    This company has a 5 star rating on Google for a reason: They 100% deserve it. Plumbing techs are knowledgeable and not only get the job done quickly and efficiently, but also with expertise. Ive had them come out for several jobs now and theyve knocked it out of the park every single time. Their front-of-house staff is friendly and quick to help you get what you need. Would give them 6 out of 5 stars if I could.

    Had our first service call with Milestone yesterday. I decided to bag the previous contractor we had been using because I got tired of dealing with rude tradesmen, including the owner. The work this firm did was okay, but for what they charged, I expected better treatment. Well, Milestone answered that call. I had read a short article about them in Family Handyman magazine a year or so ago, and thought that I would give them a go.They were quick to respond to our situation and the guys they sent out worked hard, were personable and did a really good job. While they didnt make much of a mess, the cleanup was so thorough, that youd never have known they were here. Ill be using them from now on.

    I’ve used Milestone plumbing on a couple of occasions and they alway do a phenomenal job. The service is great. Recently i had my garbage disposal removed. The gentlemen who arrived explained what they needed to do. Gave me the options I had and explained each option. I have been nothing but pleased with their service and workmanship. They are my go to company for my plumbing needs.

    Alex at Milestone Plumbing was amazing! He was so knowledgeable and walked me through all the things he was doing and made sure I understood and answered any questions I had in detail. He was mindful to stay within the time frame so that we werent over charged for additional time/labor and I was charged under what was quoted. He gave recommendations to ensure the problem we were having would hopefully not happen again. Overall, we had a great experience with Milestone Plumbing from start to finish and I would def. use them again/ recommend them!

    Extremely professional and quality work. Hired to install a garbage disposal where none had been, which required modifying the existing DWV line. Office was responsive with quote and scheduling. Technician explained everything each step of the way. Price was reasonable—not the cheapest by any means, but plumbing isn’t something to skimp on IMO. Inspection passed no issues. Highly recommended.

    Evan did a great job putting in two replacement hose bibs (which were not an easy task because I needed new copper pipe put in as well - home built 1954) and putting in a new basket drain in my kitchen sink. This guy should be given a medal for how many times he went up and down my basement stairs and was not slow about his work at all. Very informative about the work to be done and then reviewed the install once completed. Great job.

    I’ve hired Milestone Plumbing on several occasions, their work and professionalism have always been great. Recently, I had the chance to hear their field operations manager Charlie Earle present on how they perform their projects. It was impressive to see his expertise and his understanding of the state plumbing code (A three ring binder over 2 inches thick with very small font!). I continue to be impressed with Milestone Plumbing and continue using them in the future!

    We had Milestone Plumbing reinstall our toilet that was originally improperly installed by another plumber when we finished our basement and added a bathroom recently and they did an amazing job! Our plumber Jason was thorough and professional and did an excellent job for us. I only wish I had known about them sooner and had them do ALL of the plumbing work for our remodel. It would have been done right the first time without a doubt. A++++ company!Update 5/10/24We just used Milestone Plumbing again and they did another 5⭐️ job for us installing a Moen Smart Faucet for us in the kitchen and fixing some of the drainage line at that location as well. Jason was our plumber once again and he did a terrific job for us. I would recommend Milestone for any plumbing issues you may need help with!

    I live in a house built in 1929 and have used Milestone Plumbing to complete major plumbing projects three times over the past 18 months. Each of the plumbers (Adam, Josh, and Alex) was excellent and knowledgeable. They clearly communicated what needed to be done and why and completed each job in a professional and timely manner. They also offered money saving tips and advice on how to prevent future problems. I highly recommend Milestone and wouldnt consider using another company.

    Milestone was able to schedule us quickly for our clogged kitchen sink. Luke was great and explained what they suspected the issue was, their plan of action and what their backup plan was. They were able to get it unclogged and fixed and put back together in about an hour! Fantastic service; Would highly recommend!

    Milestone Plumbing is the Best! I had an underground clog somewhere in my external rain drainage system causing flooding in my basement. Milestone sent Jason who was on-time, professional and efficient. After a brief discussion of possible strategies he went to work, located the clog and cleared it. He did a great job and the price was fair. Well Done!

