Our 54 unit condo experience with Stone Valley Painting has been outstanding. We needed their help after water damage from a hail storm. Paula (project manager) was very prompt in her reviews and responses. Paula provided detailed estimates and welcomed any questions we had. The painters (Antoni and Curtis) were very professional, respectful of all residents, helpful with observations of things we had missed and gave priority to any work we requested be done first. They were able to match paint colors very well when we did not know the original paint color. They promptly arrived each day and were diligent in their clean-up. Stone Valley Painting will be the first we call for future work.

I called several companies to provide recommendations and quotes on staining our deck. Paula (GM on our project) was very responsive and was out to our house within 24 hrs. Paula spent almost an hour looking at our deck, making her recommendations and telling me how the process would unfold. She stated Dana would be doing the work. The estimate arrived within 24 hours - and I immediately signed as the price was VERY competitive and Paula sold me on the Stone Valley process. Once the weather cooperated - Dana was fantastic with communicating when he was going to arrive and what he would be doing. Dana was on time for every visit and answered all of my questions throughout the process. He was professional and did an excellent job cleaning, sanding and staining our deck. Paula (the GM on the project) was very responsive and made our relatively small project a priority. We started out just thinking we wanted our deck painted, but Paula (and Dana, the carpenter) found rotted wood and other needed repairs. Dana was here almost every day. I never had to contact them to ask, Hey, where are you guys? I felt like a valued customer. And they did a wonderful job!

He did an awesome job. He is very meticulous and an extremely hard worker. I love my new paint job and it was very reasonable! Our Association in Bloomington (15 relatively large units: two levels + attic & 70’ x 35’ foot print) selected Stone Valley Painting (SVP) to paint our buildings. Five different paint colors were used for each unit. There was other two painting companies under consideration.SVP was selected based on the professional proposal, work schedule and price. Up front the SVP and owner’s responsibilities were very well defined. They started when they promised and progress reports were communicated frequently. Two crews (one team leader and 3-4 people at the time) were assigned to the project. Also, daily, a manager was present. The quality of work was very good. The final inspection was done by the SVP President, onsite manager, the two team leaders and the Association’s representatives. All the inconsistencies were documented and fixed next day.After the work was finished, the affected area was left clean. The entire project was done with no inconveniences to the association members.The Stone Valley Painting has EXCELENT people and business integrity to address any paint projects.
