Bill was very quick to get out to us on a same day call. The drain line was clogged and he diagnosed the issue and fixed the problem. I am very thankful I called him today and would highly recommend his service to everyone. His pricing was more than fair and I was expecting to pay a lot more than he charged. I will be a loyal customer from now on. Thank you Bill !!!

I called Mr. Waddell because I was needing someone to come that day. I had a washer installed and the water valves were leaking. He told me he could come by in about 1 hour. He actually showed up in about 45 minutes. He did an inspection and said they would need to be replaced. I asked if he could do it that day. He told me yes. He continued to work and there was some complications but he was very thorough and was able to finish the job. Very reasonable in price. I would recommend him and I will definitely call him if I need any more plumbing issues.

We had a leak at the cities water main. We found out late in the afternoon so naturally we had to turn off water. Filled a few buckets of water to use for commodes, and filled a few big bowls for water use. I called Bill Waddell the next morning and he said he would come by that afternoon. He was on his way to another job, but pulled over to take my info. He arrived by 2:30pm. We were very pleased and would recommend him to get the job done. He said to let him know if we needed anything and if he couldnt do it he would let us know who could. To us, that is good customer service!
