasonable, and customer service unbeatable. Sarah and Jason were both incredibly professional, extremely accommodating, and went way beyond the realm of their respective job descriptions to assist us. My husband and I discovered we had a generator issue with our motorhome three days before leaving on a two week trip to Florida. Sarah and Jason both stayed late (twice) to work us in, offered advice, checked out and handled various other issues that needed addressing with our coach to ensure our upcoming trip would be successful. Quality customer service is the most important aspect of any business and so rare to find along the Grand Strand.
