Called a prominent plumber out of Knoxville to stop the leak in my shower and replace the shower head, faucet, and the on off knob $1000. I called East Tn Plumbing and got it taken care of the next day for less than half the price. They communicated with me and showed up during the time frame they promised. The technician was very professional, courteous, and got the job done. I would highly recommend this Plumbing service. I now have a plumber I can trust.

Man I wish I could give these guys 10 stars! Long story short had a plumbing issue and never used a plumber in the area before today, the guys arrived a day early and when they got here we’re so kind and professional! There was an issue with turning the water off at the main valve the guy said Ma’am that’s on us we will call the county and have them come out here, and if they charge anything we will pay it because we turned the water off. Wow honesty and integrity is not dead with this company! I am so impressed and let me just say a BIG God bless you for the kind of service you gave me today and showed from your heart! Highly Highly Highly recommended!

Mark did an amazing job replacing my water heater. My 20+ year old water heater bit the dust and he worked me in the next day and did an outstanding job putting in the new one and it looks great. Great prices, professional work & friendly staff. I highly recommend East Tennessee Plumbing!

The toilet in my bathroom wobbled and flushed on its own from the day I moved in my house. This company came quickly and repaired it. The repairs were a little more expensive than I really thought they should have been. Truthfully I should have just bought a new toilet but they did a good job on the work and were very professional. They even wore shoe covers when they came in my house so they wouldnt get my floor dirty. As a neat freak that was appreciated.

Had a pressure regulator and shut off valve go bad sending my overall water pressure to 140psi.Had a conversation late in the evening(around 7pm) , sent a few pictures and had East Tennessee plumbing at my door the next morning at 9am! Very quick, efficient, and so beyond happy to have this behind us! Thank you very much for your hard work and excellent service!!! ❤️

I sure wish I could do more than 5 starts!! Mark is the nicest man. I called desperate for help with my sewer drain totally blocked outside. It was pouring rain and terrible outside but his crew showed up and completely fixed my issue all within a couple hours! I was blessed to experience the quickness and complete resolution to my problem. Would recommend 10x over!!! Thanks Mark to you and your crew. 👍. You have my business for life!
