If I could give 10 stars I would. These guys are very knowledgeable and explained the whole process start to finish. Adlai went above and beyond anything I could have expected. His expertise kept me at ease throughout. The entire shore up team was very professional. Chase came in and took a tour around the crawlspace of my home. He then showed me pictures of problem areas and began to build me a custom quote. All houses are different and require different needs. I really appreciated the time he took to explain everything to me. After doing an extensive amount of research, I chose Shore up to handle my encapsulation. I’m so happy I did. I love that they are locally owned and really take pride in their work. When the job was completed I crawled down under the house and it was immaculate. A true turn around. Outstanding Workmanship and Exceptional Customer Service!We recently hired Shore Up Foundation Repair to work on our home for several issues including a concrete staircase that had been severely damaged by a fallen tree, water intrusion under our pool deck and significant settling of our off grade home’s foundation.I find it extremely difficult to convey the satisfaction we feel about our experience with Shore Up as we too like many of you have hired countless contractors over the years who have not fulfilled their contracts, not shown on scheduled dates and provided less than desirable results.So it is with this review I want the world to know just how exceptional Shore Up is as a company.Our journey with Shore Up began with a consultation with Chase the business development manager. Adlai, Clay, and Ray from Shore Up worked on the foundation of my house today. They added 10 screw jacks to level and stabilize the back of my old farmhouse in Sopchoppy, FL. They were courteous, efficient, and great at communicating throughout the process, which I very much appreciate. They arrived at 9:00 and finished by just after noon, and probably 30 minutes of that was talking with me before the job started and after it finished. In addition to having the house and floors more level, I have peace of mind that there will be no further sinking of that part of the house. Thank you to Adlai, Clay, and Ray for the hard work today I hope you have a nice lunch and happy holidays. And thank you to Chase who quoted the job. From the moment I called, to the completion of the project, I cannot be more pleased with Shore Up Foundation Repair. Chase, their sales technician is very punctual, respectful, and gives you the answers to all of your questions. After Chase conducted our estimate, we were scheduled later that evening for the following week. Mr. Adlai, the lead Foreman called me the night before the project to verify the time he was arriving and to go over what details he had for me. The next morning, Mr. Adlai showed up right on time with his crew. Mr. Adlai, Clay, and Lamar did a phenomenal job. They were efficient and ensured that we were happy with the job before leaving. Shore Up’s sales rep Chase came out quickly to look at the foundation issues in my 1956 house. He explained the techniques they use. They were able to get a team out to do the work within a week or two. Adlai and Raymond inspected things thoroughly and did the reinforcement of the foundation within a day. I could see the changes in interior cracks right away and I’ll now be able to proceed with some other work on the house knowing that the foundation is stabilized. They did a great job, were thoroughly professional, and cleaned everything up. I definitely recommend them.

After several years of researching different foundation repair companies in our area, I am so thrilled to have selected Shore Up. Their services were flawless from start to finish. Chase came to visit my home to make measurements and assess what was needed. He was spot on from the start. Originally, because of the devastation in my area from hurricane Helene, my installation date had to be set for over a month away. Luckily for me, Shore Up was able to find a way and to work on my house sooner. Because they came early, my roof install was also able to be scheduled a month early. I cant say enough about the professional job that was done yesterday and today. All of my concerns about my property were addressed and mitigated. If you are in the market for foundation repair, floor leveling, or crawlspace encapsulation do yourself a favor and add these guys to the top of your list of companies to call for quotes!!Got a quote from Shore Up and the other guys over at…. Beta foundations (pun intended). Not only was Chase (for the initial sales consultation) with Shore Up so much more personal, but he also didn’t feel like the traditional sales guy. Chase spent a lot of time reviewing options for recommended repairs and prioritizing which need to be addressed first. Then, he tastefully followed up throughout the next week(s) to win my business. Shore Up was wayyy more affordable than Alpha.Once we established a date for the install I was immediately contacted by Adlai thanking me for trusting them with the job and asking me if there was anything he could further explain about what they would be doing in the following month.On the day of install, Adlai’s team consisted of himself, Clay and Tony. These guys cranked on my encapsulation and had impressive communication and they were installing the jacks and fixed the sagging issue immediately. Ben and Jackson did a fantastic job, Jackson especially. It took them approximately 5 hours to level and seal my driveway and it looks great. The voids are filled and I’m not worried about further cracking or caving in. I highly recommend this duo if you’re needing driveway repair. Not the best pictures but the voids are filled and it’s level and sealed.

