Extremely detailed oriented and knowledgeable! I had sellers in the inspection phase and EDA was able to come knock out the electrical work in the time frame we were given, both sellers and buyers were beyond satisfied. Canβt recommend EDA Electric enough! -

When I was a Real Estate broker (retired in 2012) I had Erik inspect an electrical panel box where he found a major problem that was not visible to the average eye. Without his expertise my clients would have had a fire break out. Erik replaced the panel and my clients & I have been extremely grateful for his expertise. To this day I only consider Erik for any and all of my electrical needs! -
