    Cheetah Electric technicians did an excellent job of installing 2 new electric wall heaters in our house. They were very informative about the process and gave some excellent advice about the new heaters and their maintenance.

    Cheetah Electric was amazing. They were very prompt, communicated well, and peformed the work on time and at the cost quoted to me (installing electrical for a hot tub). Dennis and Garrett the electricians were great. They were very considerate of your time, worked quickly, and just great guys to chat with. There was one other electrician who came out for the final hook up that I dont recall his name, however, he was also amazing. Would recommend Cheetah electric, and I will use them again if I need electrical work done.

    Cheetah is amazing! We just bought a house and it has some major issues. Ken and Brandon were our electricians. Kaylee helped so much getting them out here as fast as she could and she is so sweet and so helpful! I appreciate her so so much! Ken and Brannon are super funny, and fit in so well with the personalities in our home! They got the issue fixed. Told us everything that was wrong, how they were going to fix it!     Cheetah Electric replaced the old fluorescent lighting in our shop with LED lighting. They were easy to work with and able to start & finish the job without delay. Very helpful in finding the right lighting array; hardworking electricians who were knowledgeable, conscientious & focused on doing top quality work. Paying upfront for an estimate/ initial visit took a little getting use to but we are glad we took the chance.

    At night I called Cheetah Electric and left a message when a wind storm caused a tree limb to fall and knock down my incoming power and meter feeding my house. They returned my call promptly the next morning and dispatched two electricians to start working on it. The electricians coordinated everything with the power company perfectly and spent the hours needed to repair the damage and get power restored. Their quality of work was great and it is all in better condition than it was before the storm. The office was also very professional and helpful in resolving everything in a timely manner. The cost was on the high end but it seems that is the norm for all trades nowadays. I would recommend Cheetah Electric.

You can tell just by talking to any one of them that they are passionate and proud of their amazing work that they provide.     We had amazing service done at our store at Allegra Image 360. We were unsure on how everything would work and get done. The building is older and it felt a bit overwhelming to get all of the lights fixed up and done right. We originally had Ken come in and look at our store and offer a quote to us. Through our busy schedule and just not getting it done, they came back to us offering solutions and took the ball out of our court and pretty much made it extremely easy and a breeze to do. We didnt have to think about anything that was being done. They truly take such good care of their customers. We value great customer service and will continue to use them for future jobs.     I submitted a quick request for info to Avista about rebates on upgrading the lights here at Norms Glass. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call from Ryan shortly after. We scheduled a quick site visit, walked through some options and they gathered some info to submit on our behalf.A week later I had 2 quotes with various options and rebates from Avista applied. I gave the Okay and they got everything needed coming.We were in a time crunch due to the install needing to be completed by the end of December to qualify for about $12,000.00 of rebates.I have to give a shout out to Ken and Dennis for keeping things going smoothly, making adjustments on the fly while Luke, Brandon and Garrett crushed out the 20+ fixtures in an impossible time window.They were courteous when in the showroom, quiet and efficient in the shop, cleaned up thoroughly when they were done and gave me a rundown on operation and apps to control the new fixtures.This was my 1st personal experience with Cheetah Electric, it wont be the last.P.S The ladies in the office were always on top of making sure we knew when they were headed out and answered any other questions we had.A+ From A-Z

    Ken and Garrett came this afternoon to move a 240 volt outlet needed for my new stove in the kitchen. I was so pleased that they could come so quickly. They evaluated my electrical wiring, advised me about my smoke detector situation, and created a wonderful outlet for my new stove. They are expensive but totally worth it.

    We had lost electricity in two rooms on the backside of our home. Ken came out and did an inspection offering various options to solve the problem. Once going over the options and making a decision Ken returned with Brandon the following day and in just a a matter of a couple hours located and fixed the problem and made sure I was aware of everything they were doing the entire time. They were both professional and did quality work. I recommend Cheetah Electric to anyone with work that needs to be done in their home. Thank you!

    Dennis did a home inspection before doing the work. He listened to all my concerns and then got to work. He got did estimates of the work before starting. After doing the first task of installing our new smoke detectors, he checked on the next task, found it wasnt actually necessary for us to have done and saved us hundreds of dollars. He was thorough and very helpful. I recommend Cheetah.

    Dennis and Brandon did a great job, they were both professional, attentive to detaiIs, and fast. They worked together and separately to get all the things I needed done ahead of schedule.     My experiences with Cheetah Electric has always been great, Dennis and Garrett recently came to the house to fix a possible arcing in one of our outlets. I loved the procedure that they use: a check the entire house for other kind of electrical problems. They were very helpful and enthusiastic about the work. Both explained everything very clearly and took interest in being sure that we were safe. I do recommend them for all types of electrical jobs.

    Cheetah Electric was a great experience in a bad situation. My main breaker blew and I had no heat or power in negative temps. I called at 8am and they were at my house the same day. Michelle, the technician, let me know that my whole panel needed to be replaced (it was the original panel from 1979). She gave me three different options as well as financing options. She was very knowledgeable and I really appreciated the time she took to explain the different options to me. From start to finish I had a new electrical panel and heat in 24 hours. It was such a good experience I will not go to anyone else for all my electrical needs in the future, I cannot recommend them enough!

    Cheetah Electric was amazing with installing the wiring for our new hot tub! Despite fairly short notice, Savannah was able to schedule us in so that we didnt have to wait till the hot tub stores next opening for delivery, which was more than two weeks away. Ken did the wiring work and was absolutely fantastic.We changed our mind about the placement of the hot tub after he had already run wiring, and he kindly reworked everything for us. Our indecision probably made us kind of a pain in the butt, to be honest. But Ken was super nice about the whole thing and made sure we were happy with the final result. Also, even though it was blazing hot out, Ken spent a good chunk of the day making sure we were ready to go so we could enjoy our new hot tub that evening. We would highly, highly recommend Cheetah Electric. They are extremely kind, professional, and competent. We wont be going to anyone else for our electrical needs.

