Extremely responsive and reasonably priced. I will never go to anyone else. The Purcell name has been used by our family for over 50 years and as it is passed down from generation to generation, the quality and care remains. The foundation of this business is solid because it delivers quality to the Customer.

I would highly recommend this company. They were brought in by my construction guy for a complicated bathroom remodel. They straightened out the maze of water lines and replaced in incoming lines to get better water pressure, and installed a water heater and water softener.It all looks stunning now.

Purcell was on time, competitive quote and open to collaborate on fixtures, water heaters, pedestal sink models. Purcell allowed us to complete the additional of laundry/half bath for my parents in a very short window of time. Quality workmanship has given us peace of mind, allowing our parents to age in place and they are both very happy.

Our Air Conditioner went out a year ago. We replaced it and our furnace at the same time. Aaron did a fantastic job of installation and getting our existing off peak electric plenum heater working with the new furnace.

I’m from Isanti,MN, I’ve had two area Plumbers try to solve my problem.( Sewer Pump wasn’t working at all) I called the Plumbery in Monticello. Todd and Aaron arrived the next morning on time. Todd spotted the problem right away, he had brought a new switch and float. He installed them and tested it 4 times to make sure it was working properly.There was no time wasted, and they were on their way, as he said they had 4 more calls today.Kudos/ Thanks a happy customer.
