We needed to replace 70 year old water shut off valves coming into the house. One call and we had an appointment in a week, they arranged with the city to have the water turned off coming into the house and showed up right on time. Great manner, good explanations for the work done. Highly recommend them.

VIP was recommended to me years ago when we first bought our house. On inspection the palmer valve in our basement was found to be stuck. Our inspector said not every plumber knows how to work with them and they can be fragile, and gave VIP as a recommendation.They fixed that, quickly and easily. Guy that came was friendly so Ive just used them for every plumbing need ever since. They replaced a leaky seal on a toilet for us. Installed our new dishwasher and garbage disposal properly, with an air gap, cleaning up the DIY mess under the sink from previous owners. Did an emergency fix when our outside hose spigot broke and was leaking, including installing a proper shut off valve so it wouldnt happen again. I always ask their guys my stupid first time homeowner questions and theyre always helpful.Most of the negative reviews on here complain about price. But plumbing is skilled labor. And gross lol. You couldnt pay me enough to deal with some of the nasty stuff plumbers have to deal with. And VIP always does a great job, so to me theyre worth it!

They know how to handle old Wauwatosa houses for sure. Since buying our house we’ve had them out to help install antique replica fixtures to our claw foot tub, install a new water heater and get our dishwasher plumbing up to code. Highly recommend.

Excellent experience with water heater replacement. We selected VIP as the quote provided was competitive with two other companies contacted, and multiple friends had recommended them for quality work. Scheduling was painless, Matt arrived on-time, and replaced the heater quickly. After installation, took the time to walk through the features and did not leave a mess behind. Also appreciated that he wore a mask throughout the process! We were billed ~ 3 days later, and were pleasantly surprised to see a bill that was LESS than quoted.

I recently went through a remodeling of my kitchen and called on Vince for my plumbing needs. They installed my new sink with disposal, adding a gas line as I converted from electric to a gas stove, rerouted and upgraded my water line for my Fridge and uninstalled and reinstalled my dishwasher. They even made arrangements to come out on a Saturday when I had my countertops installed on a Friday just so I didnt have go through the weekend without a sink. Very professional. Very knowledgeable and excellent service. Highly recommend for all your plumbing needs.

You dont understand how important hot water is until you dont have it. Our hot water heater was leaking and Vince and his team were able to order a new heater and have it installed right away. From the polite receptionist who treated my situation with the utmost importance (on a Friday afternoon), to Vince himself calling me to explain all of my options, to the technician who walked me through the process, I could not have been more pleased with the service offered by Vince Ingrilli and Sons Plumbing. I found VIP plumbing after IHN plumbing tried to gouge me. Since I was working on a quick time frame Vince jumped on it right away and did the work and saved me 7 grand. I kid you not, this actually happened! Vince was a total professional and I would absolutely use him again. I normally dont also write reviews but this team of plumbers deserved it for sure!

I made the mistake of not only being a horrible chef but also clogging my kitchen drain with said crappy pasta.Ingrilli Vince and Sons were great. I called them up late at night and got a call back within 15 minutes. Tom came by and was able to clear out the drain in no time. They were courteous and great at communication. Really appreciated them helping out in a bind and will look to use them in the future

I have used Ingrilli plumbing multiple times oner the years. A week ago I had a wet spot in the ceiling. Called them and Vince came over and looked at it. Had to open the ceiling. Drain leak. Took pictures. Last week came over with a crew and in about 4 hours did a massive replacement job. Had to move and replace multiple pipes. Phenomenal. Outstanding work by these guys. Not inexpensive, but worth every penny. If you want a cheap job, call a cheap plumber and get what you pay for.

Hot water heater was leaking on a Saturday afternoon. Called Vince Ingrilli and Sons Plumbing at 3:00pm, Tom arrived at 4:30pm, and finished with new install by 6:30pm. Extremely professional and courteous from the first phone call to the time he left. Would highly recommend to anyone needing any plumbing done. This is not the first time we used Vince Ingrilli and Sons Plumbing, and will 100% recommend to anyone.

Our hot water heater decided to go on a Friday evening so I called Vince Ingrilli and left a message telling him the situation and to set up an appointment to have it replaced. Vince called back within 10 minutes. He was very pleasant, gave us our options for replacement, and we set up an appointment. I later received a call from Vince saying they were going to be able to come out two days earlier than our original appointment. Very impressive. Certainly will call on him for any future plumbing needs!
