All were very professional, knowledgeable and very nice. I felt comfortable with them in my house. Wesley came first and was upfront on the water situation in my home and what was needed to fix our water issue. He spoke with our insurance right then to submit a claim. I was very grateful. Jimmy came the next morning and explained everything every step of the way. They came everyday to ensure everything was ok and drying. They removed all equipment on day 5 except one piece to ensure continued drying in one area. He told me to expect a call from RX and if not to call him. I would highly recommend this company and them. Thank you so much for everything!

The water mitigation team was wonderful. They were always on time and worked with my schedule. Those guys really worked hard too and I am very thankful for that. My only reason for giving a 4 star review is for the price it costed just to install a new water heater and also a bill that didnt have of break down of the charges. It was $2500 just to have a water heater installed and to me that seems very pricey. We were in a big dilemma at the time and had no choice but to get it done and pay for it. Everything else with them was great. They were very helpful with starting a insurance claim as well. Jimmy was wonderful and so was Charles..

Over all very pleased and grateful for their help and prompt response. Our shower pan cracked and they came out on a Saturday. They did send the water restoration team first but, turned out that’s what I needed because we were able to do the plumbing ourselves. Josh came out and started the processes with the insurance claim and was helpful. Jimmy was awesome, he came in and did the demo and set all the drying equipment up. He was very thorough and I would recommend them if someone has the same issue. Now it’s up to us and the insurance company for the restoration. Plumbing estimate they gave was very high but, after they demoed we can do the plumbing ourselves.

I have never been more impressed or happy than when I made the decision to call Roto-Rooter on a Friday evening. Having everything backing up into our house was not in our plans at all but when I called they responded so promptly. They checked everything and started making plans for the repairs immediately. Jared was one of the guys with them that came out and he was so helpful and knowledgeable! He made sure to explain everything that was going to happen and any point we had questions he made sure they were answered accurately and very quickly. I was very impressed how they took the water damage so seriously and responded accordingly with insurance. Any time I have another issue I will definitely call Roto-Rooter! Thank you all!!

I had an unexpected plumbing emergency. Called and they said someone would be out within the hour. It was maybe 15mins and Joshua was knocking on my door. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Explained everything to me and made sure I understood what he did before he left. Called in a clean up crew to clean up the mess from the backup into my house and will be moving forward with renovations of affected areas once insurance is verified.Very happy with Roto Rooter and will recommend them to anyone.

As a whole the Rotor Rooter team provided me with excellent service. Customer service was able to get a plumber (Stone) out to my house within 24 hours of my call. Blocked pipes caused water damage which led to an extraction team (Jimmy and Adam) who removed all the damaged flooring, cabinets, steam cleaned and sanitized the bathroom and came out every day to check on the progress of drying out the flooring inside and out. Josh came out on day 1 when the extraction team was called and put me at ease, helping me file a first time claim with my home owners insurance and staying in touch with me every step of the way. Overall everyone involved took the time to answer my endless questions while still getting the job done as quickly as possible.

Our technician responded promptly and was courteous and professional for the duration of the job. The job was outdoors with an unknown leak and he was able to identify the issue and got straight to work. Several other issues arose after the initial leak was located and he continued to work well past the scheduled time with a positive attitude. Our business was back up and running by the end of the day. I would highly recommend Roto Rooter for any plumbing need be it residential or business and after using them for both I am always impressed with the quality and professionalism displayed by their technicians.

Great service and Adam and Chan were unbelievably nice and professional. They cleaned up before they left, even cleaning the toilet bowl. The bill of $1289 was a shock for such a quick repair, but in a situation with a clogged pipe, we were pretty much a captive audience. 5 star service, but they should base repair cost on an hourly rate. Over $600/hour was quite unreasonable, and we felt we were taken advantage of based on that.

I knew it wasnt gonna be cheap but I wasnt expecting it to be that expensive to fix a small piece of pipe that was already dug up. I typically dont write reviews, but i wanted to make an exception.I had a damaged pipe in my basement that flooded. I called roto-rooter around 9pm, they had a technician named Jonathan in my basement within the hour. I was extremely impressed with Jonathans professionalism and knowledge of the entire process. Jonathan and his crew came out everyday after that on time and clean up thoroughly after working, even staying late to finish sometimes. He and Wesley handled everything with my insurance company, it was honestly a seamless process. Roto-rooter has a strong reputation, but it was my first impression with Jonathan that truly sold the job. Very rare do you find people that will work and actually take pride in their work. I hope their superiors understand what a assest they have working for them. If you have any type of water flooding relax and call roto-rooter.

We had one of those one thing after another situations at our house, starting with a blockage in our main sewer line. We soon found out we had water damage inside, along with numerous other problems that go along with plumbing in an older house. A very long story short, the team at Roto Rooter has helped us from the beginning, from making sure the initial blockage was fixed to working with the homeowners insurance and everything between. Wesley, Josh, Adam, Jamie, Chris and so many others were all knowledgeable and courteous throughout. A special shout out to Quinton, who is one of their plumbers; he spent literally hours on the phone coordinating with others on the Roto Rooter team and insurance to find the we needed. The service from Roto Rooter is truly above and beyond, and I wont hesitate to call if we need them in the future.

The plumbers were very good with explaining our options to fix the issue. We realized, after 5 days, that our main water value was leaking slightly but steady. We left overwhelmed. Turned our water off and had a restless sleep. The next morning (Saturday) we called your # and immediately someone answered. We told them we had a water leak and got an appt around 9:30am. Shortly after we hung up from making the appointment, I received a call from a supervisor letting me know they had assigned me to Orlando and he would be there shortly. Still it’s 7:20am and we are hanging out and a car pulls up and it’s Orlando. He introduces himself and says I came on because I wanted to help get your repair moving. He showed up and got his crew engaged quickly. Within an hour, Jimmy showed up to remove water under the house. Showed us what was going on, so personable. Jarod came to help Jimmy and they were leaving as the plumber arrived at 1pm. My husband and I were dreading our 3rd water issue since 2016. We know how it goes….drag feet. Not today! Every single person cared about our problem and the situation we found ourselves in. Everybody wanted to put it back together for us, explaining what they’d found. So kind. Thank you so much!!! It’s 2pm and we have had water for about 20 mins now. I highly recommend this company!! So responsive and compassionate. Well done!! Cast iron pipes had been in place for 53 yrs .Double vanity 1 sink drain line completely clogged the other had a leak. They had to remove vanity to get to wall to remove old pipes and replace with PVC pipes. They also placed humidifiers and fans to dry floor and wall. Checked moisture content many times. Very satisfied with everyone that I worked with from Roto Rooter. Would recommend them .

We had a water leak in our crawlspace and Roto-Rooter was able to send a cleanup team to us quickly.The remediation team of Gant Smith and his partner were professional and thorough in removing the water damaged materials and getting the drying equipment in place.Our plumber, Stone Melber, arrived the next morning and inspected the pipes finding a couple of smaller leaks not apparent when we called. He too was most professional and explained his findings in detail. After some discussion he repaired the leaks and gave us a quote to replace all of the polybutylene waterlines (we have a 30 yr. old doublewide) with new PEX lines throughout.Very professional throughout the whole process from those we spoke on the phone with to the gentlemen sent to conduct the repairs and remediation work. They are even handling the insurance claim and contacted the company doing the final construction repairs to replace the damaged insulation and vapor barriers.I would definitely recommend Roto-Rooter of Hickory!