    Would recommend to anyone. Minor issues with toliet backing up and lacking power.     Ive been in my house less than a year and have had three separate clog issues that required me calling a plumber. The first two times I used another company that solved the immediate clog, but didnt address the underlying issue. I called Milestone on Monday and they had someone out to me on Tuesday. Evan was kind and very helpful. Evan quickly realized that there was a bigger issue going on and sent my info to his boss for an estimate. I got the estimate the next day and called to schedule. The originally told me that theyd have someone out on Monday. This morning I got a call that they were ahead of schedule and they were able to fit me in. Jason came today. Against he was professional, kind, and informative. I believe they found the root of the issue! I honestly cant say enough positive things. Youve got a customer for life!! Also want to shout out the customer service staff in the office. I dont remember her name, but she was super friendly too. This was just an awesome experience. No one wants to deal with plumbing issues, but they made it as painless as possible!

    From my first inquiry, Milestone was timely and able to give a quote through pictures which was convenient. Charlie and Evan installed a new kitchen sink today including a new faucet and water filtration system. They were timely, friendly and explained everything along the way. Awesome guys to work with and they took special attention to leave our kitchen in clean shape before leaving. Amount invoiced was spot on with the quote and reasonable for the job performed.     When I noticed that our garbage disposal was leaking, I picked up the phone and called Milestone Plumbing to get it replaced. We scheduled an appointment to have a plumber come out to take care of everything. Josh arrived promptly and was very courteous. He and the apprentice plumber, Tyler, put shoe coverings on their shoes so that they would not track dirt or water from the rain into the house.They removed the old disposal and installed the new one with no issues. They were both very friendly the entire time they were in our home.I will definitely refer people to them and will not hesitate to reach out whenever I have more plumbing needs.

    Milestone Plumbing installed a new toilet last week and it was a great experience! The installer, Luke, notified me when he was on his way, took every precaution to make certain that my home remained clean and undamaged, and worked non stop to remove and install the new commode.     I just moved into my house and needed some plumbing fixes. I had a list of like eight things. The two gentlemen who came over reviewed each task with me and told me which projects were worth fixing versus replacing, what could and could not be done, etc. They finished what they could in a couple hours (relatively quick). I have better water pressure, some new pipes, a safer water heater, a working sink, and a couple new faucets. I am very happy with the quality of the work. Their pricing was reasonable for all that they did. Ill be calling Milestone back in the future.

    Milestone to the rescue…again! I have to add a little more to my older review. I need to start off with thank the two women I spoke with in the phone. I wish I remembered both of their names but I know one was Tracy. We had another plumbing issue and both women were so kind and nice to talk with about our issue. They got us on the schedule the next day and sent Josh. Josh was absolutely amazing. He was kind and light hearted about our plumbing in the kitchen and basement. He managed to help us so much with a situation that was pretty gross and hard to get at. Once again, Milestone, you are doing something right with the people you hire. From start to finish I can’t give this company enough credit for how wonderful they all are. I would highly recommend this company and will continue to spread the good word about Milestone. Thank youWe live in a 1950s tri-level that has come with its fair share or quirks. This week our bath tub backed up while showering and the water would not drain. It was disgusting. We tried everything we could possible think of and it just led me to tears. Our contractor even came over to help out. We were thinking it was worse case scenario and a wall was going to have to ripped out. Milestone got us in next day and sent Alex over. He was unbelievably kind and calming. He was able to talk me through our old pipe issues and within a matter of minutes he had the drain unclogged and water running smoothly in the bath tub. He also talked to me about things to use and not use on our 1950s pipes. Im so happy we found an honest and reliable local company that is dependable and has amazing customer service.     Milestone is not your usual contractor. Jessie and her team are knowledgeable, prompt and wonderful to work with. We used them for a bathroom remodel a few years back and recently for a hot water tank service call. Alex did a great job of fixing a gas leak from our DIY repair. He was courteous and informative about what he was doing and provided options for service. Everyone needs a reliable plumber and Milestone is ours. We can’t say enough good things about them!

