    We had a sewage backup and our sewer service line needed to be replaced. The timing was the worst as my wife was ready to give birth to our second child at any moment. Indeed she did go into labor the day Chris and his team started work. They went above and beyond to make sure our plumbing was back online before we returned from the hospital.These guys did great work and found the best solution to a complex problem. They also showed genuine compassion for our situation. Their price was very reasonable and ended up being even less than Chris had initially estimated. I would highly recommend them and will certainly continue to call on them in the future.

    Called Chris Messick this morning about our washing machine drain that was backing up.They were slammed but would try and get here Saturday or early next week.Amazingly they were here today at 2:30 and went right to work and took care of business.Very impressed!Thank you WNC!

    After Hurricane Helene the power company severed our water line when installing new power poles. Chris sent a team to our house who quickly repaired what was damaged and made sure everything was working before leaving. I can’t begin to say how thankful we were to find WNC Plumbing!     Such a great company to hire for your plumbing needs! We attempted to install a water heater ourselves, as it seemed pretty simple to fill the new water tank and hook up power to it. Unfortunately that was not the case. I called late in the evening and WNC plumbing was out the next day! Replaced the pipe that wasn’t correctly installed and even put in a water line for my fridge that I was quoted years ago like $800!!! Such a reasonable price and quick service!!!     We called WNC Plumbing for a service call Chris & his partner showed up the next day. Our bathtub would not drain and he had it fixed quickly and even gave us some education on preventative maintenance. I highly recommend his company! Fair pricing, quick service and friendly!     Very responsive and fair priced. High quality work. We had some filters installed on our well and Chris took the time to answer all of our questions and explain the maintenance process for our new filters. Stayed true to the price quoted.     Chris and Dylan are top notch guys. They have assembled great group of guys that do phenomenal work. The entire crew was extremely respectful and professional. They were respectful to my family, my annoying dog, and to our home. They cleaned up as they worked and did not leave a mess anywhere. Their work was very neat and detail oriented. They came in with a plan and executed the plan, which made them very efficient with their time. They even added a couple extra jobs i asked them to do. When they found an issue they did not fix it without permission. These men explained why it was an issue, why it should be fixed, and how they would fix it. They gave me all the information and let me make the decisions. I will use them again in the near future to replace my filtration system. Hands down the best plumbing company around! I would highly recommend these guys.

They took care of a list of demands, beat the deadline, and made me and the buyer very pleased! WNC is the Best around!

    My old tank heater gave up the ghost and my wife and I were without hot water. Being the frugal buyer, I sought three estimates. Chris and Dylan were quick to come out and estimate my on-demand tank-less water heater. The second estimate I am still waiting on. The third estimate was from a nationally branded plumbing contractor that was almost double WNCs estimate. Sometimes the pretty trucks and national advertising just doesnt cut the mustard. WNC was selected for the project. It took about three hours from start to finish. They cleaned up and hauled off the old system. Chris and Dylan were very professional and knowledgeable with their trade. I would recommend WNC to anyone in need of plumbing assistance whether a project, repair, new construction, or emergency.     Highly recommend. Chris answered the phone when I called and made an appointment to come out and repair my issue. He stayed in communication and showed up with Mr. Smith as promised. They worked quickly to replace my disposal, run new chord, and unclog my pipes. They cleaned up their mess, hauled everything out and explained everything to me. They were very respectful and I will certainly use them in the future.

    WNC Plumbing and Drain Cleaning is the most honest plumbing service I have ever used!!! I have a really complicated grinder pump system that is a fortune to replace.     Chris and WNC plumbing are a top notch company. I had an issue with my water heater and sewage system. Chris showed up the same day and took care of everything.     Incredible customer service!! I had a plumbing problem and called my friend who owns a restaurant and rental property. He recommended WNC. I called and explained my problem and they set up an appointment. Then they gave me instructions on how to possibly resolve the problem on my own. I did what they recommended and it worked!! I canceled my appointment but they will most definitely get my future business! Incredible customer service! They certainly did not need to take the time to tell me what to do.
