Catskill Custom Closet is terrific. Jay, the owner and closet designer, knows what he’s doing. He designed two reach-in closets for us in our remodeled, century old farmhouse and we cannot believe how much easier it is to organize our clothes and linens. Our only regret is that we waited this long to upgrade our closets. Jay is super responsive, efficient, and his prices are very reasonable.

We have two spare bedrooms and had Catskill Custom Closet come and turn one of the rooms into a walk-in closet. Jay was very professional and gave us a design and 3D design through email. We decided to change a few things and he was right on it fixing the design and sending us the new one quickly. He was always quick to respond which we loved. Once he got the materials in it was just a few days later that he was able to come and install everything. He arrived in the morning and was done within a day. My boyfriend is now looking to get a L Shaped desk made down the road. We will highly recommend Jay to anyone looking for anything custom whether it’s a desk, vanity, custom walk-in closet, etc.

Jay did an excellent job overhauling our master bedroom closet. He was professional and responsive. He walked us through several modifications that we requested and gave us his expert advice on everything. He was punctual and always let us know exactly what to expect. He completed the installation in less than a full day and left the room organized and clean. Wed definitely call him again.

When we were looking for someone to build out our closet and kitchen pantry for our new house, a neighbor recommended Catskill Custom Closets. We checked them out online and requested an appointment. Jay met with us promptly, seemed to understand exactly what we wanted, and submitted drawings that were spot-on, requiring very little revision. While the wait-time was longer than usual due to supply-chain issues, once the materials arrived Jay was hard at work and soon after, ready for the install. With his assistant, the work for both rooms was completed in one day, as painless as you might hope. Jay is a true craftsman, and the rooms look beautiful. We highly recommend Catskill Custom Closets.

I wanted to share an experience I had with Jay from Catskill Custom Closets. I have a closet system that was installed by a previous homeowner and a piece broke. I looked up the name of the closet system, found the closest dealer, and it was Catskill Custom Closets.I emailed them asking if they had built this closet and if they could help me find this part. Jay wrote back same day, said they hadnt installed the closet, but gave me the part numbers and names I needed, with a lot of detail, even though he wasnt able to sell me the parts directly. He stood to make no money, but took time on his weekend to help me out.This is the kind of customer service you simply do not see these days. Based on this experience, I can only imagine that Jay and his team will be amazing to work with on a project.
