On a rainy Sunday these guys were just great! Spoke with Michael Harrell and he happened to have a crew nearby. Whew! The workers were so polite. Juan and Teddy made my day. And Charles followed up with suctioning my tank. I highly recommend these folks. Stellar job!! Thank you again.

Had an emergency septic situation, they were one of the only ones around that would answer the phone on the weekend. They were able to fit us in sooner than anyone, and charged a very fair price for coming out on a Sunday. The answering service was 24/7 and were very cooperative. The guy who came out was very fast, nice, and got the job done!

Had septic tank pumped, called and they was here next day felt they could got more out than they did because I still seen septic tank wasnt empty and told worker shouldnt it b all pumped out and he said I got all I can get I have another appt and have to get to them yet I paid for it to b pumped out and it was still visible to eye that it wasnt all pumped and it was suppose to b dug up by them which it was but when it came to covering it back up it was not done well and I had to finish covering it myself and having to put new grass seed down because worker left a mess. I asked for his name he refused to give me his name and wasnt on my receipt. Called company back and tried to leave messages but never got a call back

After a bad time with HEP of Knoxville, waiting an additional 8 days (2 separate appointments) for them to pump our septic tank...then being left high & dry going into a holiday weekend without the job being done, we called Mike at Roto-Rooter of Morristown in desperation. He came out the next day and not only completed the job on a holiday, but went the extra mile for us. Highly recommended. Entered his contact info into my phone. Will definitely use them again.
