Ben, from Gwyn, was prompt, friendly, transparent, and provided great advice on how to proceed. Based on my most recent other past experiences, I will continue to call Gwyn for my HVAC and plumbing needs.

    Thomas was on time, friendly, smart, and a real professional. They are so rare these days. He diagnosed and fixed the problem in no time—-a misplaced wire in the thermostat that a previous HVAC company had done when they installed the thermostat a few months ago. Thomas has restored my faith in humanity. He did a perfect job! I’m a GWYN ELECTRIC customer for life.

    Excellent service from Gwyn as usual. I saw that my downstairs thermostat was not working at 1pm. They had two technicians out here at 3:30. Both were very nice and very professional. They quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. We have used Gwyn for years, and their service is always as excellent as this.

    Brian L. of Gwyn Services did a quick diagnosis of our loud rhythmic thumping pipe issue and replaced the water pressure valve and damaged Thermal Expansion tank. Pressure now normal and no thumping pipes.

    On a hot Sunday afternoon, my air conditioner decided it didnt want to work anymore. Mark Duzan responded quickly and decided I needed more work or a new heat pump. After more than 15 good years, I had to make a decision. He helped me put in my small air conditioning unit so three cats and I could have a little comfort during the night. Well make the decision tomorrow!

    I have a home warranty that provides electrical services. Gwyn electrical was able to get me scheduled within a couple of days. They called to confirm. They called as they were coming and when they arrived. They werent able to repair everything today. They did try to help and explained what else I would need to do which is not covered by the coverage I bought. However, they did check and tell me what would need to be done. I already knew the light fixtures needed to be replaced due to their age. I called them because I thought another problem was present with the wiring, receptacles, etc that is covered under the extended coverage I have with Duke Energy. The technicians said they checked every receptacle and the wiring. I dont know if they did that. They are very professional. They have come to my home a few times. They are very knowledgeable, skilled and capable. I thank them for their assistance.

    He did an absolute great job! In and out in less than 5 minutes. The company I was previously with doesnt show the user to use the smart thermostat properly. Plus, the dont provide filters. Glad I switched to Gwyn!!