    I have used Milestone Plumbing over the past few years. Theyre always a great company to work with. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs service.I recently had plumbing issues at my home and a rental property all in the same week. I called the office and Scott took my call. He was very professional, he understood what needed to be fixed, explained the process, took detailed notes for the service and gave accurate cost estimates.Kevin installed the water heater and drain pan/line at the rental property. He communicated clearly to me the steps he needed to take and was fantastic to work with. He took care of the warranty portion for the water heater as part of the service. I had a pretty big ask with how I wanted the drain line to run in event the water heater leaked. He accepted my challenge and did a phenomenal job. He sent me pictures of the job after it was completed because I couldnt be there for the repair. I told him he is an artist! He exceeded my expectations and believe me, they can be high. He did mention he had a helper there too, so a big shoutout to that individual as well. The tenant said they were both very polite and professional throughout the whole process. As a landlord, this is so important to me, so special thank you to Kevin and The Helper.Alex helped me at my home with a drain cleaning. He was very polite, detailed and thorough. He answered all of my questions and offered up very helpful suggestions in drain maintenance, especially for older homes. I had him look at a dripping shower head. He gave me a couple solutions and how it could be fixed in the future. He made sure everything was in working order before he left, thoroughly testing the drains. He even helped with cleaning out the bathroom faucet at the end of the service. He is a true professional. Thanks again for the help, Alex!I sincerely appreciate the Milestone Plumbing team.     We had Milestone come in to replace our water heater, replace piping from the water meter, replace both hose bibs, and rearrange the laundry area. The laundry area was a big job as it included capping a leaking drain, and increasing the size of an existing drain, as well as rerunning all of the water and gas pipe in that room to the other side.From the beginning of working with Jessie to get a quote all the way through paying the bill, it was a great experience. The crew arrived always on time, kept me informed of what was happening at all times, and were always great to chat with. They left the place looking clean which was a challenge when you are jackhammering out a few spots of the basement floor.I would recommend them to anyone, just as they were recommended to us.Thank you for the great job!

    We just bought this house last year and noticed a leak in the basement. James from Milestone was knowledgeable and found the problem right away. He fixed the leak , put a new faucet in the kitchen and got the existing dishwasher hooked up properly. He worked nonstop for 4 hours to get the jobs done.     Milestone has been to our house a few times and they have always left us happy we called. With an outdoor project on our hose bib they were almost completely stealthy (except for when they introduced themselves and when they left).     I tried to get other plumbing services in the Wauwatosa area to come look at my water heater, before calling Milestone, but I couldnt even get a call back from them. I searched google and found Milestone. First off, this company is GREAT! Their customer service is top notch! I had a faulty water heater and they sent a guy over right away to diagnose the issue. From start to finish they were a pleasure to work with. They (Adam) talked to my home warranty company, advised me of all my options, and completed the work without issue.     Adding to my previous review, Milestone did such a great job I called them back to re-plumb all my fresh water lines. This time I had the pleasure of working with Charlie and Luke. Both young men were very respectful and professional. They took great care of my home and protected all the surfaces prior to working on anything. They replaced all the galvanized pipe with copper. WOW what a difference in so many ways. It looks great and they tucked the pipes away nicely and made more direct runs. My hot water gets to the faucet faster and my water pressure increased 3 fold. I would recommend Milestone to anyone.Bob was my service gentlemen today. He was professional and timely. He wore his booties each time he entered my home not to make a mess on the carpet. He layed down a floor covering to protect my hardwoods while he worked and then cleaned up before he left. He then came back just to make sure that after turning my gas back on the water heater pilot was still working. Great guy and a superb company, would recommend Milestone Plumbing to anyone.

    I contacted Milestone to replace my broken hot water heater.I worked with Scott over the phone who was very helpful & responsive. The water heater removal & replacement turned out to be a big/unique job due to the heater location. The plumbers were very professional & skilled while dealing with the unexpected circumstances.     I cannot say enough positive things about Milestone or what a respectable and professional company they are. Our home inspector recommended them, and Im so glad he did. Alex was super helpful installing our new garbage disposal and identifying a minor leak, and even offered some other advice on other minor projects that a lay person could do. There was a small hiccup in my garage disposal installation, but Milestone and Scott went above and beyond to make it right, and returned all my calls promptly and were so patient answering my questions. I will gladly use their services again and highly recommend them.As a side note during the pandemic: I REALLY appreciate that I didnt have to ask anyone coming into my home to wear a mask, it was just standard practice.     The team at Milestone is everything you can ask for and more. Professional, they answer the phone, show up on time for appointments, and are very clear about the service(s) theyre performing. Ive had them out to my house for a few different jobs. Most recently hooking up a new dishwasher. The plumbing had to be updated to meet code and then the technicians plumbed for a new dishwasher which was not pre-existing. It looks like its original to my house. Due to my great experiences I wont call anyone else to work on my home. As someone who is super particular Id recommend Milestone Plumbing to anyone.

