Jesse and a few of his crew members, Ethan and Kelly have been tackling all of our electrical needs on our building. They completed projects on commercial and residential zoned sections of our building. From demoing conduit to installing beautiful track and overhead lighting. His crew is polite professional and diligent. Jesse and Ethan offer sound advise on lighting including educating us on lumens, different type of light ( warm light vs cool lighting corresponding to 3000 K vs 4000 k lighting for commercial space). Jesse and his crew also advised us on heating needs and replaced some of our older worn out wall mount heaters in some of our rentals. We plan to have Wireworks rewire our whole building over multiple phases.

We have appreciated both new-construction and updating work by Wireworks. All the technicians are friendly and professional. When our new smoke-detectors were malfunctioning (a factory issue, not a Wireworks issue), the Wireworks crew researched a new brand and replaced ours. I recently had Wireworks put some lighted signage up for me, but I have used them for multiple other projects in the past and every time I have been impressed with how quickly they have been able to show up and take care of what needed to be done. Their most recent work putting up lighted signs was especially impressive for me because it was a small job and very low priority - there was no emergency status at all, but I still received the same immediate service at an excellent rate. Every time their employees are 100% professional, clean, courteous and efficient in their work. You gotta love when technicians in the trades are impressive, and you really gotta love when a company shows that all their employees know the standard and meet it. Hats off, Wireworks. Thank you!

Called Wireworks and got a return call in minutes. Carson called me and asked for a description of problem. I told him I had a deck of lights out in one of my buildings at the storage facility I own and expressed to him that I felt it was a problem with a breaker. He told me he would try and stop by and checkout the situation that day if possible. Within a few hours Carson arrived and began his diagnosis. I was impressed and shocked that I got a technician that quickly.After initial analysis of the problem, Carson committed to fixing the problem immediately since he felt he had all the parts on hand in his truck.Unfortunately there were unforseen problems that by no fault of Carson had complicated the job. He called in for support and additional parts. Carson stayed the course and made good to finishing the job.Through the whole process, Carson kept me updated to the needs for repair and the cost of the repairs and gave me the choice of stopping or continuing at any point in the job. This I was very thankful for.Carson was a absolute pleasure to do business with and the assistance of Kelli a co-worker was also very kind and informative as well!!!Same day service and super friendly, what more could I ask for...the price was extremely fair and I was thrilled with that!!Great job Wireworks Electric!!! Karsten & co. were extremely responsive, reliable, and good at communication, especially when it came to troubleshooting issues they uncovered when updating our 1950s basement lighting. They were very affordable, too! Our space is now warm and cozy (and up to code). Highly recommend!