My husband and I met with Eric Sauls today because our floor is suddenly sagging in multiple places. Eric explained exactly what he was going to be doing while he was here, did an incredibly thorough inspection, and showed us photos of under the house while explaining the tech, products, and methods that would be used to level the house. His explanations were easily understandable. He showed us a video of how the process is done and we feel *so* much more assured about the future state of our house. We just bought this house and were a little freaked out, coming home after a few weeks away and finding out our floor was doing The Wave in our absence. Eric explained why it happens and why it’s not uncommon here.This could have been so stressful, but it wasn’t! Eric was just awesome. My husband and I both feel good about the work that is going to be done. I didn’t even know this method existed before today, and based on what we saw in the video, we are hopeful this will be the end of the issues here. And there’s a 25 year warranty!And if there was any doubt in our minds about what a great guy Eric was, the fact that our dog Willy immediately trusted and adored him (not always the case) would have dispelled it!We still have to have the work itself done, but if today was any indication, I think we’ll be happy with that, too. The guys at Shore Up Foundation did a fantastic job from start to finish. The quote took less than 24 hours after site review. The installation occurred as scheduled and as agreed upon. Adlai and Clay performed the installation. Upon install, they determined an extra pier would not be required but would benefit the install and longevity of the settling problem we were experiencing. They installed this pier at no cost. It is hard to find contractors who are honest and do what they say they’re going to do. Shore Up did a great job on my porch foundation, brick, and driveway repairs around my house. They did a lot of education with the quote so I understood the planned work, then scheduled the job quickly, confirmed before the work started, showed up right on time, and were all so polite and considerate. Adlai, Chase, Ben, Clay, and Jackson were so skilled and friendly and worked so hard; it was a great team effort and fun to watch them work. They took the time to hand dig around the porch foundation because the water lines ran close by. They really took care in my yard around my landscaping and did a nice job on clean up. Im so glad I had them to do the work because the porch foundation and pillar supported the roof so it was really a structural issue for the house, and the helical piers they put in have a lifetime guarantee. They also put in a lot of effort to make the concrete, brick and driveway repairs look nice and match the surrounding areas. It is such a weight off my mind to know that my porch and roof are safe now. My driveway and brick siding looks so much better! Once upon a time, two distraught homeowners realized there was an issue with their house’s foundation. Then, three princes—Adlai, Clay, and Lamar—drove up in their Shore Up Foundation carriage / truck, waved their power tools, and made everything perfect again.From start to finish, it was a wonderful job. Adlai’s team was easygoing, polite, and made what was a disappointing discovery on a house that’s only a few years old (we’re on a steep grade hill) bearable—dare I say enjoyable—with their knowledge, understanding, and assurances of the situation.The nice gentleman, Eric, who gave us the estimate thought they would have to tear out a section of the sidewalk to drive in the helical pier and repour the concrete, but once on site, Adlai, Clay, and Lamar were able to work around it! From: Avery**SHORE UP FOUNDATION REPAIR did a beautiful job replacing my old cracked driveway that is on a very steep hill. I would recommend them 100% to anyone who needs driveway repair or replacement. Before the driveway repairs were to be done.....Chase, the Salesman met with me at our home and he drew an image of our the damaged driveway and addressed all the issues efficiently and effectively. Lastly, Chase showed me a video of the work that was to be done to fix the cracked driveway foundation, and he gave me a very fair price on the work to be done.I was also very happy that the driveway repair was only a half day job.On the day of the cracked driveway foundation repairs, i met first withthe Foreman, Adlai. I cant say enough good about Shore Up Foundation. My wife and I struggled for 3 years to get our manufactured home re-leveled and attempt after attempt we could get no one to call us back. From the first time that I called and met Chase he was very professional and courteous but more important he LISTENED!!. Great service. The initial visit by Chase was great. He measured my front porch and my walkway and explained the costs and procedure to us. Very professional. The day