    These guys are awesome! I’ve owned older homes for 20 years and have only ever reviewed one other company, but felt compelled to spread the word - Milestone really is fantastic! They are extremely knowledgeable and experienced, always professional, timely, excellent communicators, respectful of your home, and most importantly they are attentive to detail and ‘doing it right’ the first time. They care. - And they also seem really reasonably priced.I have an older 1926 home that requires assistance from various contractors - including plumbing assistance multiple times. Our home warranty company sent us to Milestone...and we are so glad they did! We no longer have the warranty, but we still have various plumbing issues. Adam and Don at different times fixed a leaking bathroom faucet, replaced a kitchen sink and corrected the previous home owners install work under the sink, repaired frozen (galvanized) pipes in the garage and now most recently replaced the water heater. They are the kind of company you wish every contractor would be!

    Just moved into a 1926 bungalow very recently, and so I’m not surprised that I discovered a few things that need to be fixed... small leaks and drips. Fortunately, the seller provided us with a home warranty, and I contacted them. The resulting communication with Milestone’s customer service person was great and timely. Within two hours from my warranty claim, Charlie was at the house. He was courteous and professional, and obviously knows his stuff. He patiently answered my questions and even contacted the warranty place for me when I found an additional item he could take care of while he was on site.I’m new to the Milwaukee area, so I would have had no idea who to use. Because of this great experience, I’m pretty sure I’ll know who to call next time!

    Our kitchen sink failed to drain at nine oclock on a Thursday night, we could not successfully snake the down pipe, and I had no idea who to call. I was concerned Id be without a sink for the weekend. Found Milestone on line, reviewed the website, was impressed with its start up, Jessies history, their ratings. I called Friday morning. By Friday midday, Luke, one of their plumbers, had already arrived. He was extremely patient with my questions, as well as our cats, who wanted to see what he was doing.     Had Milestone in my home again.They replaced all the drain lines in my house and installed a new laundry room faucet.Their lead man on the job, Charlie, listened attentively to what I wanted done. He then very clearly and concisely, in laymans terms, suggested to me how they could most efficiently and completely accomplish my overall objective.     Im looking at all the other reviews and I am trying to add something that hasnt already been said and luckily I can think of one thing I experienced working with Jess, CJ and Charlie; when we called them about our situation which was complicated, they returned the call and followed up right away with so much professionalism and information, I mean not to be mean with other plumbers but most of them didnt answer, didnt return the call or even worse they said they would show up or get me a quote and never did, but Milestone Plumbing helped us get our situation with the city taken care of, exceeded our expectations in every single detail, from the biggest details like cleaning after yourself to the big action items like sending samples to a lab to test for asbestos or scheduling the plumbing inspections with the city to make sure everything was correct. I can see that everybody that left them a review had a similar experience as mine, I wish there were more companies like Milestone.