    Amazing people! Never had a bad experience. I do maintenance for several apartment complexes around Moscow, and these guys are my go-to. In fact, they wired all of my buildings when they were built and did a fine job of it! 10/10 recommend for commercial or residential.

    Dennis and Benito came and inspected my home and gave me quotes on my electric problems. My tensions were to limit costs by being fixated on just troubleshooting. Come to find out, my electric panel needed to replaced. This particular project isnt cheap. Im glad to say, that I feel better knowing my home is safer! I am very pleased to say that these gentlemen did a superb and outstanding job all around! They were polite, respectful, generous, and thoughtful. Keep up the great work!     Your Cheetah guy, Ramon, was top of the class. These guys are friendly, helpful, and efficient. I asked for brighter lights in the kitchen and Ramon suggested can lights. I absolutely love, love them. Guys also installed a plug in on my outside deck. Great job and blends right in. Everything was cleaned up. Would have them again in a heartbeat.

    I’m having a bathroom vent/heater replaced, other home outlets replaced and/or covered. Dennis has worked on our home before with renovations and is la familia😊. He’s professional, skilled and listens to what I want and helps me make the best choice depending on the situation. He shows me options and product promotions I can choose from which I like.     Danai was incredibly helpful, and showed a bit of resourcefulness in getting us scheduled for an emergency assessment/remediation of some pretty ugly wiring in our home. Its the busiest time of year, and she was able to get us in in a pinch, and the technicians that performed the assessment/evaluation were professional.Ive had Cheetah out to our house a few times now, and theyve always been this way; honest, punctual, professional, and friendly. 10/10 would recommend.

    Cheetah was contracted by Avista for the lighting project. They performed the job with skill. They were very professional and friendly. During that time, we had all our hall lights go out and an issue with a breaker. They stayed and fixed this issue.     Danai has to be the nicest lady ever. The work performed was just as agreed. The appointment was unexpectedly rescheduled, it took a couple visits to get the work done, and the price was higher than I thought it would be. Brent offered me a discount for the reschedules, which I appreciated. I am satisfied and would recommend Cheetah for projects similar to mine.

    There was a problem with one of my breakers over the weekend. I submitted the webform and received a call first thing Monday morning from Danai. Not only was she professional, she went above and beyond by explaining how the service call would work, what Brent would have in terms of tools/materials, and that Id get a call 30 minutes before he came over so my schedule was not unnecessarily interrupted. Once Brent arrived, he was also professional and went above and beyond by explaining what he was going to look at and how the process of getting a quote would work. Once he determined what specific work needed to be done, he also conducted a safety check of my whole condo. The quote included the necessary repairs and then optional safety upgrades that could be done, but I had the choice to say no. I will eventually get those upgrades but did not feel pressured to get them on the spot. Once we agreed on what would be done, Brent got right to work and got my breaker box all fixed up. After all the work was done, Brent then walked me through what he had done. The work was excellent, but what really stands out is that you can tell everyone at Cheetah cares about their customers. Would 100% recommend them to all my friends and family.

    I needed a last minute quote and they fit me in since they were in town. I knew it was the end of their day and they went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. They were extremely professional and even wore covers over their shoes in my home!     Rey and Ramon did a FABULOUS JOB!!! They were on time, professional, and very patient and responsive with my millions of questions. Lol! I am pretty handy, but not confident in my electrical skills. I actually got a business card from Cheetah Electric the county fairgrounds and called for an inspection. I ended up doing several projects with their help. I would hire Cheetah Electric and their team in a heartbeat and highly recommend them to anyone who needs electrical work done.

    Brent and Wyatt (two incredible persons) assessed the condition of a Woodbridge tub. The lights and jets were not working and I already contacted Woodbridge, who didnt want to talk to me very long but mentioned it might be the tubing that connects the switches on top to the motors underneath. I also contacted a couple of plumbers in Pullman but they didnt want to look at it. I wondered if the problem was electrical. Savannah (such a wonderful personality) from Cheetah Electric who helped me talk through some thoughts we both had and thought the problem might be related to the jet breaker. So Brent and Wyatt came out to assess if the problem was electrical in nature. They determined it was not, and they were right. It was a plumbing problem. They contacted contacted the plumber I have used in Moscow, McCoy, and McCoy sent Steve out (that is another review). I felt like Brent and Wyatt really cared about my problem and wanted to get down to the cause. They contacted Woodbridge via phone and were on hold for over an hour. They also checked online for diagrams that may assist and found one. I have used Cheetah several times before with excellent service. Cheetah will be my electrical service as long as can be!! Thank you Savannah, Brent and Wyatt!!

    After severe thunder storms, one of the circuit breakers in our panel blew. The electrician came out, then quickly and efficiently analysed the problem. During the walkthrough, l asked other questions about a few other electrical quirks in our home. The gentleman told me what I needed to do with them, as well. He also gave me a range of solutions for my main problem, from replacing the individual breaker, to a full upgraded panel. I was very happy with the service, and the cost of repair. Ill be going back to Cheetah for any future electrical work I need to have done.

    I had a fantastic experience with these people! The lady who answered the phone at the end of the day was cheerful and helpful. They came and did an estimate, ordered parts, and the repair was done quickly. He even remembered the conversation we were having the first time he came to the house, which was nice.     When we lost power in a part of the house, they were able to come in a little less than a week. They not only fixed our problem, but inspected the house and fixed another outlet and switch.