of the job, Ben and Jackson came out, went over what they wanted to do and went right to work. They expertly leveled my porch, bringing back into alignment my front windows which I had installed six months previously. Then they sealed all the joints, so I could pressure wash my house. They leveled up my front walkway fixing mytrip hazards due to annoying trees. Very well done. Itwas a pleasure to work with all three gentlemen. From the very beginning when Chase came out to the house to do an estimate, to the end when Ben and Jackson came on Saturday to finish the total encapsulation that had just been interrupted by Hurricane Helene, these gentlemen were polite, professional and in my opinion, went above and beyond for me and my project.Ben made sure I knew how everything was going to work and a fair timeline to expect completion (minus the interruption by a category 4 hurricane). Once the project was completed my 5 year old son and I, asked for a guided tour of our newly encapsulated crawl space ( which I’ve never ventured 3 feet into before) Ben obliged and showed us everything they did and it was awesome! It was a clean space and our 1962 house had never been that clean underneath in its life.Our saggy floor area was reinforced with a metal beam and now the house doesn’t bounce like a trampoline when my kids run through it. The moldy smell we used get from that crawl space is gone and we are feeling more confident about our biggest investment so far, which is our home.It’s also one less thing to worry about when it comes to my family’s health, knowing that mold spores from a damp crawl space are not permeating through our wood floors.A major highlight for Shore Up was they were able to beat the competition with their pricing while still offering the same, if not better, service as their competitors!Chase, Ben, Jackson and all of the team at Shore Up Foundations.. They really know what they are doing. We had a small private board ramp that was unusable because of how much one side of it had sunk. He did a full house elevation of my slab and a walk around where he showed me another crack I didnt see outside. What an OUTSTANDING experience this was! Our pool deck was cracking and collapsing in several areas, most noticeably behind the swim-up bench seat. The downward pressure from the failing concrete deck was cracking the bench and we were losing up to 3” of water per day. Before we could repair the bench, we needed that concrete deck repaired and after checking with numerous friends and acquaintances, we were referred to Shore Up Foundation Repair. Thank goodness for that referral! From the first contact with Chase, all the way through completion of the work and follow up afterwards, they were fantastic! They returned calls promptly, gave us a fair and detailed estimate for the job, called us the day before the work was due to coordinate the time of their arrival and best of all, they showed up precisely on time and went straight to work. Both at the time of the estimate and immediately prior to beginning the work, they walked me through every step of the process and made sure I understood exactly what they were doing. I’m not a construction guy or a builder, so they also very patiently listened to and fully answered every single one of my questions. Once they started, we watched carefully as they did what we feared might be impossible and their finished results are absolutely amazing. We couldn’t be more pleased with either their process or the outcome and it was a genuine pleasure to watch and experience their friendly professionalism. They addressed each problem and stayed on it until the results met their expectations, they were careful not to let their equipment cause collateral damage in our yard, and they cleaned up after themselves at each step, rather than waiting until the entire job was completed. I think this is the most satisfied I’ve ever been with a service provider and 5-stars seems entirely inadequate to rate them. Chase, Adlai, Corrie and Clay, you guys did a SUPERB job and I’ve already begun referring other customers to you. I don’t believe there’s a single thing you could have done better and we appreciate you so very much. We recommend you without any reservations whatsoever!

Eric came by to do our free estimate. He called the day before to confirm our appointment and when he was 20 minutes away from the house. He showed up right on time. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and showed us our problem areas and how they could be fixed. It was very professional, efficient, and very personable. Even my crazy dogs enjoyed his company. I have great confidence in this company that they are going to do an outstanding job.Update: They did do a great job! We can use our boat ramp finally! They cleaned all the expansion slots / seams & resealed them so water wont leak under the cement again. We are very pleased!