    We are the proud owners of a beautiful 1930 Tudor home in Wauwatosa. When we began a kitchen remodel two years ago we decided to keep the large cast iron radiator under the sink which required all the contractors to work around it when upgrading the plumbing, installing fixtures etc. Milestone did the work and became our plumber then and I cant say enough about the quality of the service they provide, from initial scheduling and explanation of the scope of the job (Thanks Katie and Scott!) to the high level of professional workmanship they provide (Thanks Charlie, Adam and all the other plumbers from Milestone whove done work here!!) and to the the owner, Jessie whos commitment to customer service is shared by everyone Ive worked with there. And lest I forget, a special shout-out to Luke who has spent the most time here and who just finished installing new water supply lines from the basement to the 2nd floor bathroom - You dont often use the term adventure in plumbing but Luke overcame enough obstacles to get the project done that he may have achieved the plumbers version of Jedi Knight status!     The best thing I can say about Milestone is that I trust them completely in my house. I have left and given the plumber the garage code and told him to lock up when he was done. Words cannot express how grateful we are to Jess and her team.We had a very messy situation (on multiple levels) involving continuous sewage backup into our basement, caused by street repair work. Jess and her team worked tirelessly for 3 days to clear our lateral and basement, along the way, engaging less-than-cooperative city staff & contractors to advocate on our behalf to diagnose & correct the root cause AFTER HOURS.     Last week I wrote a review that was critical of Milestone Plumbing. It turns out that the company did try to contact me through email with instructions on how to fix an outdoor faucet that continued to leak. Due to the wonders of the internet it went into my spam file and I did not see it.     What was GOOD about Milestone Plumbing: EVERYTHING!! The website is interesting and informative. Customer reviews are wonderfully positive. While reading the reviews, a person is tempted to think, Cmon, nobody is that good. We decided to give them a try. The bathtub faucet could not be shut off without extreme exertion and the tub drained so slowly that we could prepare, eat and clean up after dinner and binge watch two episodes of a 45-minute series on Netflix while the water in the tub trickled out.Katie at Milestone listened to our concerns, asked some clarifying questions and set up an appointment to get the work done.Adam arrived exactly on time, assessed the situation, and, about an hour later the tub faucet was able to be shut off easily and no longer dripped into the basement. He asked if we had any questions or other concerns.We were convinced that this was the company we could trust with our other plumbing issues, so we shared those with Adam. As he examined the problems, he told us how they could be corrected. He gave us options on how we could proceed with the work and was very straightforward about the time and costs involved with each job.About a week later we contacted Katie at Milestone and set a date to have Adam do round two of plumbing repairs. Oh! We are so very, very pleased! The bathtub drains immediately, all the faucets are secure and dripless and the basement is dry. When I accompanied Adam to the basement to see how he had made the repairs, I was overwhelmed with awe and joy. The areas in which Adam had to do the repairs were absolutely clean. There was no odor of what was years of sludge in the pipes he replaced. The faucet assembly he replaced not only is functional, it operates with ease and is aesthetically impressive.So, okay, it is with complete confidence we say, Yes! Milestone is THAT good!     I have used Milstone before and been very happy with them. Today at noon I had to call about an urgent repair we hoped would resolve overnight, but alas did not. Our garbage disposal and sink were clogged up and the dishwater could not be run. They were not sure if they could get someone until possibly after the end of the day, but said they would try. About an hour and 40 minutes later the truck pulled up. I am happy to say all is working well and because they made the effort to get someone soon, I was saved the expense of overtime fees.     I used this company when my water heater started to leak. The entire experience was fast, easy and thurow. The communication between my self and company was easy to understand and everything question I had was explained in detail to me. On the day we had the water heater replaced Kevin P was our plumber for the project. He was extremely courteous and polite. He put down drop cloths on the floors so that he wont track anything in to the house and even cleaned the water stain on the floor from the old water heater. We he was finished installing the water heater, he gave us tips on maintaining it as well as other pipes/fixtures in the house. I will be recommending this company to everyone I know!

    Highly recommend! Adam came out to a pretty complicated backup I had in my basement. It didnt totally clear up the first time he came out so they promptly sent him out the next day. He totally cleared everything up and didnt charge me for the extra hour of work. Adam also fixed another problem I had during the initial 2 hour service call and didnt charge me any additional for that either. They deal with some pretty complicated issues but it is clear they always do it with the customers best interests in mind. Will be calling them again when I need something done.

    Since moving in to a new-to-me condo 3 1/2 years ago, I disliked the newly installed sink and faucet. There was also a vintage 1998 toilet in the powder room that I could not get the hard-water & mineral build-up stains out of. This was the year to have all that updated. Alex from Milestone came out and measured everything then Scott sent proposals on the fixtures.Yesterday, Evan installed everything. What a wonderful job he did!! He found that part of the sub-floor in the powder room had previously rotted away, and he fashioned supports to attach to the good parts of the sub-floor. It was a lot more work than I ever expected. I appreciated that he explained what he found and the solution for any problems that came-up.He also identified a issue with the water shut-off valve for my unit that can be addressed later. I will trust Milestone for this project in the future!

