Joe has done diagnosis and repair, new bath install and emergency work for us. Knowledgeable, professional, efficient and always upbeat. Does excellent work for a very fair price. And fixed the cheapo work prior owner had done. He also communicates well and shows up.

Today I got the unfortunate news that I had a water leak, at the end of the day. I called Joseph and he came within an hour. It had rained for most of the day and was already dark outside and I expected a very high bill due to it being after 6 and kind of an emergency, but he located the leak, fixed it, and had the water back on in less than an hour after arriving. The cost was affordable and well under what I anticipated. He was very friendly, wore a mask, and took his shoes off to come inside. As a female, I felt safe with him entering my home, though he only came inside as we were settling the charges and I nearly had to force him to come in - he was concerned about getting my floor muddy. Im so thankful that he was available and definitely recommend him. He explained exactly what he found and how he repaired it and then made sure the water was running properly throughout the house before leaving.

I have been a week without water because of a leak. I had Benjamin Franklin plumbing come out and they quoted me 2400 to 3700 to fix my leak. I called Josephs to get a second quote. He asked a lot of thorough questions and quoted me over the phone 200 to 500. I was skeptical and asked him to come look just to be sure. He came out that same day, fixed it within an hour and charged me 240. He didnt try to do anything extra or charge some outrageous price. I would highly recommend him to anybody!

I would highly recommend Joseph to anyone, he was honest and very reasonable on his charges. He has been a plumber since 1985, he takes the extra time to explain what he is doing and is more than willing to answer any questions.You will not regret having this man work on your plumbing needs.