    Milestone was fabulous from the very beginning! I emailed for information and they allowed me to email photos of what I needed done in order to give an estimate via email. This saved a lot of time to be able to do it this way. They quickly made an appointment and the plumber was right on time. The main thing we needed done was to replace the utility sink and faucet due to a leaking faucet. The plumber, Adam, was amazing and actually went above and beyond (with our permission first of course) to rework my basement laundry area to make it so much more efficient and useable. My washer and dryer used to be across the room from each other and he took the time to reroute some pipes and get my dryer next to the washer with the doors facing the right way! He also made it so the washer empties right into the plumbing system instead of into the utility sink which is also super convenient and less messy. I was astonished when I got home on how good it looked compared to before. Thanks for the amazing service and for thinking outside of the box to improve my basement. See before and after photos! I totally recommend Milestone above any other plumber we have used in the past!

    Jake was at my home for the second time yesterday. He snaked my floor drain, replaced a faucet in my utility room and took care of leaks in two other faucets.     Today I had a plumbing backup at one of my rental properties and called them. Alex Roloff and a shadower came out about an hour later and quickly got to work. After pulling a bunch of tree roots and unclogging my floor drain the water quickly went bye bye.Alex gave me some reccomendations to ensure this doesnt happen again. So all in all from the freak out phone call from a renter, to the problem being solved was about 3 hours. I would strongly recommend Milestone and their team in the back office.     In the past I have worked with milestone through work. In my opinion they are the best in Wisconsin. Therefore I always told myself if I need plumbing done in my house they are the ones I want. I contacted Jess and told her the issue and what I wanted to do! (Repipe the whole house) She was more than accommodating, knowledgeable, and professional. A couple days later two plumbers came over to do an estimate, they were nothing but friendly, experienced, knowledgeable, were willing to talk about issues that could arise, and did not try to oversell anything. Then they were able to come to do the work quicker than expected! They were efficient, clean, and communicated with me if something was an issue. I was very please with the outcome of this project. I tell everyone Milestone is the way to go! They hold themselves to a very high standard and back up their work! Highly recommend, and will definitely use them again in the future!

She was so helpful and kind with all my questions and was a great representative for the company. Dan came out and put the camera through the pipes. He explained everything he saw while he was doing it, was extremely patient with all of our many questions and really gave us confidence in this company. We will definitely ask for him personally if we need our pipes cleaned out. The next day, the operations manager called to also go over the results of the video after giving it a second look.     I purchased a new kitchen faucet and my neighbor, Donna, highly recommended Milestone. I always believe that when a neighbor recommends a company that is a good sign. I called on Thursday and I was told they could be out on Monday. On Friday I received a call to confirm the Monday appointment and was told they had a technician available that Friday afternoon and would that work for me. Of course it did. Bob arrived and got right to work. He installed the new faucet with a minor adjustment due to my windowsill. (I felt sorry for him that he had to squeeze into such a small space under the sink). After a very thorough check for leaks etc, he did find a small leak in the drain pipe. I appreciated him finding it and authorized the work. It did not take him that much longer to repair that. He was friendly, cleaned up after the work and disposed of the trash from the box the faucet came in. I highly recommend Milestone and will call them the next time a need a plumber.

    1/25/2021: WOW, fantastic service. Our sewer backed up on a Friday and we dealt with the problem over the weekend. On Monday morning at 7:30am we called for service. Alex was here to save the day by 9am! Everyone we interacted with was awesome (eg main office staff and Alex). The fix for our problem was complicated because there was not a good entry point to clean out the sewer line. Alex was very professional, explained all of the options, proceeded with the repair, wasted no time, and finished in just a few hours. The pricing was very fair with no surprises.     Had a leak in our shower and contacted Milestone. Easy to schedule an appoint and quick, service. The plumbing was friendly and explained everything. They had to open up a wall to fix the issue and they did a super nice and clean job. They would have patched the hole with a standard service panel but I want to finish it myself with something nicer. All-in All very good work and a reasonable, affordable price.Something else I think is cool is that this is a Woman own business, the owner, Jessie, is super friendly and it is great to offer a woman to certain clients that might feel intimidated by a male plumber in their home.

Noticed another leaking faucet and repaired that along with the other issues. Super conscientious and mindful.
